Abstract

Sebagaian masyarakat bergantung pada subsektor pertanian dengan mengolah makanan dari hasil pertanian menjadi suatu produk barang jadi yang siap di makan dan di pasarkan, salah satunya keripik pisang dengan dukungan bahan baku yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1. Mengetahui besarnya Biaya, Penerimaan, Pendapatan dan R/C dari pengolahan pisang menjadi keripik pisang di Kecamatan Bojongasih Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. 2. Mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah dari pengolahan pisang menjadi keripik pisang di Kecamatan Bojongasih Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode survei di Kecamatan Bojongasih Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Dan sampling yang digunakan metode sensus jenuh sebanyak 2 orang. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan bahwa :1. Rata-rata biaya total Agroindustri Keripik Pisang di Kecamatan Bojongasih Kabupaten Tasikmalaya satu kali proses produksi sebesar Rp 871,544 dan rata-rata penerimaan dalam satu kali proses produksi sebesar Rp 1.375.000 sehingga memperoleh rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp 503,456 dalam satu kali proses produksi dengan jumlah bahan baku sebanyak 100 kilogram dan adapun rata-rata R/C dalam satu kali proses produksi adalah 1,57 artinya usaha agroindustri keripik pisang menguntungkan dan layak untuk diusahakan. 2. Rata-rata nilai tambah dari pisang menjadi keripik pisang yang diperoleh pada Agroindustri keripik pisang di Kecamatan Bojongasih Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yaitu Rp 6,283 per kilogram dengan total produksi keripik pisang 50 kilogram dalam satu kali proses produksi.

Abstract

Extremophilic fish require genetic characterization to determine the identity of their species, their kinship, and the potential for genetic variation due to extreme environmental adaptation. DNA barcoding using Fish-F2 and Fish-R2 primers at an annealing temperature of 52oC for 15 seconds showed qualitative failure results in most fish species. For this reason, optimizing the annealing temperature in the PCR process is necessary to obtain DNA bands that correlate with successful identification. Fish samples were obtained from Ruai Silip, Bangka Island, Membalong, Belitung Island, and Way Kanan, Lampung, Sumatra Island. The annealing temperature optimization was set at 50, 50.4, 51.1, 52.3, 53.7, 54.8, 55.5, and 56°C. Five species of extremophile fish were tested, namely Brevibora sp, Barbodes binotatus, Rasbora bankanensis, Anabas testudineus, and Aplocheilus panchax. Extremophile fish showed differences in the appearance of DNA bands in PCR with different annealing temperatures. Brevibora sp showed a visualization of DNA bands at 54.8°C, Barbodes binotatus at 53.7, 54.8, 55.5, and 56°C, Anabas testudineus at 50 and 50.4°C, and Aplocheilus panchax produced clearly visible band on annealing temperatures.

Abstract

According to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2012 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions. The purpose of this research is to find out how to sell online in various expeditions. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. In descriptive research, it is necessary to obtain a complete and accurate description of a situation. The result of this analysis and research is that we must understand how the sales system in various expeditions is in accordance with applicable legal provisions. must also know the various types of expeditions for online sales. The main purpose of online sales is to increase sales and reach a wider market. This can be a pretty accitive marketing strategy in digital commerce. Create interesting content so that the product can be well known and remembered by consumers.
