Abstract

Motivation is very important in the learning process. With motivation students and teachers will be easier to achieve learning goals. Learning motivation is formulated as encouragement, both internal and external factors. One of the motivations from outside is the availability of educational facilities and infrastructure. Therefore, good management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to be able to provide comfort in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine, describe and analyze the implementation of the procurement and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure. This study uses a literature review on the concept of facilities and infrastructure management. The result of this research is that the management of facilities and infrastructure is one of the factors that can affect students' learning motivation.

Abstract

The competitive demands of the world of work require quality human resources. The policy strategy issued by the government in order to improve the quality of human resources is through the skills and abilities of students. The Center for Community Learning Activities (PKBM) is one aspect of the government's policy strategy in improving human resources. The purpose of the topic of this discussion is to find out whether the PKBM where the research has an impact on the local community so that it is able to increase its own resources through the skills aspect. The importance of this discussion topic being used as research is that it can be used as a reference source for similar institutions to provide an overview of the achievements obtained from the process that is being carried out. The type of approach used in this research is qualitative using the case study method. The data were obtained from the number of respondents as many as 10 people consisting of managers, tutors and learning residents. Furthermore, the results of research conducted through interviews, observations and documentation as data collection techniques showed that the success of the community in developing their skills as an increase in human resources was the fruit of the big role given by PKBM to learning citizens. Moreover, people's lives are much better since the establishment of these non-formal institutions. The importance of the results of this research will have a positive impact on the institution that is the subject of research as well as existing similar institutions

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the Package B Equality Education Program at PKBM (Community Learning Activity Center) Dawuan Community Voice Team, Cikampek District, Karawang Regency along with the supporting and inhibiting factors of program implementation. This study uses an approach with a descriptive method. This research was conducted at the Community Learning Activity Center of the Dawuan Community Voice Team. The subjects of this study consisted of 4 people, namely, 1 manager, 1 educator, and 2 students. Data collection was done by using the method of observation, interview (interview), and documentation. The stages of research carried out are preparation, place and data analysis. The data analysis used includes three stages (1) data reduction (simplification); (2) data display (presented); (3) verification (drawing conclusions). The results of this study indicate that (1) the Implementation Process of the Package B Equivalence Learning Program in the PKBM of the Dawua Community Voice Team, such as background, objectives, curriculum, strategies and methods, facilities and infrastructure, and evaluation. (2) Supporting factors in the implementation in the form of occurring because of the interest of learning residents or the community who want to get an equivalency education diploma. The inhibiting factors for implementation are: (1) people are busy with their work; (2) There is no consistency in public interest; (3) the community has the characteristics of a thinking paradigm and low enthusiasm for learning.

Abstract

Banyaknya anak usia dini yang terkena virus Covid-19 disebabkan karena kurangnya peran orang tua dalam mengajarkan anak mengenai pentingnya sikap disiplin dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan selama masa pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pendidikan keluarga terhadap sikap disiplin anak usia dini di PAUD Mekar Jaya Pulo Gebang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap disiplin anak usia dini dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 54%.
