Abstract

The television show has its own characteristics which give strength and appeal on the television broadcast . One of the teams in the industry is the host of the television program Kribo in MNCTV. As for the meaning of fashion which can be explained from the theory of “semiotics Pierce” as icons , indices and symbols . namely the episode consisted of a cup of black coffee head using frizzy hair wig , clothes worn then use the concept of the 70s . In this study using a qualitative methodology, and then using the critical paradigm and writers critiquing fashion sense emcee Pierce semiotic program Kribo consisting icon, index, and symbols. As defined semiotics Pierce is getting comfort in program Kribo hosted and will be closer to the viewers as well as the speaker , so it looks more formal and there is no restriction or impediment whatsoever to get to know and interact to all sources by wearing the fashion era of the 60 's and 70's in particular in the event program Kribo in MNCTV. Abstract

In order to produce a qualified televison program, there are several things that must be concerned, one of them is the crucial role of Director of television programs. Director of television programs is a person whom put in charge technically on the implementation of production at one television  program. Other than that, the Director of television programs controls the production that he/she is dealing with, coordinating with all elements, facilities, and the team members during the rehearsal.  Director of television programs helps and gives the crucial instructions and the details to all crew members either in the studios or locations, including the production team.In this essay the writer is using descriptive-qualitative method which explains the events. The study itself is  purposed to describe or to explain the ongoing events on the research regardless the previous events & afterwards. The role of Director of television programs in a production program is very important to comprehend and master the planning and the the visual controls on the Program Semesta Bertilawah di MNC TV. Abstract

For planning and controlling visual production programs There are several things that must be considered. One of the most important directors who are required to be creative in the field of cinematography in order to produce good visualizations of scenarios and manuscripts that have previously been made. In addition, the director controls the production he handles and coordinates with elements, facilities and team members in the studio. The research conducted by this author is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to make a description and architecture, explain the processes that occur in it, and explain the various contexts behind the event. So qualitative descriptive is a type of research used to make accurate, factual and accurate descriptions, facts or facts about facts, characteristics of descriptions, conditions or phenomena by using data in the form of words or verbally from people and objects used to find or explain relationships, also not to examine facts or make predictions. The director's role in the making and controlling of the visual quiz production program 3 the Ipin Cartoon Program Up in Minutes In MNCTV is not only one part but can also be overcome properly and can work with all concerned.

Abstract

Dystopia in Film Tiga Liberalism Conditions (Roland Barthes Semiotics Studies about Dystopia on Liberalism in Jakarta in Film Tiga). This study goals is to determine the meaning of dystopian condition of Jakarta in the Film Tiga through the sign, signifier and signified. Three films is a film that adopts Liberal describe the depravity of Jakarta twenty years in the future in 2036. The method used semiotic analysis of Roland 2 Bartes.The object of research is the Film Tiga were directed by Anggy Umbara and classified through five objects dystopia condition of Jakarta, dystopian condition of the state apparatus, dystopia conditions of religion, dystopia technology, and dystopias journalism to find signs and markers and meaning at the level of the first and second, the denotation, connotations and myths.These results indicate that the situation of Jakarta transformed into an increasingly metropolis marked by the increasing number of high-rise buildings, as well as demonstrations marked depicted in 2015 until 2025. In 2026, the revolution ended and became State Liberalism. Changes in the State apparatus are characterized by the wish to dominate the world to create freedom in the face of the earth. One is to get rid of religion, by damaging the face of religion. State Officials do havoc with bring into conflict of the Religion. Changes religion marked by shifting religious values, is marked by religion becomes a thing wrong choice. The lack of freedom is depicted in this film, must be eradicated in order to function in a Liberal to be ideal. Abstract

The company which is ready to compete must have effective management. In addition to motivation, to improve the performance of employees in effective management requires the support of employees who are qualified and competent in their fields. On the other hand the employees construction must take precedence as the main asset of the company. The learning process should be a corporate culture so that the skills of the employees can be maintained, even improved. Based on the above description, the writer proposed a study entitled “The Influence of Motivation, Incentives and Work Climate towards The Production Work Performance PT. Cipta TPI (MNCTV)”. The method of this research is done against data obtained from the questionnaire answers and the results used to analyze data in the form of figures and calculations with statistical methods. Such data should be classified in a particular category by using specific tables to make it easier to analyze. For it to be used SPSS Analysis program. This research proved a boost of motivation and incentives is very influential on work performance of the employees in the Office of PT. Cipta TPI (MNCTV), then to improve the performance of employees, the main thing to note are the motivation, incentives and a comfortable work climate and bolster employee productivity.Keywords: Motivation, Incentives, Work Climate, Employee.

