Abstract

The golden generation (Generation 4.0) is a period where human groups at that time have a uniqueness that can characterize themselves and change history or times. The golden generation will take place in 2024. In the era of revolution 4.0, the golden generation must be prepared to face the challenges of its time, such as implementing development with existing and future resources, such as Human Resources (HR), and maintaining sustainability and sustainability. of development and these resources. When it is linked between generation and development, the existence of a generation will not be separated from the character and characteristics of the population of a nation and its conditions, because every human being has his own character and characteristics, therefore the formation of a golden generation will not be separated from education. . Because through education, especially civic education, the character of the nation can be formed. Abstract

Teachers are one of the professional workers who need skills in it. One of the basic abilities possessed by a teacher is the ability to teach or teaching skills. The ability to teach becomes a provision for teachers in carrying out their duties to become teachers later. In addition, teaching skills are also one of the important things in achieving learning goals. Teaching skills are skills related to all aspects of teacher abilities related to various teacher duties. Managing and leading classes is not easy, proper exercises and methods are needed; in this study it emphasizes how micro teaching learning can develop the skills needed by teachers later. There are eight skills that teachers need including, explaining skills, questioning skills, skills using a variety of stimulus, strengthening skills, opening, and closing lessons, small group and individual teaching skills, classroom management skills, and guiding small group discussions. In research using descriptive qualitative methods, the data that has been collected is then processed and the results are in the form of explanations.

Abstract

This paper is made to find out the effect of traditional oray-oryan games on children's social skills. This is motivated because with the advancement of technology, traditional games are starting to be forgotten. With technology, children will focus more on gadgets, laptops and other electronic devices. In addition, the level of addiction to modern games in children is also high so that it affects children's habits and behavior. This writing based on literature study describes the impact what happens to children when they are addicted to playing games which results in the character that will be awakened in children. In addition, this paper also examines the influence of traditional ory-orayan games on children's social skills
