Abstract

Evaluation the disruptions of telephone network uses a method fault tree analysis (FTA) and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA). By using FTA, the fault events are identified, which contribute causing top level event of jarlokat isolation, jarlokaf isolation, and devices can’t function jarlokar. The results of FTA; 8 basic events for jarlokat isolation, 7 basic events for jarlokaf isolation, and 6 basic events for jarlokar devices can’t function, that is smallest events. These basic events are analyzed by FMEA it based on value of the risk priority number by knowing severity from failure effect scale, occurrence from causes scale, and detection from control scale. The result FMEA is priorities problem solving in the following order: the drop wire 1x2 broken, the short circuit of housing wire, the short circuit of distribution point, the trans radio broken, the telephone instrument damaged, the primary wire broken, and the secondary wire broken.

Abstract

The case in the metal casting process is when the metal is melted and then poured into a liquid metal reservoir and then poured into a pouring tool and then poured into a mold. In the process of pouring into the mold is still using manual equipment, namely by using wood which ends have a container such as a bucket ( bucket)) made of a mixture of white cement, brick fire sand and clay and the metal liquid pouring tool has a length of 1.5 cm, a weight of 5 kg with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of a container for liquid metal 20 cm does not include the load. If the pouring device filling with liquid metal, then the weight reaches ± 20 kg, with a weight of ± 20 kg the worker must pour the liquid continuously into the mold and at least each worker must go back and forth 6 times pouring metal liquid into a mold in a single combustion process. Based on the nordic body map questionnaire data as many as 8 workers felt pain in the shoulder and arm because the burden was born, resulting in workers often feel pain in the muscles of the arms and back. Because the wooden handle used to pour metal liquid is too slippery (exposed to sweat), so there is a need for improvement in activities. From the results of the above observations, it is necessary to design ideas for new work facilities. It expects to affect the improvements related to the position of the hand in the process of pouring liquid into the mold. Then the design idea needs to be done in the form of a casting tool that has been modified and can be used according to user needs and can be said to be ergonomic, safe, and comfortable. The method used in designing castings is quality function deployment and anthropometric techniques.

