Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and explain the effects of compensation and work environment onemployee performance at the Office of District Salahutu Central Maluku District. Research in the Office ofKecamatan Salahutu, Central Maluku District. The population of this research is all employees of DistrictOffice of Salahutu Regency of Central Maluku which need 57 sampling technique by using census samplingdata. Data completion method used in this research is through questionnaire distribution to employees whobecome sample. Comprehensive data was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis method to measurethe magnitude of influence or influence of independent variable to dependent variable, either partial orsimultaneous influence with other independent variables. Abstract

Pandemic COVID 19 mempengaruhi semua sendi ekonomi salah satunya terusiknya karyawan ditempat kerja sebagai akibat dari rendahnya hasil penjualan turunnya daya beli masyarakat terhadap kebutuhan bahan pokok, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh ketidakamanan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional, beben kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional, ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intension, beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention, ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention melalui komitmen organisasional, beban kerja berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap turnover intention melalui komitmen organisasional,. Dengan objek penelitian pada Alfa Midi di Kota Ambon. Dengan menggunakan Analisis Path Least Square (PLS), tehnik penentuan sampel jumlah Cluster terdiri dari 2 Tahap. Yakni 1. menentukan daerah atau tempat, 2 bersifat Purporsive random sampling, responden 206 orang karyawan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap komitmen organisasinal, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, ketidakaman kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, Komitmen organisasional memediasi hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dengan turnover intention, komitmen organisasional memediasi hubungan antara beben kerja dengan turnover intention. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational trust variables directly on knowledge sharing behavior as well as mediated organizational organizational behavior variables. In total, there were 56 PTS lecturer respondents in the LLDIKTI XII region that were used as samples. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, namely Structure Equation Model using Warpls 5.0. The results showed that organizational trust did not have a significant effect on knowledge sharing behavior directly and organizational trust affected knowledge sharing behavior by mediating Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

Changes in organizational structure, vision and changes leadership is inevitable in any institution. Leadership style is a special characteristic that distinguishes a leader from one another and this is a powerful force to move the employee or employees in completing work towards the achievement of maximum results, especially in improving public health services in environment compete. This study aimed to describe and analyze the influence of leadership styles, motivation, burnout, and job satisfaction and employee performance. The unit of analysis is nursing paramedic at a hospital in Malang Raya. Data collection techniques: conduct interviews using questionnaires and observation techniques as well as using SEM analysis tool with 105 respondents in a Hospital of Malang Raya.The research proves that: there was a significant effect between transformational leadership styles on motivation, burnout, on job satisfaction, on employee performance. There was a significant and negative influence between motivations toward burnout, on job satisfaction, on employee performance. Burnout has significant influence and negative impact on job satisfaction, on employee performance. There is significant influence between job satisfactions to employee performance. This research proved that burnout can occur in a hospital paramedic of Malang Raya.Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation, Burnout, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia telah membawa dampak besar pada perekonomian Indonesia. Penurunan kinerja ekonomi sangat dirasakan oleh pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM). Di saat situasi ekonomi terpuruk akibat Virus Corona, pelaku UMKM harus benar- benar mengetahui keputusan apa yang harus dilakukan. Diperlukan strategi yang tepat demi keberlangsungan hidup UMKM. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Waai Kecamatan Salahutu Kabupaten Maluku Tengah tentang pengelolaan usaha secara baik di saat Pandemic Covid-19, dengan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran melalui inovasi dan digital marketing, serta memiliki jiwa entrepreneurship yang tangguh sehingga pada akhirnya usaha kecil dapat bertahan di masa krisis. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Penyuluhan atau Ceramah yang bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran para pelaku usaha. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terserapnya pengetahuan dan pembentukan motivasi diri dari pelaku UMKM melalui materi yang dipahami sehingga mitra menemukan strategi pengelolaan usaha yang tepat untuk tetap bertahan dan berkembang di masa pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Usaha  mikro, kecil  dan menengah (UMKM) memberi peran penting bagi peningkatan perekonomian namun adanaya Ancaman Pandemi  Covid-19, hampir melumpuhkan ranah usaha membuat perekonomian menurun sehingga perlu untuk diatasinya. Para pelaku usaha  mikro,  kecil  dan menengah (UMKM) harus mampui  mengambil keputusan yang sesuai  dan berani untuk menentuka apa yang harus dilakukan, pentingnya membangun karakter wirausaha yang kuat  dalam memanfaatkan potensi wisata yang ada pemukiman  perlu dikembangkan hal ini menjadi salah satu  strategi yang dapat dikembangkan bagi keberlangsungan hidup  sebagai sumber pendapatan masayarakt (Pelaku Usaha).  Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman  dan  penguatan  bagi   masayarakat sebagai  pelaku  usaha di  Desa  Waai  Kecamatan  Salahutu  Kabupaten Maluku  Tengah  tentang  membangun karakater wirausaha dalam memanfaatkan potensi wisata rumah pohon sebagai sumber pendapatan masyarakat desa waai. Sehingga pelaku usaha dapat terus bertahan dan mengembangkan  usahanya. Strategi pemasaran melalui inovasi dan digital marketing, serta memiliki jiwa entrepreneurship yang tangguh sehingga pada akhirnya usaha kecil dapat bertahan di masa krisis. Adapun  metode    yang  digunakan  dalam  kegiatan  ini  adalah Penyuluhan  atau Ceramah yang bertujuan  meningkatkan  pemahaman  serta  kesadaran  para  pelaku  usaha. Abstract

The performance of an institution depends not only on the capabilities possessed by employees but also influenced by various factors including the work environment that provides comfort, the large volume of work that must be completed and the work discipline that must be obeyed by each employee. This study seeks to analyze and explain the factors of non-physical work environment, workload and work discipline on employee performance. The objects studied were 62 employees who were sampled at the Land Office. The sampling technique is sampling census data. By using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study prove that the non-physical work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Environmental factors Non-physical work has a very dominant influence in improving performance. It is clear that working relationships between employees need to be a top priority in completing work. For the next researcher, it is recommended to be able to examine environmental factors as a whole.

Abstract

An effective organization must be able to create a conducive organizational climate to achieve the expected performance goals. To achieve this requires good human resource management accompanied by attention to factors that are able to become a liaison for the achievement of employee performance in accordance with the goals set by the organization. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment have been widely tested as connecting factors between employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the mediating role of organizational com-mitment and job satisfaction on the effect of organizational climate on employee performance. This research uses explanatory research design which can explain the setting of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. The sampling method used was saturated sampling with 30 employees as respondents. After the data is collected, it is processed and analyzed using SMARTPLS 3.0. The results of the study have proven that (1) organizational commitment mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee perfor-mance; (2) Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between organizational climate and em-ployee performance.

Abstract

Health plays important role in human life, so they can do their activities without any trouble. Therefore, human must keep their health and the institution that runs health service also must give priority in their service. There are a lot of institutions who offer health service in Ambon, the private or the government. But there is question then appears like, do they give good quality of health service to their clients/patients? Ambon Harapan Kita Hospital is one of the private hospitals in Ambon was proposed to be the object of the research. The focus of this study was on the quality of the service. This study was used double regreation analysis test with direct F variable, reliability variable, has significant influences toward satis factory variable health user service. The result of t-test toward both variables, guarantee and empathy, did not have significant influence toward satisfactory variable. Reliability variable was, in fact, dominant influenced the satisfactory of the user of health service. These results show that the efforts from the health service institution in Harapan Kita Hospital should be reevaluated on those factors like its quality, empathy, and the reliability. This was very simple and short research so it is impossible to use its data to predict the quality of health service, but at least, it could give pre information to other researchers who want to continue this study by adding other important variables.
