Abstract

Evaluasi adalah salah satu aspek penting dalam menilai kesuksesan implementasi sistem informasi. Evaluasi dapat digunakan untuk memperbaiki sistem informasi melalui pengalaman masa lalu, untuk memperoleh teknik atau metode yang efektif, melakukan investigasi kegagalan dan belajar dari pengalaman masa lalu. Penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi penggunaan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan Daerah (SIMDA) ditinjau dari opini BPK-RI menggunakan metode HOT-Fit model. Penelitian ini akan mengukur sejauh mana keberhasilan implementasi SIMDA.  Penelitian ini melibatkan 38 responden yang berasal dari BPK-RI Perwakilan Banten dan 4 (empat) pemerintah daerah. Untuk analisis data digunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil pengujian menggunakan ά=0,10 menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kualitas sistem. Net benefit dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh teknologi.

Abstract

Fire fighting robot is robot that has function to find and extinguish a candle flame in the space arena. To be able carry out their duties then the robot is equipped with sensors, controllers and drivers. Phototransistor, thermopile arrays, or UVTron is sensors that usually used in fire fighting robot. These sensors have some drawbacks. Phototransistor has a relatively close distance readings. While TPA81 thermopile array has a narrow field of reading only 41 ° x 6 ° from sensor. UVtron only limited to determine whether there is any point of the fire and was unable to determine absolute position or angle of the hotspots and vulnerable to damage if the jar is touched by the hand. Additionally TPA81 sensors and sensor UVtron is relatively expensive. This research aims to build a candle light detection alternative better in terms of specification, performance, price, reliability and ease of development. As the input of the system identification using webcams camera types. The webcam running on Raspberry Pi single-board computer. Image information is converted to HSV color space (Hue, Saturation, Value) and applied threshold processing. Thresholding HSV performed on the range of values contained in the object candle flame. To get the absolute position of a candle flame using moments analysis. Identification system can identify candle flame spot with the farthest distance is 225cm. Angle readings in the horizontal plane by 60 ˚ and the vertical plane by 40 ˚. The achievement of the highest FPS obtained in image resolution size of 320 x 240 pixels which is 8.129 FPS.

Abstract

Metode finite difference eksplisit adalah metode yang mudah diprogram dibandingkan metode finite difference implicit atau metode-metode numerik lainnya. Selain itu, metode eksplisit itu dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan panas “Heat Equation” linear dalam dua dimensi. Akan tetapi, metode eksplisit itu mempunyai sebuah kekurangan yaitu keterbatasan stabilitas dari penyelesaian numerik adalah sangat ketat. Oleh sebab itu, metode eksplisit itu tidak lagi termasuk daftar metode-metode numerik yang handal yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan persamaan-persamaan diferensial parsial. Oleh karena itu, maka diusulkan untuk menggunakan analisis wavelet Haar di dalam skema numerik dari metode eksiplisit untuk mengatasi kekurangan metode itu, yaitu keterbatasan stabilitas, dengan menjaga diskretisasi dari metode eksplisit agar tidak berubah. Kekurangan dari metode finite difference eksiplisit itu sudah dapat diatasi secara signifikan oleh analisis Haar wavelet yang tidak mempengaruhi logika metode asli yatiu metode eksiplisit.

Abstract

Garis pantai merupakan kawasan yang dinamis yang dapat berubah setiap saat.Perubahan ini disebabkan oleh adanya abrasi dan akresi.Pemantauan terhadap perubahan garis pantai dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan citra satelit.Analisis citra satelitmemberikan data yang lengkap dan dapat dilakukan   dengan sedikit atau tanpa bantuan manusia. Makalah ini, menggunakan metode segmentasi dan deteksi tepi pada multi-spektrum yang berkeja secara otoimatis. Proses pemunculan informasi garis pantai dilakukan dalam dua tahapan, yaitu pre-processing dan processing. Pre-processing merupakan tahapan awal yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas masing-masing citra (noise remover dan edge enhancement).Tahapan processing merupakan tahapan pemunculan informasi garis pantai dengan segmentasi dan deteksi tepi.Penerapkan metode ini diharapkan dapat memunculkan informasi mengenai garis pantai.

