Abstract

In collaboration with a group of hydroponics farmers, an activity as a part of community service implementation has been carried out in Pasuruan, Eastern Java. The activity aims to develop a 900 Wp solar power plant capable of providing energy for running the essential electrical devices for the hydroponics system uninterrupted. This idea is to resolve the energy issue when the outage occurs. Moreover, the reliance on the public grid also adds additional expense for the electricity bill. Based on the observation, the power plant reliably provides sufficient energy to turn on different hydroponics electrical devices. It can supply energy for 12 hours without charging to activate, in total, 160 Watt of diverse loads all night long. While during the day, solar panels deliver energy for the batteries recharging and the other loads. Some other facilities are also developed in this activity, including UV plastic roof and addition of the grow lights to promote the plants’ growth acceleration. The plastic roof efficiently reduces the sunlight intensity to lower the heat experienced by the plants, transmits specific wavelengths crucial for growth, and prevents the rainwater from entering the nutrient water tank. Meanwhile, the grow lights stimulate faster growth and quickly recover the plants after receiving much heat that causes them to look wilt. As a result, the farmers are now less reliant on the public grid, and the hydroponics system is more weather-resistant.

Abstract

Sejak pertama kali merebak di China pada Desember 2019, virus corona atau yang dikenal dengan istilah Covid 19 dengan cepat terus menyebar hampir di seluruh penjuru dunia. Namun melihat penularannya yang sangat cepat di seluruh dunia, akhirnya WHO menetapkan Corona Virus sebagai pandemi. Tujuan dan tahapan metode penelitian, tujuan penelitian untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh Work From Home terhadap Kesejahteraan Driver Gojek Online di Kota Surabaya, tahapan penelitian di mulai dengan persiapan, pengumpulan data, analisis data, penyusunan laporan dan publikasi internasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan tentang pengaruh regulasi Work From Home terhadap Kesejahteraan Driver Gojek di kota Surabaya dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara parsial.

Abstract

A traditional market is an activity where sellers and buyers meet and is characterized by direct transactions between sellers and buyers and a bargaining process in it. There are also buildings usually consisting of stalls or outlets, booths and open grounds opened by sellers or other market manager. This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approach used being: a sociological approach because researchers carry out environmental interactions in accordance with social units, individuals, groups, institutions or communities. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were library surveys, observations and interviews. The results of this research show that the Prapatan traditional market has the potential to improve the economy of traders. The potential of the prapatan market is first, the price is cheaper than other traditional markets. Second, the products vary, time and strategic location. Apart from that, a supporting factor is the attention of local governments, namely first, price monitoring. Second, preventing fraud in the market, such as preventing the problem of fraud in weights and measures. Third, preventing the sale of damaged goods, as well as actions that could damage goods

Abstract

Filsafat sains membantu menggali konsep-konsep yang mendasari ilmu pengetahuan, seperti penyelidikan tentang apa itu "penjelasan ilmiah", apakah ada "realitas" di luar apa yang dapat diamati, dan bagaimana teori-teori ilmiah dapat diuji dan dikonfirmasi. Ini adalah disiplin yang terus berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam membantu memahami batasan, etika, dan implikasi sosial dari ilmu pengetahuan. Ibnu Rusyd merupakan salah satu tokoh filsafat Islam yang berbicara mengenai ilmu pengetahuan dan agama. Bagaimana pandangan Ibnu Rusyd tentang filsafat sains ? Penelitian ini berusaha menelusuri pandnagan Ibnu Rusyd tentang filsafat sains. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian meliputi : agama dan sains berasal dari sumber yang sama, keduanya tidak bisa dipertentangkan, keduanya akan selalu melengkapi. Sains menggunakan akal sebagai sarana untuk mendapatkan kebenaran, namun akal manusia terbatas untuk bisa menyentuh semua hal kebenaran. Oleh karena itu ada agama yang menjadi pelengkap dan membantu mendapatkan kebenaran secara lengkap.
