Abstract

Bayi berat lahir rendah adalah kelahiran bayi dengan berat badan kurang dari 2500 gram (sampai dengan 2499 gram) tanpa memandang usia kehamilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran karakteristik ibu yang melahirkan bayi berat lahir rendah berdasarkan umur, paritas, pendidikan, pekerjaan di Puskesmas Tanrutedong Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jumlah 19 Populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran karakteristik ibu yang melahirkan bayi berat lahir rendah di Puskesmas Tanrutedong Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Tahun 2018, berdasarkan umur ibu lebih banyak pada kelompok umur tidak beresiko (20 – 35 tahun) yaitu sebanyak 17 orang (89,5%), berdasarkan paritas lebih banyak pada ibu multipara (2-5) yaitu sebanyak 10 orang (52,6%), berdasarkan Pendidikan lebih banyak terjadi pada ibu yang berpendidikan SD yaitu sebanyak 7 orang (36,8%), berdasarkan pekerjaan ibu lebih banyak pada kelompok yang tidak bekerja yaitu sebanyak 18 orang (94,7%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru SMAN 1 Mattiro Sompe  menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa menggunakan komputer secara baik dan benar dengan teknik supervise individual yang dipakai dalam menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa persepsi guru yang menganggap menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa adalah penting, namun hasil supervise menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Pada pertemuan awal tidak ada seorang guru yang menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa menggunakan komputer. 2. Pengamatan pada siklus pertama baru sepuluh orang guru yang menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa dengan menggunakan komputer, berarti baru 25%. Selebihnya tidak ada dan hanya menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa secara manual. 3.Pada siklus kedua, semua guru sudah mampu menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa dengan menggunakan komputer secara benar. Ini berarti 100% guru SMAN 1 Mattiro Sompe sudah mampu menganalisis hasil ulangan siswa meskipun masih ada 1 orang guru hanya mampu pada kategori sangat rendah dan 1 orang guru pada  kategori rendah. Kata Kunci: kemampuan guru, teknik supervisi individualABSTRACT This study aims to determine the ability of teachers of SMAN 1 Mattiro Sompe to analyze  the learning results of students using the computer with individual supervision techniques. That the perceptions of teachers who consider analyzing learning results of students are important, but supervision show: 1. the first meeting no teacher analyzed the test results of students using computers. 2. Observations on the first cycle there are ten teachers analyze learning result of students using a computer (25%), the rest there is manually. 3. second cycle, all teachers are able to analyze the learning results of students use computers properly. Means that 100% of teachers SMAN 1 Mattiro Sompe able to analyze learning result of students using computer although there is still a teacher only at very low category and 1 teacher in a low category. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Giving Question and Getting Answer menggunakan media audio terhadap hasil belajar pada materi menyimak cerita rakyat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Sungai Kakap Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan bentuk penelitian Quasy Eksperimental Design dan rancangan penelitian Post Test Only Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa menggunakan metode Giving Question and Getting Answer dengan media audio adalah 71,07 dengan standar deviasi 11,11; 2) berdasarkan hasilperhitungan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji t tes independent sample dihasilkan P-value 0,0002 < α 0,05, sehingga Ha diterima, dengan demikian uji keputusan ini berarti terdapat pengaruh metode Giving Question and Getting Answer menggunakan media audio terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: Metode Giving Question and Getting Answer, Media Audio, HasilBelajar.

Abstract

Giberellic acid (GA3) is a natural and sintetic grower hormone for speeding up the germination process. The research objective is for knowing the soaking time effect, giberelin (GA3) concentration and the interaction of both factors toward germination and growth of the Robusta coffee seed. This research was carried out in a nursery garden of The State Polytechnic of Lampung, from June 2014 until July 2015. Research arranged by factorial used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD). First factor was Giberelin (GA3) concentration i.e. G0 (without GA3), G1 (Giberelin concentration 1000 mg.l-1), G2 (Giberelin concentration 1250 mg.l-1), and G3 (Giberelin concentration 1500 mg.l-1). The second factor was soaking time i.e. A1 (soaking until 12 hours), A2 (soaking until 16 hours), A3 (soaking until 20 hours), and A4 (soaking until 24 hours). The results showed the seed soaking with giberelin (GA3) could affect germinate power, germinated seed quantities, and dry weigh of shoot. Abstract

Gibberellin (GA3) is a natural growth hormone and synthesis used to break dormancy and accelerate germination and growth processes. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of gibberellin concentration (GA3), soaking duration, and the interaction between gibberellin concentration (GA3) and soaking duration on the growth of australian pine tree seed. The research was conducted in State Polytechnic of Lampung from October 2015 to February 2016. This research used Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD). The first factor is the concentration of gibberellin (GA3) namely A0 (without GA3), A1 (1000 mg.l-1 GA3), A2 (1250 mg.l-1 GA3), and A3 (1500 mg.l-1 GA3). The second factor is the soaking duration of GA3 namely B1 (soaking for 3 hours), B2 (soaking for 6 hours), and B3 (soaking for 9 hours). The result showed that GA3 at concentration 1500 mg.l-1 increased germination, the percentage of germinated seeds, hypocotyl diameter, hypocotyl length, growth homogenity, and vigor of australian pine tree seed. Soaking duration for 9 hours can increase germination, the percentage of germinated seeds, hypocotyl diameter, hypocotyl length, growth homogeneity, and australian pine tree seed vigor. Abstract

Characterization of morphophysiology and oil yield of 10 patchouli genotypes (Pogostemon cablinBenth.) aims to test the morphology and physiology character of nine genotypes Aceh patchouli and one comparative clone (Lhokseumawe), obtain high yield oil clones (weight plant and essential oil content), and obtain genetic and phenotypic variabilities that can be used as a new genotype selection indicators. The research was conducted at Experimental Field and Plant Laboratory of the State Polytechnic of Lampung in April until November 2016. This research used Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 10 treatment levels and 3 replications.The LSI test results on the physiological character of the nine genotypes and one comparative clone showed that NPL 9 genotypes superior to the variables of the angle of petiole, chlorophyll content, leaf area, specific leaf area, and leaf area index. The NPL 9 genotypes resulted higher yield and rendement yields than other genotypes tested and one comparator, that was 2,36%. The character of stem production and rendement has a genetic variant value greater than the environmental variant. For genetic variability and phenotypic variability in the variables observed relatively uniform so that can not be used as an indicator of selection.   Keywords: Aceh patchouli, leaf character, selection indicator, variability of genotype, variability of phenotype

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producing country in the world after Brazil, Vietnam, and Colombia. This study aims to obtain an optimal rate of Trichoderma viride on coffee seed viability, to obtain the highest growth of Arabica coffee clones, and to obtain interaction between rate of Trichoderma viride and Arabica coffee clones on viability of coffee seeds. The research was conducted in Nursery Farm, State Polytechnic of Lampung from October to December 2016. This research use Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD). The first factor was the Arabica coffee clone i.e. Sigarar Utang clone and S 795 clone.The second factor was the rate of Trichoderma viride fungi culture i.e.O0 (without Trichoderma viride fungi culture), O1 (100 g Trichoderma viride fungi culture), O2 (200 g of Trichoderma viride fungi culture), O3 (300 g of Trichoderma viride fungi culture). The variables observed included seed growth rate, germination rate, cotyledon rupture rate, hypocotyl height, hypocotyl diameter, normal sprouts, leaf area, root dry weight, and leaf dry weight. If there is a significant difference in ? 0,05, then the test is continue with the LeastSignificanceDifference test (LSD). The best treatment of Trichoderma viride fungi dosage was dosage 200 g can increase seed growth rate for 12 days, germination rate 80,28%, and hypocotyl height 7,15 cm.The highest clonal treatment in the Sigarar Debt clone can increase the height of hypocotyl of 7,15 cm and the leaf area of 14.39 cm2.   Keywords: Arabica coffee seed, Trichoderma viride fungi culture, seed growth rate

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the education character values and the meaning of the education character values in Kayaq Sandongan mask dance. Object of the study was the education character values and the meaning of the education character values in Kayaq Sandongan. Data were collected by determining unit and recording then analyzed by data reduction and data analysis. Inference based on four categories of education character values. Semantics validity and interview toward experts are used to validity the result of study. Based on the result of study it can be concluded that there are four education character values in Kayaq Sandongan mask dance. First, education character value that reflected in the relationship between human and God that covered religiuos. Second, education character value that reflected in relationship between human and oneself that covered hard work and responsible. Third, education character value that reflected in relationship between human and society that covered honest, tolerance and responsible. Fourth, education character value that reflected in relationship between human and environment that covered environmental care. It is suggested that Kayaq Sandongan mask dance can be introduced to elementary school students through extra curricular in order that students understand and appreciate Kayaq Sandongan

Abstract

Inflation occurs where there is an increase in the price of goods or services in general and continuously in a country. Uncontrolled inflation will have an impact on the decline of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the prediction of future inflation levels is necessary for the government to develop economic policies in the future. Prediction of inflation levels can be done by studying historical past Consumer Price Index (CPI) data. Regression methods are often used to solve prediction problems. The problem of finding the optimal prediction model can be seen as an optimization problem. Genetic algorithms are often used to deal with optimization problems. Thus, this work proposed to use a genetic algorithm-based regression model for predicting inflation levels. The model was trained and evaluated using real CPI data which obtained from the Indonesian Central Bank. Based on the experiment, it is proved that the proposed model is effective in predicting the inflation level as it gains MSE of 0.1099.

Abstract

This study aims to get a higher cup lump production in rubber plants that are given a stimulant treatment compared to rubber plants that are not given a stimulant. Higher levels of dry rubber in PB 260 that has been given a stimulant compared to the RRIC 100 who has been given a stimulant and clone that provide the best responses to the stimulant. This research was conducted at Afdeling 5 PTPN VII Padang Pelawi starting from March to May 2019. The method used a t-test with PB 260 and RRIC 100 clones. The observed variables were stem girth, tapping angle, tapping depth, tapping thickness, skin consumption, cup production lumps, and dry rubber content. The results obtained by the use of stimulants increased cup lump production in two clones studied, RRIC 100 clones gave the best response to stimulants compared with PB 260 clones.
