Abstract

The Mediating Role of Corporate Reputation on the Relationship between Market Orientation and CSR with Business Performance. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of corporate reputation on the relationship between market orientation and CSR with business performance, this study using questionnaires and interviews. Object of this study was the banking industry, both private banks and state banks in Bali. Prior to analysis to test the validity and reliability testing of the research instruments. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SPSS software and smartPLS. The results of this study demonstrate, market orientation and CSR has a positive and significant relationship indirectly about business performance is mediated by a corporate reputation. Market orientation and CSR has a positive and significant relationship directly tehadap corporate reputation. Reputation of the company has a positive and significant relationship to business performance. Keywords: market orientation, CSR, corporate reputation, bisnis performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction and OCB and the effect of job satisfaction on OCB. This study also aims to analyze the indirect effect of intrinsic motivation on OCB through job satisfaction. The study was conducted at the Secretariat of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Badung Regency. Data were collected by means of questionnaire using five scales, distributed to 143 contract employees. Before being fully disseminated, data quality testing was carried out using SPSS 20 to ensure the questionnaire was valid and reliable. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analysis with WarpPLS. The results shows that intrinsic motivation plays an important role in increasing job satisfaction and OCB. Additionally, job satisfaction is also proven to be able to increase OCB. Furthermore, intrinsic motivation indirectly has an important role in increasing OCB through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan, untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh brand image dan social media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen sepeda motor Honda pada UD. Made Ferry Motor Gianyar. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 85 orang karyawan yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner, Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Pemasaran Sosial Media, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

These studies aimed to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance. The study adopted a quantitative paradigm with a population of employees at the Investigation Department, Immigration Office in Bali, Indonesia. The questionnaire was spread to 253 employees on intervals time three weeks by the number was responding are 115 employees.  The results revealed that transformational leadership has a significant effect on job satisfactionhowever, no significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance. Moreover, this research found that job satisfaction played an essential role as a mediating between transformational leadership on employee performance. The implications of the study represent job satisfaction as a critical role and will be discussed.  Whereas, the practical implications concern the importance of administering equity in the transformational leadership values to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competency and organizational commitment on employee work effectiveness. This research was conducted at LPD Mengwi with used as a sample of 50 respondents. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires are feasible, then analyzed using SPSS 19.0. The results of the study give the meaning that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The results of the beta regression coefficient or independent variable that have the most dominant effect on the dependent variable are organizational commitment variables. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of this study indicate that for competence shows a positive, it can be concluded that competence has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness and for commitment organization shows a positive. Then it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and determine the effect of job stress, job satisfaction and employee loyalty on employee performance at PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. This research method uses quantitative and qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Samudera Gemilang Denpasar as many as 110 people. While the sample of respondents in this study were 86 people from all employees at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar. The result of the research is that work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar, while job satisfaction and job loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Samudera Gemilang Denpasar.

Abstract

Metode penelitian yang di pergunakan yaitu kuantitatif. Dimana peneliti ingin mengestimasi, “Apakah nilai harga saham PT. Bukalapak.com tbk undervalue atau overvalue pada saat melakukan initial public offering (IPO) pada tanggal 27 Juli 2021. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui harga wajar saham PT. Bukalapak.com tbk pada saat IPO. Dimana penelitian dilakukan dengan metode discounted cash flow dengan pendekatan free cash flow to equity dan relative valuation dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan yaitu;  rasio harga terhadap nilai buku (price to book value - PBV), rasio laba terhadap harga (price earning ratio - PER) dan price to sales (P/E rasio). Untuk metode DCF dengan pendekatan free cash flow to equity (FCFE) diperoleh estimasi nilai yaitu Rp. 475,18-per lembar saham. Dengan menggunakan metode relative valuation yaitu senilai Rp. 481,26,-per lembar saham. Estimasi yang diperoleh peneliti berkaitan dengan harga saham pada saat IPO yaitu Rp. 476,70,-per lembar saham. Sedangkan, PT.Bukalapak.com tbk saat IPO menetapkan harga yaitu 850,00,-per lembar saham. Maka dapat dikatakan harga yang ditetapkan PT. Bukalapak.com tbk pada saat melakukan IPO overvalue apabila dibandingkan dengan estimasi nilai yang diperoleh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect, competence, organizational culture and emotional intelligence on employee performance at LPD in South Denpasar. Quantitative methods/approaches are used in this study. The number of samples used were 87 LPD employees in South Denpasar with the saturated sampling method, namely by using all the population as samples. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Then analyzed using SPSS 23 for windows. The results showed that all the proposed research hypotheses were accepted. The conclusion in this study is that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Efforts are made to improve performance, namely providing training and opportunities to add insight to employees and develop work creativity in accordance with their fields.

Abstract

The research on the integration of entrepreneurial orientation and customer relationship marketing in building and strengthening marketing capabilities to achieve marketing success in the endek and embroidered woven fabric handicraft industry in Denpasar City was carried out in all businesses that produce and sell woven and embroidery fabrics, and are listed in the Directory of Service Denpasar City Industry and Trade in 2016. Woven and embroidery businesses are spread in four districts with a total of 55 business units. The sample of this study is all members of the population, and placed the owners / managers of woven and embroidery fabrics as the target of the respondents. This research is a research survey using a questionnaire as the main research instrument. In addition, this study also uses independent interviews with key informants to support or explore findings from the results of the quantitative analysis. The research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (Smart-PLS), where the results showed that entrepreneurial orientation had an effect on marketing performance, but entrepreneurial orientation had no influence on marketing capabilities. Also, customer relationship marketing had an influence on marketing performance and marketing capabilities, while marketing capabilities have an influence on marketing performance.

Abstract

The Indonesian Capital Market have an important role in mobilization of founds for national development. The capability of Indonesian Capital Market in mobilizing funds has become an important container besides banking to provide funds through the sale of shares and bonds. The counting of return and risk is two important things in any capital or fund to be invested. Investment risk generally be affected bymicro and macro factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the effect of financial leverage, operating leverage and company liquidity simultaneously and partially to share investment risk on the food and beverage industry in indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2017. The result of this research were the variable of economic conditions, interest rate, inflation, exchange rate, financial leverage, operating leverage and company liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect to share investment risk on the food and beverage industry in indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2017 and the variable of exchange rate with financial leverage variable have a negative and significant effect to share investment risk on the food and beverage industry in indonesia stock exchange period 2013-2017.
