Abstract

Curriculum 2013 in elementary schools was implemented with thematic learning, but the teacher for fourth grade in SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru had not yet maximized learning with a scientific approach. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of the implementation of project-based learning on the thematic learning outcomes of grade IV SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru Bandar Lampung. This research used a quasi-pretest-posttest design experimental group. The population of the students was 65 students, the sample was determined by random sampling techniques amounted to 25 students. The data was collected by multiple choice tests with total 20 questions. Based on the test, the data was obtained by t = 12.849 (consulted with table t) db = N-1 = 25 -1 = 24 with ttable (α = 0.05) = 1.711, because thit ≥  ttabel  or 12.849 is bigger than 1,711, there is an influence after doing the project based learning (PjBL). There is a significant difference between the results of the pretest and posttest learned through the project based learning model. The posttest average was 82% higher than the pretest average of 59%. This shows that there is a percentage of enhancement 23%.Keywords: Project Based Learning, Thematic Learning, Scientific Approach, Elemantary School

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri  Gugus Labuhan Ratu. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis ada tidaknya pengaruh  antara pola asuh orang tua di masa pandemi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex-postfacto. Populasi berjumlah 186 peserta didik dan teknik sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling dan  diperoleh sampel berjumlah 78 peserta didik. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket dengan menggunakan skala Likert, yang diuji validitas dengan hasi rtabel 0,396 dan reliabilitas instrument dengan hasil 0,899. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua di masa pandemi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dengan nilai konstanta (α) 29,88 artinya jika pola asuh orang tua bernilai 0 (nol), maka hasil belajar bernilai positif yaitu 29,88

Abstract

The success of the teacher in the teaching and learning process is determined by the teacher's performance as an educator. This performance plays an important role in achieving optimal teaching goals. However, in the reality of the teacher's performance shows less encouraging symptoms that many teaching teachers seem to have the lack mastery in teaching materials, media and methods used in the teaching and learning process. They have a tendency to teach the same materials in the following year while some of teachers arestill not being placed in accordance with their educational background. There is also the lack of encouragement from teachers to excel and compete among others. This research is conducted to reveal the contribution of teachers’ motivation and characteristic toward their performance in SMP Ma’arif Metro. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method using Ex Post Facto. The population of this study was all of teacheras many as 38 people and the sampling technique was done by total sampling. The result of the research shows that the teachers’ Motivation is 79.4 % of the ideal maximum score and can be categorized as medium category.Teachers’ motivation contributes significantly towardTeacher’s performance by 41.2 %. While the Teachers’ Characteristics score is 85.30 % of the ideal maximum score and can be categorized as good category.Teachers’ Characteristics contribute significantly towardthe Teachers’ Performance by 28.1 %, while Teachers’ Motivation and Characteristics together contribute significantly toward Teachers’ Performance by 32.7 %. This study found out that the two predictor variables which are the Motivation and Characteristics of Teachers both individually and jointly made a meaningful contribution toward the Teachers’ Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik Ice Breaking terhadap minat belajar peserta didik kelas II SD Negeri 21 Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah SD Negeri 21 Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung. Populasi dari penelitian ini berjumlah 19 siswa kelas II SD Negeri 21 Negeri Katon. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 19 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen jenis angket yang digunakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik ice breaking terhadap minat belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawa terdapat pengaruh teknik ice breaking terhadap minat belajar siswa kelas II SD Negeri 21 Negerikaton Kabupaten Pesawaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan apakah ada pengaruh model pembelajaran probing prompting terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa di kelas V SD Negeri 1 Triharjo Kecamatan Merbau Mataram Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pra-eksperimental dengan bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Triharjo. Sampel penelitian ini ber jumlah siswa 26 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dokumentasi, teknik analisa data dan menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji-t (paired sampel t test) untuk sampel yang sama dengan perlakuaan berbeda (­pretest-posttest) dengan mengahasilkan t hitung 21,476 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,708, yang membuktikan bahwa adanya pengaruh model pembelajaran probing prompting terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the peer tutoring method on the learning outcomes of fifth grade science subjects at SD Negeri 4 Jatimulyo, South Lampung. The method used in this research is quantitative with the type of pre-experimental research one group pretest-posttest design which is used to determine the effect of a treatment on research subjects. The population of this study were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Jatimulyo, with a sample of the total population. The data from this study were obtained using a multiple choice instrument with 15 questions. The results of this study are quite satisfactory. This can be seen from the results of the posttest score of 2871 which is greater than the total value of the pretest of 2133. The highest posttest score is 100 the highest pretest value is 86. The lowest posttest value is 56, and the lowest pretest value is 26. The total mean posttest is 84.44 pretest 62.73 . That is, the pretest is before the peer tutoring method is implemented and the posttest is after it is implemented. In the calculation of the percentage of 33 students from 34 students, 97% of students have achieved the KKM value from the specified school

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the effect of realistic mathematical approaches on mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SDN 4 JatiMulyo. Type of this research is quantitative research using quasi-experimental methods and using one-group pre-test and post-test design. This research is conducted for grade IV odd semester 2019/2020 at SDN 4 JatiMulyo. The population in this research are all fourth grade students of SDN 4 Jati Mulyo with a total of 31 students. The sampling using saturated sampling technique (total sampling), thus the sample in this research amounted to 31 students. The data collection is done through tests, namely pre-test and post-test. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive analysis. Based on the result and discussion in this research, it can be concluded that there is an effect of a realistic mathematical approach to the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD N 4 JatiMulyo. This is evidenced by the mean value of mathematics learning outcomes is 83.84 (very good category). From these results it can be concluded that there was an effect of a realistic mathematical approach to student mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara signifikan peran orang tua terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model pra-eksperimental dengan bentuk one shot case study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA dan VB SD Negeri 2 Serdang. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 44 siswa. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, tes dan dokumentasi. Adapun untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dengan model Chi Square dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji-t (paired sample t test) bahwa nilai sebesar 41.084 > 1.680 dan taraf Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa diterima dan ditolak artinya terdapat pengaruh peran orang tua terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Serdang Kecamatan Tanjung Bintang Kabupaten Lampung Selatan.

Abstract

Human resource management is a process closely related to implementing management strategies that are directly handed over to schools to be developed according to their potential. The purpose of this study is to describe the strategy for the development and quality of human resources in elementary schools. This research is a type of field study or qualitative, collecting data according to the phenomena at the location, namely at Muhammadiyah Al-Birru Ponorogo. Data collection techniques through observation during meeting activities between leaders and subordinates, interviews with school principals, committee members, foundation members and stakeholders, documentation of assignment letters, photos of activities. The results showed: that a well-planned human resources improvement strategy is a benchmark for the maximum success or failure of human resources management by developing the potential of human resources who have their respective talents directed according to the knowledge of the teachers and healthy competition between human resources with the stimulus of giving awards to educators. Implementation of improving human resource educators through periodic semester career coaching, maximizing IT class management, and learning innovation with collaborative teaching methods. The success of improving school human resources very influential in carrying out the learning process properly and perfectly organized.