Abstract

Robot lengan merupakan salah satu aplikasi robotika yang telah banyak diterapkan di dunia industri. Penelitian ini menerapkan salah satu aplikasi dari robot lengan 4-DOF dengan gripper end effectornya. Robot ini berfungsi sebagai pengklasifikasi objek berdasarkan warna objek secara otomatis. Secara keseluruhan, sistem otomasi ini terdiri dari robot lengan, konveyor statis, dan wadah sesuai warna (merah, biru, hijau, dan hitam). Sistem ini terdiri dari sensor warna RGB satu pixel, mikrokontroller sebagai prosessor, dan 6 buah servo sebagai aktuator. Sensor RGB berfungsi sebagai masukan yang diproses melalui mikrokontroler dan dilakukan perhitungan jumlah objek berdasarkan warna. Untuk penentuan posisi target peletakan objek digunakan metode pemetaan arena. Posisi ini dapat diatur secara manual dan kemudian disimpan di memori mikrokontroler sebagai acuan aksi robot lengan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa robot lengan dapat mendeteksi dan mengklasifikasi objek berwarna merah dengan waktu 10 detik, hijau 8,9 detik, biru 8 detik, dan hitam 9,9 detik.

Abstract

Text document clustering is a technique which has been intensively studied be-cause of its important role in the text-mining and information retrieval. In the vector spa-ce model it is typically known two main clustering approaches,i.e. hierachical algorithm and partitional algorithm. The hierarchical algorithm produces deterministic result known as a dendogram, but its weakness is high complexity in time and memory. On the other hand, partitiaonal algorithm has linear time and memory complexity although its clustering result is not independent from its initial cluster. The aim of this research was to study experimentally to compare the perfor-mances of several techniques of hierarchical algorithms and partitional algorithms applied to text documents written in Bahasa Indonesia. The five similarity techniques i.e. UPGM-A, CSI, IST,SL and CL were chosen from hierarchical, whereas K-Means, Bisecting K-Mean and Buckshot are chosen for partitonal ones. The documents were collected from 200 to 800 Indonesian news text that have been categorized manually and used to test these algorithms using F-measure for clustering performance. This value was derived from Recall and Precision and can be used to measure the performance of the algorithms to correctly classify the collections. Results showed that Bisecting K-Mean as a variant of partitional algorithm performed comparably with the two best hierarchical techniques,i.e. UPGMA and CL but with much lower time complexity.

Abstract

The Kalman filter is a recursive solution to the process linear filtering problem that can remove the noisefrom signal and then the information can useful. The process that use Kalman filter must be approximatedas two equations of linear system, state equation and output equation. Computation of Kalman filter isminimizes the mean of the square error. This paper explore the basic consepts of the Kalman filteralgorithm and simulate its to filter data of gyroscope to get a rotation. The measurement noise covariancedetermines how much information from the sample is used. If measurement noise covariance is high showthat the measurement isn’t very accurate. The process noise covariance contributes to the overalluncertainty of the estimate as it is added to the error covariance matrix in each time step. If the errorcovariance matrix is small the Kalman filter incorporates a lot less of the measurement into estimate ofrotation.

Implementation of local regulation No. 1 of 2013 on Smart Reading Al-Quran and outs of running with the maximum as expected yank Kampar regency government. The purpose of these regulations is to make the public Kampar religion makes people high-value, particularly the District Bangkinang City.Theoretical concept used by the author is the Policy and Program Implementation. Researchers use qualitative research with descriptive study. In collecting the data, the writer used interview and observation techniques. Authors use informants as sources of information and techniques triagulasi as a source of data authenticity.Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 1 Year 2013 About Smart Reading Al-Quran in District Bangkinang City Kampar regency has not gone up, it proved there are still many schools that have not implemented these programs and there are still many people who do not know about the program Smart Reading Al -Quran.
