Abstract

Teachers are one of the professional workers who need skills in it. One of the basic abilities possessed by a teacher is the ability to teach or teaching skills. The ability to teach becomes a provision for teachers in carrying out their duties to become teachers later. In addition, teaching skills are also one of the important things in achieving learning goals. Teaching skills are skills related to all aspects of teacher abilities related to various teacher duties. Managing and leading classes is not easy, proper exercises and methods are needed; in this study it emphasizes how micro teaching learning can develop the skills needed by teachers later. There are eight skills that teachers need including, explaining skills, questioning skills, skills using a variety of stimulus, strengthening skills, opening, and closing lessons, small group and individual teaching skills, classroom management skills, and guiding small group discussions. In research using descriptive qualitative methods, the data that has been collected is then processed and the results are in the form of explanations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop learning media based on waste sorting games. This development research was carried out using the Research & Development development model developed by Sugiyono through ten stages, namely potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product trial, product revision, usage trial, product revision, and product resulting from. The target of this research is the fourth grade elementary school students who are studying natural appearance material. The results of this study are that the development of learning media is very interactive and can be used as a supporting medium to increase students' sense of environmental care.

Abstract

Tujuan pembuatan artikel ini adalah menjabarkan pentingnya nilai demokrasi di sekolah dasar melalui pembelajaran Pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini berupa kajian kepustakaan dengan melihat faktor-faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghalang penanaman nilai demokrasi di kelas. Hal yang diharapkan setelah mempelajari materi mengenai nilai demokrasi dalam pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan ini siswa dapat menjadi pribadi yang demokratis dan bisa berpikir kritis dalam penyelesaian masalah. Siswa juga berani dalam menyampaikan pendapat dan bisa menerima perbedaan yang ada tanpa merasa tersinggung. Siswa juga diharapkan bisa menerapkan nilai demokrasi di lingkungan rumahnya dengan baik. Penerapan nilai demokrasi di kelas sekolah dasar dapat berupa pembelajaran mengenai nilai-nilai demokrasi seperti adanya toleransi, keberanian untuk mengeluarkan pendapat di kelas, adanya rasa saling menghargai jika ada pendapat yang berbeda, nilai demokrasi ini akan tumbuh dalam diri siswa jika siswa memiliki sifat positif terhadap nilai dan siswa akan terbiasa dalam menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