Abstract

As the population grows in big cities and watersheds, it will significantly impact river waters. One of the settlements located on the banks of the river Winongo is Ngampil village, Ngampil sub-district, Yogyakarta City. According to data from the Yogyakarta City Central Statistics Agency, the population of the Ngampil sub-district increased in 2018 to 18,591 inhabitants, from 2016 with 10,540 inhabitants, the Winongo River is used by the Ngampil residents for fish farming by making cages and also residents who use the Winongo River for activities environmental conservation. One effort to control water pollution is to monitor water quality consistently. The problem in this research is the absence of tools to monitor river water quality. Therefore, it is necessary to design an efficient monitoring tool to read water quality with a ph indicator in real-time using the hovercraft method through the internet of things method. Utilizing this robot boat tool can monitor river water quality using an automatic drive system and display the river water's pH indicator on the website. This research showed river water quality at 6:00 in the morning with a pH value of water 6.81 information Poor / Contaminated by Weight, daytime at 12.00 with a pH value of water 6.77 information Poor / Contaminated by Weight, and afternoon at 18.00 with a water ph value of 6.66 information Poor / Severely polluted.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan salah satu hal penting yang harus dipenuhi yang merupakan hak setiap tenaga kerja untuk mendapatkan keselamatan dan kesehatan saat di tempat kerja. Kurangnya fasilitas lapangan baik sarana maupun prasarana yang memadai memungkinkan dapat menimbulkan resiko bagi pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab masalah K3 di bagian baking atau oven perusahaan bulu mata, dan memberikan saran perbaikan atas masalah yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi terjadinya potensi bahaya secara sistematis adalah menggunakan metode SWIFT (The Structured What If Analysis). Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mendesain rancangan sistem keselamatan kerja di stasiun kerja. Bahaya yang sudah teridentifikasi diberikan usulan rekomendasi untuk meminimisasi bahaya yang tejadi. Penentuan rekomendasi dibuat berdasarkan tingkat risiko prioritas utama. Berdasar penelitian analisis resiko pekerjaan menggunakan SWIFT pada bagian baking, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kasus kecelakaan kerja dibagi menjadi 3 jenis yaitu ringan, sedang dan berat. Di dalam penanganan alat baking atau oven terdapat 5 sumber bahaya dengan 5 resiko pada proses baking atau oven, yaitu 1) Uap yang dihasilkan proses oven, 2) Operator menghirup uap panas oven, 3) Operator terpapar uap panas dari oven, 4) Kesalahan tidak memakai APD lengkap, 5) Material bahan baku panas yang diolah terkena operator.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the comfort level of army helmet from the viewpoint of humidity and temperature. The method used was experimental and modeling. For modeling using geometry and mesh building intelligent toolkit (Gambit) and its analysis using CFD Fluent. This research was done first by conducting experimental testing, and measurement in the match with cfd fluent. From the results of this research is that, Methods of Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) Fluent can be used as a tool for the simulation of fluid flow and approaching the real state. Humidity and temperature greatly affect the comfort of soldiers in helmets, is shown from the value of the temperature in the cavity at a point a 308.600 K, 309.180 K point b, point c 309.180 K. Helm soldiers use today, namely with a distance of 0.6 cm cavity already does not meet the level of comfort. Keywords: CFD Fluent, Gambit, relativevelocity ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kenyamanan helm tentara dari sudut pandang kelembaban dan suhu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dan pemodelan. Untuk pemodelan menggunakan geometri dan mesh menggunakan software (Gambit) dan analisis dengan menggunakan CFD Fluent. Penelitian ini pertama dengan melakukan pengujian eksperimental, dan pengukurannyadibandingkan dengan CFD Fluent. Dari hasil penelitian ini adalah, Metode Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) Fluent dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk simulasi aliran fluida dan mendekati keadaan sesungguhnya. Kelembaban dan suhu sangat mempengaruhi kenyamanan tentara di helm, ditunjukkan dari nilai suhu di rongga pada titik a 308,600 K, 309,180 K titik b, dan titik c 309,180 K. Helm tentara yang di gunakan saat ini, yaitu dengan jarak 0,6 cm rongga tidak memenuhi tingkat kenyamanan dari sudut pandang suhu dan kelembaban. Keywords: CFD Fluent, Gambit, relativevelocity

Abstract

Abstract PT Kereta Api Indonesia provides services to prospective passengers in the provision of services related to the only railway services in Indonesia. In this study aims to determine the extent of the quality of service that has been given by Klaten Station to train passengers. This research was carried out on trainers. The study was conducted by distributing 25 questionnaires to train passengers at Klaten Station. Then tested the validity and reliability, to determine the suitability of the distributed questionnaire, then measured the level of importance with Service Performance, then carried out the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index to determine the level of passenger satisfaction, then make a chart Importance Performance Analysis to determine the level of importance and customer satisfaction. The calculation results from Service Performance obtained the value of the suitability level of 44.45% -77.45%, the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index of 61.60% which is included in the Very Poor's criteria or needs to be improved, the Importance Performance Analysis calculation has the highest priority quality attributes namely the attributes number 6, 7, 12, 20, and 21. With the proposed improvements using the Theory Resheniya Izobreatatelskikh Zadatch, that is, increase the number of seats for prospective passengers and introductory. Adding supporting facilities that do not yet exist in the Klaten Station environment, PT KAI will educate Klaten Station officers to be more disciplined and prioritize the best service to customers. Abstract

