Abstract

Pelabuhan Sungai Duku Kota Pekanbaru merupakan tempat pelayanan penyerbangan kapal domestik serta tempat bongkar muat barang memungkinkan banyak orang saling berinteraksi, hal ini merupakan ancaman global terhadap kesehatan Masyarakat. Menurut Permenkes Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 mengenai kesehatan yang dibutuhkan pemantapan dan peningkatan dalam kegiatan kesehatan yang berhubungan dengan upaya tersebut dapat berhasil guna dan bermanfaat khusus bagi masyarakat. Hal ini juga suatu upaya agar masyarakat aman dari penyebaran makanan dan minuman yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan mutu salah satu program. Tujuan program ini untuk mewujudkan wilayah pelabuhan bersih, nyaman dan sehat untuk komunitas pekerja serta masyarakat pelabuhan. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Upaya Strategi Program Pengembangan Tempat Pengelolaan Makanan Pada Pelabuhan Sungai Duku di Wilayah Kerja Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Pekanbaru Tahun 2020, Tujuan Umum penelitian ini yaitu Merumuskan program pengembangan tempat pengelolaan makanan pada pelabuhan sungai duku di wilayah kerja kantor kesehatan pelabuhan kelas II pekanbaru tahun 2020, dan tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah identifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan internal organisasi dan identifikasi peluang dan ancaman eksternal organisasi, perencanaan strategi-strategi alternatif dan pemilihan strategi untuk mencapai tujuan pengawasan tempat pengelolaan makanan di pelabuhan sungai duku. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis rancangan penelitian kualitatif research melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Pendekataan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksploratif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Mei – September 2020 di Pelabuhan Sungai Duku Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau dan lingkungan sekitar, subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 6 informan. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh setelah dilakukan proses observasi langsung dan melakukaan wawancara serta dilanjutkan dengan telaah dokumen dengan memanfaatkan seluruh kekuatan untuk merebut dan memanfaatkan peluang sebesar-besarnya.Disarankan untuk ke pada pihak pengelola pelabuhan, Koordinator wilker sungai duku ( KKP Kelas II Pekanbaru ) dan otoritas pelabuhan serta instansi terkait yang ada di pelabuhan segera melakukan pembenahan sehingaa kegiatan ini bisa terlaksana   Duku River Port in Pekanbaru City is a place of service for domestic ships as well as a place for unloading goods that allows many people to interact with each other, this is a global threat to public health. This is also an effort to keep the community safe from the distribution of food and beverages that do not meet the quality requirements of one of the programs carried out by the Pekanbaru Class II Port Health Office. The general objective of this research is the Program to formulate the development of food management places at the river duku port in the work area of ​​the Port Health Office. class II Pekanbaru in 2020. This study uses a qualitative research design through in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The approach used in this research is exploratory. This research was conducted in May–September 2020 at the Duku River Port, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province and the surrounding environment, the subject of this study found 6 informants. The results of this study were obtained after the process of direct observation and conducting interviews and continued with a document review by utilizing all strengths to seize and take advantage of opportunities as much as possible. It is recommended to the port management, the coordinator of the Sungai Duku wilker (Port Health Office Class II Pekanbaru) and the port authorities and related agencies at the port to immediately make improvements so that this activity can be carried out.

Abstract

The application of the Generic Regional Health Information System at the Community Health Center as a user aims to provide convenience for officers in carrying out reporting activities between sections and also for activities in reporting to the Health Office by using the Generic Regional Health Information System for online patient management. It is hoped that the results of the application of the Generic Regional Health Information System will be input for the benefit of management in preparing a health program planning and is expected to be used as a monitoring system for Community Health Center services by the Head of the Community Health Center and the Health Office to be more effective. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The informants of this study consisted of the Head of the Public Health Center, the Person in Charge of the Generic Regional Health Information System, the Operator of the Generic Regional Health Information System, the Police Officer, the Drug Warehouse & Pharmacy Officer and the Cashier of the Simpang Tiga Health Center. The results showed that the implementation of the Generic Regional Health Information System at the Simpang Tiga Health Center was still running up to the registration flow, so it was not interrelated between programs in accordance with the regulations set by the Government. Human resources who operate the Regional Health Information System still have adequate and not in accordance with the minimum educational standards, besides that the operators who run the Regional Health Information System have never received. Existing facilities and infrastructure still do not support the operation of the Generic Regional Health Information System, ranging from network and computer disturbances, which are still insufficient for the implementation of a complete Regional Health Information System flow. Therefore, it is hoped that the puskesmas can pay attention to the existing constraints, so that the operation of the Generic Regional Health Information System runs optimally.

