Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keselarasan arah kebijakan terhadap implementasi kerangka ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan pada tatanan kebijakan Pemerintah Daerah dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis Miles and Huberman. Subjek yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini mencakup elemen pentahelix dengan objek inti berbasiskan pada kerangka ATSP periode 2016-2025 dan Kebijakan pariwisata Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Banyuwangi sudah mengimplementasikan kerangka acuan pengembangan pariwisata berdasarkan ASEAN Tourism Strategic Plan (ATSP) pada tatanan kebijakan pariwisata daerah secara parsial. Namun, dari kedua arah pengembangan pariwisata ASEAN yang juga merupakan turunan Kebijakan Pariwisata Nasional, untuk saat ini Kabupaten Banyuwangi belum mengorientasikan arah pengembangan pariwisata menuju pariwisata tunggal, melainkan pariwisata unggulan.

Abstract

Explore Bromo Tour & Travel is a company engaged in the field of travel agency services, is required to prioritize the quality of service to customers or tourists. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction partially on Explore Bromo Tour and Travel. The approach chosen in this research is a quantitative approach with the type of correlation research. The population in this study are customers who use Explore Bromo Tour and Travel services, from April to October 2021. The sample in this study uses the Probability Sampling technique, the type of method is Simple Random Sampling totaling 52 customers who use Explore Bromo Tour and Travel services. from April to October 2022. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires. The results of the study can be concluded that the calculation of t arithmetic is bigger than t table, with the result of 7.543 which shows a partially significant influence between service quality consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy on customer satisfaction Explore Bromo Tour and Travel Malang. Abstract

TOEFL as Test of English as Foreign Language is common test used in many countries an all over the world. The main objective of this study was to investigate the correlation between listening, structure, and reading comprehension in TOEFL. In this research, there were several questions regarding the three variables including listening, reading, and grammar that were focusing on the correlation between them. There were 30 students of Tourism and Business Management Department of Politeknik Negeri Jember, from whom the data was gathered, who were selected to be the sample. Quantitative method with Pearson Product Moment Correlation to prove whether there was a significant correlation among the three variables used in this research as statistical analysis. Based on the problem formulation, it can be concluded that there was significant correlation between the variables of listening, structure, and reading comprehension skills of the students of Tourism and Business Management at Politeknik Negeri Banyuwangi. For the correlation between listening and structure, the correlation coefficient was 0.642 which was considered as high. The moderate degree of correlation was found for the correlation between listening and reading with the correlation coefficient of 0.474. However, it was found that the correlation between structure and reading comprehension was weak with the correlation coefficient of 0.511. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that listening, structure, and reading comprehension in TOEFL were inter-correlated.

Abstract

Pendampingan dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan diversifikasi produk telah menjadi strategi penting dalam pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat. Artikel ini membahas peran penting kegiatab Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berupa pendampingan dalam membantu Bolu Aulia Bakery untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk mereka serta memperluas ragam produk yang ditawarkan. Melalui pendekatan berbasis pengetahuan dan praktik terbaik, pendampingan menyediakan bimbingan teknis dan manajerial kepada karyaman Bolu Aulia Bakery, membantu mereka dalam mengadopsi inovasi teknologi, memperbaiki proses produksi, dan meningkatkan standar kualitas. Selain itu, pendampingan juga mendorong Bolu Aulia Bakery untuk melakukan diversifikasi produk, memperluas portofolio mereka untuk memenuhi berbagai kebutuhan pasar. Dengan menggabungkan pendekatan partisipatif dan peningkatan kapasitas, pendampingan memberikan dorongan yang signifikan bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Melalui studi kasus dan analisis best practice, artikel ini menguraikan strategi dan pendekatan yang efektif dalam pendampingan peningkatan kualitas dan diversifikasi produk, serta menyoroti manfaatnya dalam konteks pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan
