Abstract

The number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia has increased significantly in the past decade. Many entrepreneurs expand their business into digital by using marketplace platform. Although, there are a lot of entrepreneur use digital landscape to scale up their business, many online business ended in failure. This research aims to answer the following questions; what is the success factor of smartphone campaign in the Indonesia marketplace platform? Is there any difference success factor between each marketplace platform? The researcher uses secondary data, simple random sampling, and binary logistic regression modeling for the purpose to answer research questions. Interestingly, this research shows that there are no relationship between seller reputation and sales acquirement. Also, there is no difference behaviour between each marketplace platform. Therefore, to be succeed in marketplace competition, each seller should pay attention to their price competitiveness while at the same time find the best option to increases their number of store page views.

Abstract

ABSTRAKThe development of financial institution of both bank anda non-bank based onsharia service trhives in Indonesia.In this case of course required he existence ofresearch to analyze the influence of implemetation shaia marketing, customersatisfaction and customer trust on loyalty.the number of respondents in this studywas 99 by using saccidental samplinh technique and using statistica anilysis toolSPSS. the result of the analysis show that partially have a negative relathionthipand not significant but in general respondents agree with the indicator on thevariable. Abstract

AbstractPurposes of this research is to determine how the effect of financial performance on stock price movements in the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) "Empirical Study in the Sector Mining". The variables used in this research are independent variables: Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity, Dept Equity Ratio. And the dependent variable: Stock Price Movement. The analysis technique in this research are using explanative analysis, classical assumption test and regression analysis. The population in this study is all Indonesian Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) companies empirical studies in the sector mining. The sample used by author is 10 companies Indonesian Islamic Stock Index in empirical studies on the sector mining with the highest market capitalization. The results of this research indicate that Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity has a significant positive effect on stock price movements in the sector of the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index mining, while the Dept. Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on stock price movements in the sector of the Indonesian Islamic Stock Index mining.Keywords : Equity Growth, Net Profit, Return On Equity, Dept Equity Ratio and stock price movements

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, communication and organizational commitment on the management performance of IPNU Malang. This research is an Explanatory Research. The subject of this research is the organizer of IPNU in Malang city. The population and the sample in this study are 38 respondents. The data was collected by distributing the questionnaires and analysed by using SPSS Version 16.0.  The technique used in collecting the data is by using a census method, and the technique used in testing the study is by using the Instrument Test, Normality Test, Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumptions, and Hypothesis Test. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that partially the Leadership Style affected much to the Management Performance, as well as the Communication, but in other hand Organizational Commitment does not affect the Management Performance. Therefore Leadership Style, Communication and Organizational Commitment significantly affected the Management Performance. It means that the independent variable is feasible to explain the analyzed independent variable.Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Organizational Commitment to the Management Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation on the Performance of BKPSDM in Batu City. The type of research used is experimental. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews. This study amounted to 51 employees who were active employees who were in BKPSDM Batu City. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method that is by using analytical tools such as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, f test and t test. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the simultaneous influence between the variables of Leadership Style and Spiritual Motivation has an effect on the performance of BKPSDM Kota Batu employees. (2) Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on employee performance and Spiritual Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Spiritual Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The purpose of this study are: 1) To analyze the effect of Hotel Taxes on the Original Revenue of the City of Batu, 2) To analyze the effect of Restaurant Taxes on the Regional Revenue of Batu City, 3) To analyze the influence of Entertainment Taxes on the Regional Revenue of Batu City. The object used in this study is the Regional Revenue of Batu City originating from Hotel Taxes, Restaurant Taxes, and Entertainment Taxes and obtained in 2016-2018. Based on this study, it shows that here the Hotel Tax has a significant effect on the Regional Original Income of Batu, which shows the results of the Hotel Tax significance value of 0.007. The analysis of this study shows that the Tax of Hotels in Batu City has an influence on the Regional Revenue of Batu City. Restaurant Tax has a significant effect on the Regional Original Income of Batu City in 2016-2018, which shows the results of the Restaurant Tax significance value of 0.001. This analysis shows that the Restaurant Tax in Batu City has an influence on the Regional Revenue of Batu City. Entertainment Tax has a significant influence on the Regional Original Income of Batu City in 2016-2018, which shows the results of the Entertainment Tax significance value of 0.022. This analysis shows that Entertainment Tax has an influence on the Regional Revenue of Batu City.Keywords: Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Entertainment Tax, Regional Original Income

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style on employee performance of PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk. Dinoyo branch either partially or together. The population and sample are all 41 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Data analysis in this research using SPSS version 14. Sampling technique using census method and data testing technique used in this research include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results showed that partially motivation does not significantly affect employee performance while job satisfaction and leadership style significantly influence employee performance. Together shows that job satisfaction, motivation and leadership style significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Leadership Style and Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to understand the influence of work conflict, motivation, and transformational leadership on the performance of the employee at Kantor Camat Lowokwaru Malang. The population in this study were 33 with the same number of samples. This study used an explanatory research type with a quantitative approach. Primary data was measured using a questionnaire and analyzed using a SPSS 14.0. The result shows that both work-conflict and transformational leadership significantly influenced to work performances. On the other hand, motivation doesn't have any influences on work performance. However, altogether those three variables significantly influenced to work performances. Keywords : Work Conflict, Work Motivation, Transformational Leadership and Work Perfomance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was aimed to investigate the influence of solvability,liquidity and firm size to profitability in the consumer goods company at BursaEfek Indonesia (BEI) period 2011-2015. The population of this research is everyconsumer goods company enlisted in the BEI at the year 2011-2015. The sampleswere obtained by using the purposive sampling method until only 27 companieswere qualified as samples. This research used secondary data and multipleregression analysis method.The result of this research shows that the variable of solvability hasnegative and significant effect to the profitability, the variable of liquidity hasnegative and insiginificant effect to the profitability, the variable of firm size hasnegative and significant effect to the profitability.Simultaneously variablesolvability, liquidity and firm size to profitability have significant influence onprofitability.Keywords: Profitability, Solvability, Liquidity, Firm Size

Abstract

ABSTRACT Customers are an important part of the business world, without any customers in the business, of course there will be no business processes that occur. Therefore customers are very influential in the wheels of business and business. This study aims to explain the effect of customer expectations, product quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. In this study the Customer is an important part of the business world, without any customers in the business, of course there will be no business processes that occur. Therefore customers are very influential in the wheels of business and business. In a business process, the customer would want to be well served by the merchant and the customer will be satisfied if his wishes or expectations are met when buying and feeling the product or service that is felt. With such an impact, it is expected that customers will be loyal to use the product or service that they feel is good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The method used is quantitative. The method of data analysis in this study was to use descriptive statistical methods and parametric inferential statistics by using IBM Version 21 SPSS (statistical product and service solution) software. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained service quality to customer loyalty was 3.84% while the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is 3.74% and the effect simultaneously between service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is 3.64% and the remaining 3.38% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Keywords: service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty
