Abstract

Abstract: The background of the problems in this study was the low student learning achievement with an average value of 63.27. This study was aims to improve student learning achievement in social studies class VIII in SMPS Exemplary Sekeladi Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir through the application of learning models Example Non Examples. This research was a classroom action research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and one-time delivery of content meeting the daily tests. February-March 2016, with the number of 21 students consisting of 9 men and 12 women. Classroom action research in order to succeed, the researchers set the stage that action planning, action, observation and reflection. The instrument of collecting data activity observation sheet data that teachers and students as well as achievement test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that; 1) improvement of student achievement than before action to the first cycle average of 10.47% and from the first cycle to the second cycle also increased by 8.26%, 2) completeness of increased student learning in the first cycle of 21 students, who achieve mastery amounted to 15 students with persentse 71.43% and students who did not complete six people with a percentage of 28.57%. While on the second cycle students are said to be completed 20 people or 95.24% of 21 students and students who did not complete one person or 4.76%, 3) Activities of teachers increased from 57.1% to the category enough in the first cycle of meeting first be 85.7% with good category at the confluence second cycle I. in the second cycle increased to 100% in both categories, and 4) the activity of students also increased from 36% in the first cycle to 52.4% the first meeting by category less at the second meeting of the cycle I. While the second cycle of the first meeting reached 72.8% with enough categories increased at a second meeting to be85%.Key Words: Examples Non Examples Learning Model, Students Learnig Achievement, Social Subject2

Abstract

Abstrack: Student Teams Achievement Division or abbreviated with STAD is learning in which students are placed in study groups of four or five students which is a mix of academic ability is different, so that within each group there are students who are high achievers, medium, and low or variations of sex , racial and ethnic groups or other social groups. The goal of this research is to improve student learning outcomes IPS VII.1 class in SMPN 3 Tanah Putih. The sample in this study were students VII.1 SMP Negeri 3 Tanah Putih academic year 2015/2016, totaling 31 students, consisting of 18 male students and 13 female students. Data obtained using the technique written tests, observation and documentation. While data analysis techniques used are: student learning, the activities of teachers and students' activity. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows STAD cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes in social studies classes in SMPN 3 VII.1 Tanah Putih. From these results it is expected that the school, paying attention STAD cooperative learning model can be used as an alternative in improving student learning outcomes, with more emphasis on the teacher's role in guiding and motivating students in learning groups. Abstract

Abstrack: Given the importance of economic learning level of high school education, the role of teachers is very important to realize the economic achievement of learning goals. A teacher not only provides knowledge about the learning material that will be taught to students, but the teacher should be able to plan an effective learning, so what the learning objectives are achieved. The learning model two stay two stray technique or method two only two guests. Learning is a learning model that begins with the division of the group, and provide opportunities for groups to share results and information. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of economic subjects graders x1 SMAN 3 white ground rokan districts downstream. Place of research conducted in SMAN 3 white ground. The samples used were students of class x1 totaling 28 people. Data obtained using the testing techniques and observational techniques. Data analysis techniques used are: data analysis activities of teacher, student activity data analysis, analysis of student learning outcomes, the analysis of the average value of learning outcomes. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows that show that their learning outcome Subject Economics X1 grade students of SMAN 3 Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir after a class action implemented by the method Two Stay Two Stray. From the results that have been obtained by the suggested method Two Stay Two Stray is properly implemented, it is expected to be used as an alternative economic learning in schools so as to improve the learning outcomes of economics students and teachers and other researchers to allocate time to exactly fit the RPP and conditions class.Keywords: TSTS Learning Method , Results Learning and Economic

Abstract

Abstract: The problem this research is the students achievement of social studies SMP N 4 Tanah Putih fourth graderes still low with an average value of 67.83 and minimum completenness criteria (KKM) social studiesis 75. Between students, amounting to 18 people only 6 students who achieve classical KKM with 33.33%. This research is classroom action research (CAR), which aims to improve the student achievement of social studies class VIII1 at SMP N 4 Tanah Putih with implementation cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS). Formulation of the problem : is the implementation of cooperative learning model type Think Pair Share (TPS) can improve students achievement of social studies at SMP N 4 Tanah Putih. The research was conducted on February 01, 2016 ‘to February 22, 2016 by 2 cycles. Subjects werw students of SMP N 4 Tanah Putih, totaling 18 people who use the data source. The data collection instruments in this thesis is a teacher and students activities sheets and students achievement. This thesis presents the results obtained each day before the action an improve in base score cycle with the average being 67.83. In the first cycle improve an average of 79.17 and an improve in the second with an average 86.67. Activities of the teacher in the learning process in cycle of 53.57% and the second meeting improve to 67.87%. Abstract

