Community behavior becomes one thing that affects the imbalance of life because of the emergence of several behaviors that are considered deviant. So that thebarometer of people's behavior cannot be separated from the norms and values inthat society. Nowadays, the correctional facility is still seen as a place / place thatis solely for giving punishment to people who are considered to have committedacts of social deviation. However, the goal of correctional facilities is a correctionalsystem held in order to form prisoners to become fully human, aware of mistakes,improve themselves and not repeat criminal acts so that they can be accepted againin the community. So that this research, which is conducted through participatoryaction research, is focused on increasing the empowerment of assisted residents inprisons which are developed based on the concept of empowerment. Activitiesassociated with current needs are more directed at the creative industry. Thedecoupage training activity carried out as a form of action goes according to plan.And it can provide benefits in increasing knowledge and skills as well asmotivation in entrepreneurship of the assisted residents so that they can becomeprovisions for the inmates after completing a period of detention.

This activity aims to carry out a model of children's learning assistance through optimizing the role of parents to be more enthusiastic in facing this new normal era. Not a few parent feel confused and difficult in assisting their children in learning. This research used participatory action research method. The program target of this activity is 30 parent and 15 facilitator from keluarga harapan program. It can be seen that the activities carried out have optimized various parties and can achieve the expected output. Based on the activity , beneficiary families are motivated and have high enthusiasm in spreading the knowledge and skills they have acquired to other families. So, from this activity the community service team highlighted several important things that have been done starting from paying attention to the concept of adult learning, strengthening the focus on social capital and also introducing the importance of peer teaching

This capacity building training aims to increase ability and motivation as well as equip Pokdarwis groups to develop tourist villages in the Ngestirejo area. This training activity begins with needs analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and mentoring. The program target of this activity is the Pokdarwis Asmadewi group in the tourist village of Ngestirejo, totaling 25 people. The methods used include: lectures, discussions, and practice. The results of this activity are: (1) 25 people from the Asmadewi Pokdarwis group have been trained who are able to make tourism village development plans. (2) the Asmadewi Pokdarwis group is able to make an action plan which will later be implemented in the development of the Ngestirejo tourist village

AbstrakPewarisan budaya menjadi langkah kecil untuk dapat terus melestarikan budaya di suatu daerah. Namun, perkembangan teknologi terkadang mampu menggeser upaya pewarisan budaya tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pewarisan budaya keterampilan dalam pembuatan kerajinan marmer melalui kegiatan “manjing”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif melalui studi fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga tahap yakni (1) reduksi data, (2) display data, dan (3) penarikan kesimpulan. Penentuan keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik perpanjangan waktu penelitian dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan manjing dilakukan secara rutin. Proses pewarisan dilakukan oleh pengrajin marmer junior mulai dari upaya mengamati, menirukan, dan mempraktekkan hal-hal apa saja yang dilakukan oleh pengrajin marmer senior. Proses pewarisan budaya difokuskan pada kreativitas pembuatan kerajinan marmer. Upaya ini terdapat unsur pembelajaran di dalamnya, dalam konsep pendidikan kemudian proses ini termasuk dalam ranah pendidikan informal.AbstractCultural inheritance is a small step to be able to continue to preserve culture in an area. However, technological developments are sometimes able to shift the effort of cultural inheritance. This study aims to describe the process of cultural inheritance of skills in making marble crafts through "manjing" activities. This research uses qualitative research methods through phenomenology studies. Data collection is done through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using three stages namely (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) conclusion drawing. Determination of the validity of the data by using research time extension and triangulation techniques. The results showed that the Manjing activities were carried out routinely. The process of inheritance is carried out by junior marble craftsmen from the effort of observing, imitating, and practicing what things are done by senior marble craftsmen. The process of cultural inheritance is focused on the creativity of making marble handicrafts. This effort has an element of learning in it, in the concept of education then this process is included in the realm of informal education.

The development of tourism can encourage the economic growth of the community, especially in the tourism village community of Ngestirejo. In its development can not be separated from the involvement of the surrounding community, local government and private parties or companies. Various parties have supported the development of this tourist village, namely the Ngestirejo community, the Pordasi Organization (All-Indonesian Horse Sports Association) Special Region of Yogyakarta, and the local government of Gunungkidul Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe the readiness of the community in the development of community-based nature tourism villages. This research is an exploratory case study with selected informants using purposive sampling method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the stages of data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display), and drawing conclusions or verification (conclutions). The result of the research is that there is a form of community readiness both in physical and non-physical terms in the development of community-based nature tourism villages.

This study aims to get an overview of how the Horse Care Training process in the Tourism Village of Ngestirejo, Tanjungsari District, Gunungkidul Regency, using a qualitative approach through the case study method. Data collection techniques were carried out in this study using observation, interviews and documentation related to training activities. The data analysis stage in this study uses three steps, including: 1) data condensation, 2) data display, and 3) conclusion drawing and verification. While the validity of the data in this study using triangulation techniques and persistence in field observations. This study shows that implementation is carried out in five stages; 1) Determination of needs, 2) determination of targets, 3) Determination of Training Materials, 4) implementation of the program and 5) Evaluation of Program Implementation. Outcomes of the Training: 1) The trainees understand and know how to properly care for horses. 2) The trainees know the stages of guiding and riding a horse as a tour. 3) The trainees are motivated and have high enthusiasm in participating in the training.Keywords: implementation, training, horse care, tourist village

The purpose of this research is to determine the type of creativity of marble craftsmen in Gamping village through apprenticeship (Manjing) in the process of making marble crafts. This research employs qualitative methods and a phenomenological research approach. Data is gathered through observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The data was analyzed in three stages: (1) data reduction, (2) data display, and (3) results withdrawal. Using extended attendance techniques, in-depth observation, and triangulation, the researcher determined the data's validity. The findings revealed that the process of creativity in making marble handicrafts was divided into three stages: 1) the input stage included growing interest and receiving information, 2) the process stage included processing information and attempting to make marble handicrafts, and 3) the output stage included self-evaluation conducted by apprentices.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran instruktur yaitu pengrajin marmer senior yang sesungguhnya dalam proses transfer of skill kepada peserta magang yaitu pengrajin marmer junior pada proses pembuatan kerajinan marmer, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat proses pemagangan dalam pembuatan kerajinan marmer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian mix method, yaitu gabungan antara metode kuantitaif dan metode kualitatif. Pemilihan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitaif menggunakan google form yang disebar secara online kepada 50 responden melalui whatsapp. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan data kualitatif melalui wawancara terbuka menggunakan google form pada 5 responden yang mewakili populasi untuk memperkuat data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran instruktur dalam transfer of skill pada peserta magang ada lima yaitu: 1) sebagai pelatih, 2) sebagai pembimbing, 3) sebagai pendamping, 4) sebagai fasilitator, dan 5) sebagai motivator. Selain itu juga terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses transfer keterampilan serta nilai (value) yang muncul di dalam aktivitas tersebut.

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting bagi anak khususnya anak usia dini. Hal ini membutuhkan dukungan dari peran orang tua dan lembaga pendidikan untuk mengoptimalkannya. Akan tetapi masih ada beberapa kasus terkait belum adanya kolaborasi antara lembaga dengan orang tua untuk saling mendidik anak. Oleh karenanya, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan parenting yang dilakukan kepada pengelola SPS sebagai upaya pemberdayaan pengelola CLC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix method yang merupakan gabungan metode kuantitatif dan metode kualitatif. Pemilihan sample menggunakan teknik porposive sampling yaitu merupakan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitaif menggunakan aplikasi google form yang disebar secara online kepada 50 orang responden melalui aplikasi whatsapp group. Selanjutnya peneliti mengambil data kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara melalui aplikasi whatsapp kepada 5 orang responden yang telah dipilih untuk mewakili populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, adanya pelatihan parenting telah mampu meningkatkan peran pemberdayaan masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan lembaga SPS, yakni antara lembaga SPS dan orang tua bersama-sama membangun hubungan yang lebih dekat untuk saling bekerjasama mendidik anak.
