Abstract

Hampir sebegian besar lembaga pendidikan mengganti pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran daring agar pembelajaran tetap berlanjut. Tetapi pertanyaan muncul tentang design pembelajaran dan keefektfan masih banyak belum dieksplorasi khususnya kendala teknis yaitu bandwidth dan kelancaran internet. Tujuan utama penelitian ini untuk (1) mengevaluasi platform e-learning, (2) kelancaran akses internet dan (3)proses pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis survei dan  fokus pada persepsi 89 mahasiswa pascasarjana dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  89,2 % mahasiswa sangat setuju  platform e-learning sangat efektif. Sebagian besar mahasiswa (86, 29%) tidak menghadapi masalah ketika akses internet. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan 87,19% persen mahasiswa sangat setuju bahwa pembelajaran daring memuaskan. Kesimpulannya faktor penting dalam pembelajaran daring di antaranya adalah design platform e-learning,kelancaran akses internet dan proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja pada  kedisiplinan guru SD di Kecamatan Tambakromo Kabupaten Pati. 2) menganalisis pengaruh data  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan  guru SD di Kecamatan Tambakromo Kabupaten Pati. 3) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru SD di Kecamatan Tambakromo Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi kerja dan kedisiplinan guru serta kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) adakah pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap kedisiplinan guru?, 2). adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan  guru?, 3). adakah pengaruh motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru?Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif,  Jenis penelitian korelasional atau mencari pengaruh antara variabel bebas motivasi kerja guru (X1) dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X2), dengan variabel terikat: kedisiplinan guru (Y). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli  sampai Agustus 2020 di 32 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Tambakromo. Jumlah populasi 204 dan sampel 150 dipilih secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Dari olah data diketahui data berdistribusi normal, homogen, linier dan tidak multikolinier. Dari uji hipotesis ditemukan: 1). terdapat hubungan variabel X1 terhadap X2 dengan persamaan Y= 36.851+0.345X1 diterima kebenarannya. Artinya setiap kenaikan satu satuan motivasi kerja akan menaikkan kedisiplinan guru sebesar 0.345 pada konstanta 36.851, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0.670. Besarnya kontribusi variabel X1 terhadap Y sebesar 55.2%, 2). terdapat hubungan variabel X2 terhadap Y dengan persamaan  Y = 36.851+ 0.395X2. Kekuatan korelasinya sebesar 0.680 dengan kontribusi 57.8%, 3). terdapat hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kedisiplinan guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan  Ŷ = 36.851 +0.345X1+0.395X2. Kekuatan korelasinya sebesar 0.707. Kontribusi variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 49.9%, sedangkan 50.1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kinerja guru karena kurangnya pendidikan dan pelatihan penguatan kepala sekolah dan kurang menjaga iklim sekolah . Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Seberapa besar pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan penguatan kepala sekolah terhadap  kinerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar Negeri  di Kecamatan Winong, Kabupaten Pati?, 2) Seberapa besar pengaruh  iklim sekolah terhadap  kinerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar  Negeri di Kecamatan Winong, Kabupaten Pati? 3) Seberapa besar pengaruh   pendidikan dan pelatihan penguatan kepala sekolah  dan iklim sekolah secara bersama – sama terhadap  kinerja guru pada Sekolah Dasar  Negeri di Kecamatan Winong, Kabupaten Pati? Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif,  Jenis penelitian korelasional atau mencari pengaruh antara variabel bebas pendidikan dan pelatihan penguatan kepala sekolah (X1) dan iklim sekolah (X2), dengan variabel terikat: kinerja guru (Y). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli  sampai Agustus 2020 di 40 Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Winong. Jumlah populasi 267 dan sampel 160 dipilih secara acak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Uji Persyaratan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas,uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Rencana hasil penelitian diuji menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t, analisis regresi linier berganda yang diolah menggunakan program SPSS. Dari olah data diketahui data berdistribusi normal, homogen, linier dan tidak multikolinier. Dari uji hipotesis ditemukan: 1). terdapat hubungan variabel X1 terhadap X2 dengan persamaan Y = 71.661 + 0.632X1 diterima kebenarannya. Artinya setiap kenaikan satu pendidikan dan pelatihan penguatan kepala sekolah akan menaikkan kinerja guru sebesar 0.632 pada konstanta 71.661, kekuatan korelasi sebesar 0.685. Besarnya kontribusi variabel X1 terhadap Y sebesar 89.6%, 2). terdapat hubungan variabel X2 terhadap Y dengan persamaan  Y =  71.661+ 0.495X2. Kekuatan korelasinya sebesar 0.697 dengan kontribusi 74.4%, 3). terdapat hubungan positif antara pendidikan dan pelatihan penguatan kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah terhadap kinerja guru yang dinyatakan dengan persamaan  Ŷ = 71.661 +0.632X1+0.495X2. Kekuatan korelasinya sebesar 0.707. Kontribusi variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap Y sebesar 79,6%, sedangkan 20,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.