Abstract

To realize the highest degree of health and realize a healthy Indonesia and reduce the number of conscientiousness caused by cigarettes, the government issued a Joint Regulation of the Minister of Health and Minister of Home Affairs No.188 / Menkes / PB / I / 2011 No. 7 of 2011 concerning Guidelines for Non-Smoking Areas. And the Mayor of Pekanbaru issued a regulation on non-smoking areas, namely number 39 of 2014. The researcher's problem is how to implement the KTR policy at the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Compliance with the No Smoking Area (KTR) Policy at the Rejosari Health Center, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City in 2022.The type of research carried out is qualitative with a descriptive method, a scientific approach to which the phenomenological approach is used. The data collection method was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with 7 informants, namely the head of the Public health center, Public health center officers, security, and visitors. The results of this study show that the implementation of compliance with the No Smoking Area Policy at the Rejosari Health Center has not been carried out properly. the implementation of socialization that has not been effective to officers and visitors which makes the lack of public knowledge about KTR in Public health center, and there is no Special Team to supervise the Public health center environment, the readiness of the implementer has not fully demonstrated an attitude that supports the policy of non-smoking areas in puskesmas, there are still findings of visitors who smoke in the Public health center environment this is because there is no strict sanction from the Public health center. and have not prepared guidelines and commitments. It is recommended to the Head of the Rejosari Health Center to provide knowledge to all officers and visitors of the Rejosari Health Center in Pekanbaru City regarding the No Smoking Area at the Public health center, conduct socialization, form a special KTR Team and make strict sanctions, namely making written regulations and making commitments.

Abstract

Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is a health program that aims to prevent chronic disease complications from BPJS Health, this program can facilitate routine health checks for people with chronic diseases. The chronic diseases that Prolanis focuses on are Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. Based on data from the Pekanbaru City Health Office in 2020, it is known that the Rejosari Health Center has the highest number of Diabetes Mellitus patient visits in the city of Pekanbaru as many as 1,757 patients. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) in Diabetes Mellitus Patients participating in BPJS Health at the Rejosari Health Center Pekanbaru City in 2022. The type of research carried out was qualitative with a phenomenological design. The data collection method was carried out by observation and in-depth interviews with 6 informants, namely the head of the puskesmas, the person in charge of the program, the implementing officer, and 3 prolanis participants with diabetes mellitus. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of prolanis at the Rejosari Health Center has not been effective because there are still many obstacles and obstacles that exist in the Rejosari Health Center. It can be concluded that the implementation of prolanis is still not optimal, due to the shortage of prolanis officers and the overlapping of tasks in the puskesmas making several prolanis activities constrained, only 3 out of 5 prolanis activities are carried out at the Rejosari health center in Pekanbaru city. It is recommended to the Rejosari Health Center to add officers for the implementation of prolanis so that all prolanis activities can be carried out.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≧90 mmHg. In addition, in primary medical practice hypertension is one of the most common diseases found. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) believes that one in three patients has hypertension. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the hypertension management program in the working area of the RI Sidomulyo Public Health Center in 2022. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research design with in-depth interviews, observation and document tracking methods, to 5 informants consisting of the Head of the Public Health Center, the Person in Charge of the PTM Program , Head of Administration, Doctors, and Nurses. This research was carried out in Mei 2022 at the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that human resources are adequate but the coordination and cross-programme are not running well. Facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, such as the unavailability of a technical guidebook for the discovery and management of hypertension and no instructions for implementing the hypertension program. covid-19, in addition to the puskesmas itself, the visit, judging from the achievements, the SPM is not too good, because many people are lazy to seek treatment and do not care about their health and the implementation of the PTM Posbindu in the Implementation of the Hypertension Management Program in the Work Area of the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo was known before the pandemic Covid-19 activities at the Posbindu implementation have been going well, but during the pandemic the activities did not run and were not optimal, apart from the lack of Posbindu.