Abstract

Investigation journalistic construction in the perspective of discourse analysis by Teun A. Van Dijk (A Case Study of the Islamic Defenders Front Laskar Shooting in Tempo Magazine) Van Dijk's analyst is how journalists hear and understand events. How these events are understood, through a process of meaning and mental help to understand this phenomenon as part of the news production process, which refers to the code of ethics and legal norms that apply. Meanwhile, Investigation journalism must have at least some basic elements of investigation. As; uncovering crime, wide-scale, answering all important public questions, placing the actors involved in a straightforward manner, and the public can understand the complexity of the problem. Results of the analysis; The Tempo reporter in the above case wanted to convey that the public has a position before the law. Tempo Magazine also wants to show its accuracy in compiling a cover both side chronology of the shooting of FPI members as well as protecting sources who are not willing to be identified. Furthermore, in a sematical manner, the Tempo journalist questioned Rizieq's incitement article. In the end of his report, the Tempo reporter wanted to invite his readers to describe the situation in Megamendung after Rizieq's return from Saudi Arabia by giving a strong impression of security in the hope that the public impression would be authentic.Keywords: Investigation, journalistic production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak inovasi dan harga pada keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan di tempat yang berbeda untuk mendapatkan berbagai responden. Sampel adalah pemilik kendaraan sepeda motor Honda di Bekasi yang berjumlah 150 responden. Teknik analisis regresi yang digunakan untuk menganalisis dampak inovasi dan harga keputusan pembelian adalah dengan menggunakan SPSS (Paket Statistik untuk Ilmu Sosial). Analisis menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, setiap kenaikan satu unit pada variabel inovasi produk akan diikuti oleh peningkatan keputusan pembelian 0,401 unit. Analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, setiap penyesuaian unit baik keterjangkauan harga, kesesuaian harga kualitas produk, daya saing harga, dan kesesuaian harga dengan manfaat akan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Honda. sepeda motor untuk 0538 unit. Ini menunjukkan bahwa produk inovasi yang dibuat oleh Honda dan Harga yang ditetapkan mempengaruhi 46,6% dari keputusan konsumen dalam membeli sepeda motor Honda di Bekasi

Abstract

Dalam pemerintahan adalah salah satu unsur paling penting pelayanan publik yang diberikan pemerintah selalu berorientasi kepada kepentingan publik. Namun, realita saat ini dirasakan masyarakat kurang berpihak pada kepentingan publik dan tergolong buruk, karena berbelit-belit, kurang profesional, tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa pelayanan publik dari pemerintah belum berkualitas. Pelayan publik dituntut agar dapat menjamin kepuasan masyarakat. Media sosial menjadi solusi alternatif untuk mengoptimalkan sistem kerja pemerintah dalam pelayanan publik, salah satunya melalui instagram. Penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan instagram @ridwankamil peningkatan pelayanan publik. Hasil upaya peningkatan pelayanan publik melalui pemanfaatan media sosial instagram @ridwankamil dengan teori pelayanan prima yang memenuhi 6 aspek diantaranya kemampuan, sikap, penampilan, perhatian, tindakan dan tanggung jawab.

Abstract

Saat ini tengah memasuki era disrupsi teknologi yang bergeser pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0. World Economic Forum (WEF) menyebut Revolusi Industri 4.0 adalah revolusi berbasis Cyber Physical System yang secara garis besar merupakan gabungan tiga domain yaitu digital, fisik, dan biologi. Sehingga membuat industri pertelevisian semakin mempunya tantangan dengan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan di era digital ketika sebagian besar persebaran informasi berlangsung di dunia maya, industri pertelevisian menghadapi persaingan dengan media-media online yang relatif lebih mudah diakses. Hal ini menuntut stasiun televisi untuk terus menghadirkan inovasi, baik dalam program tayangan maupun dalam media penyiaran, salah satunya dengan menyediakan akses untuk menonton siaran televisi secara online. Revolusi industri menjadi tantangan bagi industri televisi di tanah air, tidak terkecuali televisi-televisi lokal di indonesia. Sumber pendanaan dan teknologi menjadi salah satu kendala bagi tv lokal bersaing di era revolusi industri. Belum lagi keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang diakui ikut menjadi penentu untuk memenangi persaingan. Abstract

YouTube is a social media where individuals and organizations interact with each other to share information and entertainment. The public service advertisement belonging to the South Jakarta Regional Tax Office I, “Ask AR Aja” is the object of research by researchers. In this public service advertisement, it is seen that there are other meanings of using Islamic religious symbols, and telling stories (Taaruf) with externalization, objectivation and internalization processes using Robert Entman's framing analysis with a qualitative methodology with a case study approach. Based on text analysis, the results of the study frame the way young men and women who are Muslim make introductions to find a mate without going through the courtship process. The externalization process is highlighted in the framing of the scavenger family's condition, which means less prosperous and nice cars on the road, which shows a prosperous family. This is externalized to unmarried individuals, and there are impressions of the struggle of a Muslim woman (Najwa) who is tough, patient, sincere because she has to sell her wealth to pay tax fines. So that these individuals only see messages about tax obligations that must be complied with and high tax fines for violating applicable tax regulations.