Abstrack : Education, in the process requires the learning media that is able to create conditions better learning so as to create a sense of fun and curiosity in students to achieve a goal of learning in the form of learning outcomes. This study is a class action (Classroom Action Research (CAR)). This research was done in class X SMA 10 Pekanbaru in the second semester of FY 2016/2017. Its object is the use of media in the learning process. Results from the study showed that the use of instructional media on the subjects of Economic improve learning outcomes of value - average test cycle I 68.54 into 80.08 in value - average test cycle II class with learning completeness reached 89.58% higher from the default of 78.Key word : Instructional Media, learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Salting fish is a food a reatively cheap and has good nutritional content. Request Fish every day and the city of Pekanbaru Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Kecamatan Tanah Putih is quite higt, many buyers who buy fish to be used as a side dish food suplplement that can increase profits for businesses dried fish. This study aims to determine how much cost is issued the pocess of salted fish to the fish processing buiness profit in the District of South Sedinginan. This research used primary data obtained from direct interview. Responden were interviewed are entrepreneurs household fish processing industry in the District of South Sedinginan with a sample of 30 respondents amounted to the designated purpose. Data analysis techhniques used are qualitative descriptive. Research findings indicate operated processing home industry become fish anchovies every month issued a cover fee of Rp.2.617.202 while home industry acceptance emounted Rp.3.953.333. Abstract

Financial accounting institutions are the new subjects taught at the vocational school. Based on observations through the Pekanbaru City MGMP Accounting, most of the teachers have not understood this material properly. Usually accounting teachers only teach financial accounting in general. For the competence of teachers in teaching these subjects, it needs to be analyzed, so that it can be known to what extent the teachers competence in teaching this material..This study sought to analyze the competence of accounting teacher at SMK Negeri Pekanbaru City-based financial accounting agencies. Data is obtained by distributing questionnaires related to professional competence regarding financial accounting institutions with 7 sub sections. Data processing and analysis is carried out using descriptive analysis for parts of competence in the institutions financial accounting material. The results showed that the competency of teachers in SMK Kota Pekanbaru in understanding the institutions financial accounting is still lacking when compared to their competence in teaching their usual financial accounting previously taught.It is necessary efforts so that the competence of the teachers about the financial accounting agencies can increase at least in proportion to their competence in teaching financial accounting.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether the motivation to learn and learning behavior affects the learning outcomes of the course Introduction to Accounting on Economic Education students of the University of Riau, UIN Suska Riau and Riau Islamic University class of 2014. The subjects were students of Economic Education University of Riau, UIN Suska Riau and Riau Islamic University class of 2014 numbered 80 people, samples were taken using Purposive Sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were processed by SPSS 21.0 For Windows and Microsoft Excel program. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to learn and learning behavior have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Means higher learning motivation and learning behavior then it will also improve the student learning outcomes. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine: (1) Impact of Credit Acceptance Against Revenue Small Traders (2) What percentage of Credit Acceptance Impact Against Small Traders In The Market Revenue Fifty Pekanbaru. This research was conducted in the Market Fifty Pekanbaru City in January - completed. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study are traders who sell at the Market Fifty Pekanbaru City totaled 229 people, and sampled from the population amounted to 31 respondents based on predefined criteria. Sampling by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The researchers used a simple linear regression significant level of 5%. Based on survey results revealed that the acceptance of credit impact on the income of small traders. It is based on analysis using SPSS hashish, partial calculations showed the t (4.673> t table (2.045) and the significance of 0.000 <alpha (0.05). So can disimpulakan that there are a considerable impact on the acceptance of partial credit against the income of small traders in market fifty city of Pekanbaru. the amount of contribution or donation acceptance credit acceptance credit against income traders as shown by the R Square of 0.430. that is that the contribution of the revenue impact of credit on the income trader is at 43% and the balance of 57% is not addressed in other studies.Keywords : Impact, Credit Receipts, Income

Abstract

Abstract: one of the main factors resulting in difficulty and failure for the small and medium enterprises to expand thei business is incapability in accounting. The researcher conducted a study of factors influencing on accounting information at the small and medium enterprise in Pekanbaru City. Variable used in this research is manajer/owner’s educational background, business size, the manager/owner’s length of time in managing, business age, training on accounting, and application and the available of accounting information. The objective of this study was to provide empirical evidence of the application and the available of accounting information at small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City. The population this research is small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City. Sampling method on this study uses a Simple Random Sampling method targeted to 100 small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City with error level of 10%. Data were collected through questionnaires targeted to manager/owner’s of small and medium enterprises. Data analysis techniques used in the study are double linear regression analysis. This study concludes that manager/owner’s educational background, and training on accounting effect on application and available of accounting information. Business size, length of time in managing, and business age are not effect on application and available of accounting information on small and medium enterprises in Pekanbaru City.Keywords: accounting information, small and medium enterprises