Abstract

Latar Belakang Masalah: Stunting merupakan salah satu masalah gizi anak Indonesia yang berpengaruh besar terhadap kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Prevalensi balita stunting di Kecamatan Rupat Utara merupakan prevalensi teringgi di Kabupaten Bengkalis yaitu 20,02 % di Tahun 2021Tujuan : untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan intervensi gizi spesifik dalam penanganan balita stunting di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Tanjung Medang Kecamatan Rupat UtaraMetode: Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan penelusuran dokumen. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2022. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tema (Thematic Analysis) dengan validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, metode dan dataHasil: bahwa pelaksanaan intervensi gizi spesifik dalam penanganan balita stunting di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Tanjung Medang sudah terlaksana cukup baik dari komponen input, proses dan output. Prevalensi balita stunting sebesar 18,5 %, sudah turun dari angka sebelumnya dan hanya sedikit di atas target RPJMN 2020-2025 yaitu 18,4% di tahun 2022, namun sebagian cakupan intervensi gizi spesifik belum tercapaiSimpulan: Ketersediaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) sudah mencukupi dengan tingkat pengetahuan baik , Jumlah posyandu cukup namun sebagian kondisi bangunanya sudah tidak layak untuk dioperasionalkan. Pendanaan kegiatan cukup. Panduan dan SOP ada dan dilaksanakan oleh petugas tapi beberapa petugas kesehatan mengatakan belum memiliki dokumen SOP, Kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi serta supervisi sudah dilakukan dengan baik oleh penangungjawab program gizi dan kepala puskesmas melalui kegiatan lokakarya mini (lokmin) bulanan di Puskesmas namun belum rutin dilakukan setiap bulan, Permasalahan stunting di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Tanjung Medang adalah karena kurangnya kesadaran ibu-ibu tentang pentingnya kesehatan, hal ini di sebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan ibu-ibu akibat rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan rendahnya tingkat ekonomi sehingga pola asuh yang diberikan kepada balita tidak menunjang kesehatan

Abstract

Latar Belakang Masalah: Penelusuran dokumen didapatkan bahwa jumlah perawat di puskesmas sebanyak 33 orang, adapun setiap perawat terbagi 20 orang di UGD,perawat sebanyak 13 Orang di Poli Umum, dan ada 4 orang petugas perawat yang pekerjaannya masih merangkap membidangi program lain seperti Penanggung Jawab Survailans, Rabies, DBD dan Malaria yang seharusnya tugasnya yang utama adalah sebagai pelayanan untuk masyarakat dalam hal perawatan.Tujuan : Untuk mengetahuai Kinerja Perawat di UPT Puskesmas Pulau Kijang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.Metode : Penelitian ini dengan Metode  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah metode  penelitian  kualitatif  dengan pendekatan  studi  kasus  mulai  dari pengambilan data, FGD, sampai  wawancara  mendalam  dengan stakeholder  yang  berpengalaman, Kepala Puskesmas, Kepala Tata Usaha, Dokter, dan Pasien terhadap perwakilan  perawat  itu  sendiri.Hasil: bahwa  kualitas pekerjaan masih ditemukan pekerjaan perawat yang rangkap selain pelayanan, secara kuantitatif jumlah tenaga perawat sudah sesuai dengan peraturan Permenkes no 43 Tahun 2019, belum bisa dibuktikan dengan SOP yang ada di Puskesmas bentuk tanggung jawab untuk tenaga perawat, Inisiatif, dalam mendukung kinerja manajemen berdasarkan observasi inisiatif yang dilakukan perawat belum terlaksana dengan baik.Simpulan: kualitas pekerjaan akan terfokus jika tidak rangkap dengan pekerjaan lain, apalagi perawat merupakan mempunyai tugas untuk tindakan media, secara kuantitatif jumlah tenaga perawat sudah sesuai dengan peraturan Permenkes no 43 Tahun 2019. Tanggung Jawab, terhadap pekerjaan  yang  diberikan  kepada masing  –  masing  para  tenaga  medis yang  sesuai  pada  keahliannya, petugas menyadari bahwa dengan kerjasam tim setiap orang dapat mencapai lebih banyak lagi hal yang ingin dicapai, dalam mendukung kinerja manajemen inisiatif yang dilakukan perawat sudah terlaksana dengan baik

Abstract

Tuberculosis is the biggest health problem in the world, after HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) so it must be treated seriously. The implementation of media health promotion is one of the important things, this is related to health promotion goals and materials. The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of health education through WhatsApp on the knowledge and attitudes of TB patients in preventing pulmonary TB transmission at the UPTD of the Tapung II Health Center in 2021. The research location was in the UPTD of the Tapung II Health Center. Type The research method is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental design with control or pre and post-test. The research sample consisted of 30 people, the sampling method was using purposive sampling, dividing the entire sample into 2 groups, namely group I (experimental) and group II (control). Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate, and multivariate methods. It was found that there is a difference in knowledge before and after the intervention through the WhatsApp media with a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). There is a difference in attitude before and after the intervention through Whatsapp media with a p-value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05). The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of health education via WhatsApp in increasing the knowledge and attitudes of TB sufferers in the prevention of pulmonary TB transmission. It is recommended to the person in charge of the TB program at the Puskesmas to always be active in TB consultations via WhatsApp, and for the local government, especially the Kampar District Health Office, to be able to design better health promotion strategies in reducing TB cases through TB prevention programs.