Competition among companies engaged in convection is measured by the level of productivity of the company, therefore each company is required to improve its performance more effectively and efficiently so as to achieve the goals expected by the company. This research was conducted in creamber Cloth Convection printing and sewing shirts aimed at measuring the productivity value by establishing January 2019 as a base period with the Marvin E Mundel method with 6 indicators namely: deflactor, constant price, RIP, Aggregate Output, Partial productivity index and Productivity Index Total. Based on the results of productivity measurements during the measurement period by setting the acquisition value obtained from the measurement results, the highest material productivity index was reached in May with a value of 108.68% and the lowest in June with a value of 94.56%, while the labor productivity index the highest employment was in May 2019 with a value of 121.47% and the lowest in June was 87.76%, the highest energy productivity index in May was 121.63% and the lowest in June 2019 was 87.87%, the Index the highest depreciation productivity in May was 121.76% and the lowest in June with a value of 87.96%, the total productivity index which increased from the base month in May was 110.99%, while the total productivity index experienced a decrease compared to the base month in June with a value of 93.13%.

Abstract

PT. Gendhis Multi Manis BULOG merupakan proses pengolahan produk berupa gula yang kemungkinan mempunyai kekuatan munculnya limbah terhadap lingkungan sekitar pabrik dan lingkungan pekerja. Adapun ragam limbah yang muncul yang salah satunya berupa limbah pabrik maka dibutuhkan system untuk mengurangi potensi pencemaran limbah tersebut. Atas dasar ini maka perlu melakukan identifikasi, penilaian dan analisis resiko yang akan terjadi. Observasi ini menerapkan metode kualitatif. Tujuan peneliti melakukan observasi yang pertama adalah bisa menemukan bukti - bukti yang berpengaruh terhadap kualitas lingkungan menggunakan metode enviromental risk analysis dan dan Environmental Performance Indicator. Kedua yaitu melakukan evaluasi susunan risiko lingkungan dengan memakai metode kualitatif serta metode semi kuantitatif. Pada observasi ini yang didapat peneliti yakni perangkat proses mengolah air dari sisa proses produksi yang mempunyai risiko yang kecil dari keseluruhan risikonya sebesar 66, maksudnya bahwa proses mengolah limbah dikerjakan melalui prosedur yang teratur atau tidak berubah - ubah dan total nilai analisis signifikansi aspek lingkungan outlet IPAL sebesar 1404, maksudnya limbah yang keluar ini mempunyai akibat bahwa limbah tidak berpengaruh yang besar serta menakutkan pada ragam unsur lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian risiko lingkungan, aktivitas pengelolaan produktifitas yang sering memunculkan pada lingkungan adalah pada kondisi minyak pelumasan turbin di stasiun ketel dengan nilai 2835, dan di stasiun pemurnian proses blotong pada saat memiliki nilai sebesar 1215. Hasil pengukuran indeks EPI mempunyai nilai positif 44% artinya bahwa kondisi ini menerangkan hasil kerja lingkungan pabrik gula yang sedang dilakukan observasi adalah sudah cukup baik.

Abstract

Zero accident merupakan faktor kunci dalam pengelolaan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Berbagai metode K3 diterapkan di perusahaan jasa dan manufaktur guna menghilangkan dan meminmalisir risiko pekerjaan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam persoalan tersebut adalah Job Safety Analisis (JSA), yaitu teknik manajemen keselamatan yang berfokus pada identifikasi bahaya dan preventif bahaya yang berhubungan dengan rangkaian pekerjaan atau tugas yang hendak dilakukan. Obyek penelitian adalah karyawan divisi mekanik departemen teknikal pada pekerjaan yang dilakukan di area Workshop PT Widya Inovasi Indonesia. Tahapan pengolahan data dimulai dari identifikasi penyebab kecelakkan kerja, penilaian risiko potensi bahaya dan selanjutnya adalah usulan pengendalian potensi bahaya. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa teridentifikasi delapan potensi bahaya dengan klasifikai rendah dan empat potensi bahaya dengan klasifikasi tinggi pada project MyNitro. Sedangkan pada project Load Scanner teridentifikasi dua potensi bahaya dengan klasifikasi Ekstrim, dua belas dengan klasifikasi tinggi, satu dengan klasifikasi sedang, dan delapan dengan klasifikasi rendah.
