Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of digital promotion, store atmosphere and hedonic motivation on impulse buying on Wicked Vapor Bali. The population of this research is 103 customers who have become members or subscribed. The sample of this research is the entire population. Data was collected by means of interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, determination analysis and t test. The results showed that digital promotion, store atmosphere and hedonic motivation had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying on Wicked Vapor Bali. Further research can develop this research by using other variables that theoretically affect impulse buying, such as price and shopping lifestyle.

Abstract

The function of the hotel was only as a place to stay for tourists who went on business trips or vacations. But over time, the function of the hotel has increased. Currently, hotels have other functions than as temporary residences for tourists, but can also be used for weddings, corporate meetings, new product launches. With the changes in the hotel's function, entrepreneurs who are engaged in the hotel business can compete to survive in the competition. One hotel that is experiencing quite competitive competition is the Swiss-belhotel Tuban. This can be seen during the period 2016-2020 room sales fluctuated. Therefore, with the competition so competitive, effective marketing activity is needed for Swiss-belhotel Tuban so that consumers are willing to decide to use the services at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. Therefore, the researcher aims to determine the effect of social media marketing, brand awareness, and location on the decision to use services at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. This research was conducted at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. The method of data collection was through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were guests who had stayed at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using accidental sampling, which is sampling by chance. This means any member of the population who happens to be met by the researcher at the time of the study, that member is used as a sample. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear analysis techniques which were processed using the IBM SPSS 23.0 for Windows application. The results of the analysis show that 1) Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on service use decisions at Swiss-belhotel Tuban. 2) Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on service use decisions at Swiss- belhotel Tuban. 3). The location has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use services at Swiss-belhotel Tuban.

Abstract

Nowadays, the use of information technology on earth is increasingly sophisticated. The increase of internet users in Indonesia is in line with the social media users. During the COVID-19 pandemic, buy and selling activities in markets and supermarkets are limited. People are starting to shop online. One of the most popular marketplaces is Shopee. During 2020 to 2021, Shopee recorded a significant increase in the number of users and transactions. Of course, there are several factors that might affect the increasing number of transactions on Shopee e-commerce. Therefore, the researcher aims to determine the effect of social media marketing, ease of use and quality of information on purchasing decisions during the new normal era in Shopee e-commerce. This research was conducted in Denpasar City. The method of collecting data is through distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are Shopee e-commerce consumers who have made purchase transactions in the past year and are domiciled in Denpasar City. In dividing the sample, the researcher used proportional sampling with a total of 25 respondents per sub-district with the same number. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear analysis techniques which were processed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 for Windows application. The results of the analysis show that 1) Social media marketing has no impact on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee 2) Ease of use has an impact on purchasing decisions on e-commerce Shopee 3) Information quality has an impact on purchasing decisions on Shopee e-commerce.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by a person or group of people in an organization, in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities, in an effort to achieve the goals of the organization concerned legally, not violating the law and in accordance with morals and ethics. Performance can be seen how a person at work carries out his duties properly, which is supported by the ability, expertise, independence, commitment, responsibility and individual confidence in carrying out his work. Performance is an important thing that must be achieved by every company, including the General Bureau Office and Regional Secretariat Protocol Office of Bali Province, and the factors that influence performance include competence, self-efficacy and work environment. This research was conducted at the Office of the General Secretariat and Protocol Bureau of Bali Province. The number of samples taken was 100 people. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Which is processed using the SPSS program version 21.0 for windows. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that if employee competencies are owned and used properly, performance at the Office of the General Bureau and Regional Secretariat Protocol of the Province of Bali will increase. Self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, which means that if employee self-efficacy increases, the self-confidence of the performance of the General Bureau and Protocol Regional Secretariat of the Province of Bali. The work environment has no significant effect on performance, which means that if a good environment does not necessarily improve the performance of employees at the Office of the General Affairs Bureau and the Regional Secretariat Protocol, Bali Province.

Abstract

PT Telkom as a state-owned company should provide satisfactory service to its customers, for this reason, employees who are competent in their respective fields of work are needed so that they can show maximum performance in providing services. However, several problems began to be encountered, starting from individual characteristics, employee competence, and an organizational climate that was not yet conducive, causing employee performance to be less than optimal. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of individual characteristics, competencies, and organizational climate on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. The population in this study was all employees at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch as many as 35 people, the sampling technique used a saturated sample, so that the entire population was used as a sample. The analytical tools used are multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Telkom Ubud Gianyar Branch.

Abstract

Kinerja perawat merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai seorang perawat dalam melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan. Perawat dapat bekerja dengan baik bila memiliki kinerja yang tinggi sehingga dapat menghasilkan kerja yang baik. Oleh karena itu, kinerja dari perawat harus mendapat perhatian dari para pimpinan perusahaan atau instansi, sebab menurunnya kinerja dari perawat dapat mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan kerja dan imbalan terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali. Populasi dan sampel berjumlah 30 orang perawat pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji T. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan, kemampuan kerja dan imbalan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat (2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali (3) kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali (4) imbalan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Bali.

Abstract

Bali merupakan salah satu daerah tujuan wisata utama di Indonesia yang telah mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah dalam pariwisatanya.Beragam tujuan wisata di Bali, muncul sarana pendukung dari industri pariwisata, contohnya hotel, restoran, spa, penyewaan kendaraan, jasa perjalanan wisata, wahana air, diskotik dan sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, iklim organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Paragon Seminyak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hotel Paragon Seminyak dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan metode sensus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Paragon Seminyak. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Paragon Seminyak. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Paragon Seminyak.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on research on gaps and differences focusing on individual characteristics, leadership and competency on employee performance. In addition, there are also research problems regarding reducing work targets at the UPTD BAPELKESEMAS Bali Provincial Health Office. This research was conducted at UPTD BAPELKESEMAS Bali Provincial Health Office with a sample of 51 respondents taken using a saturated census. All data obtained from distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of the study show that (1) individual characteristics, leadership and competence simtultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UPTD BAPELKESEMAS Health Office of the Province of Bali. (2) individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (4) competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