Abstract

This study aimed to: (1) develop thematic textbooks based on local wisdom for the materials about Our Best Friend's Environment for grade V elementary school students and (2) know the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of thematic textbooks based on local wisdom for the materials about Our Best Friend's Environment for grade V elementary school students. This textbook was developed by using Research and Development (R & D) method. The development stages included: (1) Potentials and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product designs, (4) Design validations, (5) Design revisions, (6) Product testings, and (7) Product revisions (Sugiyono, 2016). This study was conducted to 33 students from class V SDN 2 Sendang Kabupaten Jepara. The initial product development was a process of making media based on needs analysis. Expert testings or validation was carried out by 2 experts, namely media experts and material experts. The data in this study were collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Then, the data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis and comparison test of two independent groups, namely by using the independent t-test. Based on the results of the trial, this thematic textbook was very valid, very interesting, effective, and could be applied in learning. This could be seen from the results of the validation by three experts showing that the product was good. Moreover, the results of the effectiveness test showed that students at the experimental class had better learning outcomes than those in the control class. This means that the textbook based on local wisdom in Kabupaten Jepara were developed effectively.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Principal's managerial ability on teachers’ performance, the effect of work discipline on teachers’ performance, and the influence of Principal’s managerial ability and work discipline in multiple ways on teachers’ performance. This research was conducted at SD Negeri in Kecamatan Tambakromo, Kabupaten Pati. The type of this study was quantitative research through survey methods to elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Tambakromo, Kabupaten Pati. The samples in this study were 191 respondents, which was selected through incidental techniques. The data collection technique was by giving a questionnaire to the teachers. The data analysis test used validity, reliability, classic assumption tests and multiple linear tests which were processed by using IBM SPSS 24. The results showed the following: (1) Principal’s managerial ability (X1) was proven to have a significant effect on teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Kecamatan Tambakromo, Kabupaten Pati. The t-test result showed that the sig value. Was equal to 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 6.520 > ttable 1.9727. (2) Work discipline (X2) was proven to have a significant effect on teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Kecamatan Tambakromo, Kabupaten Pati. The t-test result showed that the sig value was equal to 0.000 <0.05 and the value of tcount 7.206 > ttable 1.9727. (3) Principal’s managerial ability and work discipline simultaneously proved to have a significant effect on teachers’ performance in SD Negeri in Kecamatan Tambakromo, Kabupaten Pati. The results of the F-test showed that the sig. was equal to 0.000 < 0.05 and the value of fcount 229.714 > ftabel 3.04 and simultaneously influenced the teachers’ performance variable (Y) of 71%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of collaborative coaching on teacher performance. This research was conducted from July 2022 to August 2022. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources of data were obtained from school principals, classroom teachers and mulok teachers. Data collection techniques using interviews. The data analysis technique used is John W. Creswell's qualitative data analysis (2017). Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that collaborative coaching on teacher performance is in accordance with the steps of the GROW collaborative coaching model, namely asking the purpose of doing coaching, encouraging coachees to expand their point of view related to the situation at hand, agreeing on the desired results in overcoming problems, discussing the most effective way to achieve a destination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social studies learning motivation with powtoon learning media on class IV students, determine the effect of social studies learning outcomes with powtoon learning media on fourth grade students, find out the difference in the influence of social studies learning motivation with powtoon learning media on fourth grade students. . This study uses an experimental approach with a pure experimental type because of the experimental and control classes, while the design used is the pretest posttest control group design. The data collection technique used a test consisting of pretest and posttest, and also used a questionnaire on learning motivation. The instrument test consists of a validity test, a reliability test, a difficulty level test for items, and a question item difference test. Data analysis used normality test and homogeneity test. Hypothesis test using N-gain and t test in regression analysis. In this study, Powtoon learning media affects the social studies learning motivation of fourth grade students at SDN Ngablak 01, this is based on the acquisition of the average (mean) N-Gain score on the motivational measurement scale in the experimental class by applying the Powtoon learning media to obtain a value of 57% included in quite effective category. (2) Powtoon learning media has an effect on social studies learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SDN Ngawen. this is based on the acquisition of the value that the average (mean) N-Gain score of the learning outcome measurement scale in the experimental class by applying the Powtoon learning media obtains a value of 55% which is included in the quite effective category. (3) Based on the results of the independent sample test table test results, it is known that the sig value on Lavene's Test is 0.548> 0.05 which this result has the N-Gain t test result, the score is greater than the learning outcome 0.541> 0.05. It can be concluded that learning motivation has a greater impact than learning outcomes using powtoon media in grade IV SD social studies material in Cluwak District, Pati Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership on performance. To determine the influence of organizational culture on performance. To determine work motivation on performance. To analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on organizational culture. To analyze the influence of organizational culture on work motivation. To analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on work motivation. To analyze the influence of principal's leadership, organizational culture and motivation on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative, which focuses on objective phenomena to be studied quantitatively. This research belongs to the type of expost facto research, namely research that aims to find out events that have occurred and then trace back to find out the factors that caused these events. The data analysis method used to see the influence between variables in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 23 program. The results showed that the principal's leadership had an effect on the performance of teachers at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. Organizational culture influences the performance of teachers at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. Work motivation affects the performance of teachers at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. The principal's leadership influences the organizational culture at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. Organizational culture influences work motivation at the Al Asyhar Tulakan Donorojo Foundation, Jepara. Abstract

This study aims to describe the process and constraints of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in class III SDN Todomulyo Jakenan.This study uses a qualitative method with the type of narrative research. Data collection techniques in this study using observation and interviews with data sources teachers and students. The data analysis technique uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.Based on observations, it shows that the online learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic at SDN Todomulyo has been carried out well, teachers and students already have the basic facilities needed, this shows readiness to carry out online learning. Online learning causes the delivery of material to be not optimal and less effective. Students who feel bored to the point of not wanting to do the assignment. The solutions to overcome the problems of online learning include teachers continuing to provide guidance and assistance to students.

Abstract

Artikel ini menganalisis pengaruh model pembelajaran guided inquiry berbantuan puzzle picture terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD pada materi organ pernapasan manusia. Penelitian yang dipaparkan dalam artikel ini merupakan penelitian kuantitaf dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi penelitian melibatkan siswa kelas V sekolah dasar Segugus Jenderal Sudirman Kecamatan Pulokulon. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SDN 4 Karangharjo sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan model guided inquiry berbantuan puzzle picture dan siswa kelas V SDN Kecil Karangharjo sebagai kelas kontrol dengan model konvensional. Teknik pemgambilan sampel adalah purpose sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data berupa uji prasyarat analisis (uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas) dan uji hipotesis dengan uji-t dan Normalized Gain (N-Gain). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat  pengaruh model pembelajaran guided inquiry berbantuan puzzle picture terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan hasil t hitung sebesar 6.154, ttabel sebesar 2,0277, maka thitung lebih besar dari ttabel.
