Abstract

The selection of Kutai Kartanegara Regency as 1 of 25 regions in implementing the work program of the 100 Smart City Movement based on the Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Communication and Information Decree Number 265.KOMINFO/DJAI/AI.01.05/05/2017, is both an opportunity and a challenge to make this happen. This study aims to analyze the readiness of Kutai Kartanegara Regency in implementing Smart City in several dimensions. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with informants from implementers at the Office of Communication and Information and Bappeda of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Triangulation is used to test the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the dimensions of Smart City development in Kutai Kartanegara Regency which include smart governance, smart branding, smart economy, smart living, smart society and smart environment have been supported by several aspects. From the superstructure aspect, Smart City development is based on the vision and mission of Kutai Kartanegara Regency so that it has a strong basis to be realized. From a structural aspect, it is supported by Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), BUMN, BUMD and the formation of Creative Economy Committees in the regions. From the infrastructure aspect, it is carried out through the provision of internet networks and various digital applications. From the aspect of community readiness, efforts have been made to support the development of an internet network with equitable access. From the aspect of hilly nature, extensive forests and many rivers are still obstacles to equal distribution of internet network access and adequate road access. Abstract

Aging is an inevitable part of all individuals journeys. Many of these elderly people experience problems, especially elderly people who previously spent time working. In fact, there are many cases among the elderly who experience problems, especially for the elderly in the Purbalingga area, there are elderly people who fall ill due to economic problems and social changes that put pressure on the elderly after retirement, making them psychologically weakened. The aim of this research is to identify the mental health of the elderly after retirement. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. The data analysis technique used is triangulation techniques carried out using interviews, observation and documentation using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this research found that cases of mental health in the elderly after retirement felt pressure due to the absence of strong social relationships between family and retirees and co-workers. So the feeling of loneliness, not being recognized, and the readiness to live a life of economic problems, and the feeling of anxiety during retirement have not been prepared. This has an impact on weakening the welfare and meaning of life of the elderly after retirement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan student centered approach pada pembelajaran TK kelompok B, di sekolah laboratorium Rumah Citta. Objek penelitian adalah proses pembelajaran TK kelompok B, di sekolah laboratorium Rumah Citta. Permasalahan ini diteliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data-data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Data-data hasil penelitian diuji kembali keabsahannya dengan menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian penerapan student centered approach pada pembelajaran TK kelompok B di sekolah laboratorium Rumah Citta dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, antara lain: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran yang meliputi administrasi, pemilihan tema dan perencanaan program; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran terdiri dari kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, istirahat dan kegiatan akhir; (3) evaluasi pembelajaran yaitu evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian tahap perkembangan anak. Pembelajaran yang menggunakan student centered approach diterapkan dengan cara memberi kesempatan pada anak untuk bereksplorasi mencari pengetahuan dan pengalaman anak. Penerapan student centered approach dapat menstimulasi perkembangan anak lebih aktif bergerak, mampu memecahkan masalah, mengerti konsep sebab-akibat, berani mengungkapkan pendapat, bekerjasama dan tolong menolong. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menggunakan student centered approach berupa APE dan barang bekas. Sedangkan sumber belajar yang digunakan adalah anak, buku, internet, guru, orang yang ahli dalam bidangnya, dan lingkungan. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran area yang nenitik beratkan pada kegiatan bermain.   Kata kunci: Pembelajaran Berpusat pada Siswa, teaching kindergarten, kinderg-arten group B
