Abstract

This research aims to know the precision of the benchmark price in calculating PSDH, the precision of rate used for the calculation of PSDH and DR, the precision of PSDH and DR payments through SIMPONI (System Information Non Tax Revenue Online) and to obtain policy recommendations by which the goverment can reallocate the PNT income that were collected in the region of Central Sulawesi Province. Data collection was done by using the questionnaire using Likert Scale measurement methods. By using descriptive analysis, the research results show that : (1) Benchmark prices for group meranti wood and mixed rimba group in calculation of PSDH is lower than respondent?s opinion, while the benchmark prices of wood Indah Group I, Group II and Non-Timber Forest Products (Rattan Batang, Lambang and Tohiti) is not different with that of the respondent?s opinion, (2) use of rates that is used for the calculation of PSDH and DR is not different with that of the respondent?s opinion, (3) Payment of PSDH and DR through Simponi is not different with that of the respondent?s opinion, and (4) Policy recommendation by which the goverment can reallocate the PNT income that were collected is to draw up regulations concerning the return of the PNT to Regions producers because all the provisions regulating the PNT is declared null and void again based on the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 12 P/HUM/2015.

The collecting data techniques used in this research were sampling purposive and snowball sampling. The purpose sampling is a sample determining technique with certain consideration. The certain consideration criteria is the candlenut farmer in Bakubakulu area. The sample determination was 25% of the total population. The sample determining technique was done by snowball sampling technique; i.e. a sample determining technique, which is originally small amount and become large amount of sample later on. The results, there showed that are two marketing channels of candlenut in Bakubakulu. The first one is from farmers to a small collector to a big collector in Bakubakulu to a wholesaler in Mamuju regency, West Sulawesi. The second way is from farmers to a big collector in Bakubakulu to a wholesaler in Mamuju. The analysis of total marketing margin of candlenut in Bakubakulu is the same i.e. 6.97%. Abstract

This research aimed to arrange conceptual model of financial analysis of the community-rubber forest. This research was conducted in April- Jun 2017 in Po’ona village, Lembo Raya Sub district Morowali Utara district, Central Sulawesi Province. Data of this research was collected by interview with the farmers of a rubber forest, analysed with financial analysis, with applied a dynamic system model. This research applied the program of Stella in arranging the dynamic system model of financial analysis of the community-rubber forest. The result of this study showed that system dynamic model was able to be applied in financial analysis of community - rubber forest.  Based on this analysis, the community-rubber forest is feasible to be developed in Po’ona Village with the interest rate of 14%, because it generates NPV greater than 1. The NPV of community – rubber forest in Po’ona Villege with the interest rate of 14% was 72.408.918,46 IDR/Ha. Conceptual model of financial analysis of community-rubber forest could be applied for financial analysing the others of community – rubber forest.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the rate of valuation contingency towards canopy cover of cocoa agroforestry trees in Mantikole village West Dolo, Sigi District. This research applied contingency method or technique (contingent valuation method CVM) which was a direct calculating way by asking peoples readiness (Willingness to pay,WTP) in gathering data through survey, sometimes it was done by doing interview. While Willingness to Accept (WTA) was individual first utility of goods and services before there was any variable and individual willingness to accept compensation if the goods and the services used by another individual or its utility was changed. The result of regression analysis (Y) economic value in Mantikole village was affected by living cost factor (0,86594901X1), canopy cover (-0,076211633X2), income (0,002719734X3), land area (-1,071470904X4), family members (-1,882253198X5), age (0,154847899X6). If it was tested in combination and simultaneously, X1 variable (living cost) significantly affected, while X2 variable (canopy cover), X3 (income), X4 (land area), X5 (family members), X6 (age) insignificantly affected economic value. So that, canopy cover valuation of cocoa agroforestry (Theobroma Cacao,L) in Mantikole village was 8,187,755 Rupiahs and WTA (willingness To Accept) was  756,500,000 Rupiahs. The result was gained from simultaneously analysis of multiple linear regression; Y= 16.96806933 + 0.86594901X1 – 0.076211633X2 + 0.002719734X3 – 1.071470904X4 – 1.882253198X5 + 0.154847899X6.Kata Kunci: Contingency Valuation,  Tree Canopy, Agroforestry, Cocoa.

The reasearch was conducted in Bone Layana Jaya Palu Central Suawesi Province, it was from March up to the month of May 2015. The analysis method that used in the resaerch was SWOT analysis with 2 strategy formulas, they were Internal and External (IE) strategies then SWOT matrix could be decided. Based on Grand Matrix  Internal Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (IFAS) was on the point of 3.49 and analysis  External Strategic Factors Analysis Summary (EFAS) was on the point of 3.27, the obtained rate on Matrix SWOT showed the strategy used in the industry more emphasized to WO (Weaknesse-oppurtunities) strategy, it was Government Contribution in Industry Development.  Therefore, in the curve of  Grand Matrix Strategy, the position of  enterprise industry was on quadrant I, it showed that the industry faced the environment that relatively had a bigger opportunity to handle its weakness. Keywords : Sulawesi Forest (Rattan),  Internal/External Strategy, SWOT matrix.

Abstract

Forest is an ecosystem characterized by a closure of more or less densely packed trees, consisting of multiple stylized characteristics such as species composition, structure, age classes, and generally encompassing grasslands, small rivers and wildlife. Agro-forestry is a blend of agricultural crops and forestry. With the existence of agro-forestry is expected to maintain the function of forest in the form of agricultural processes but it also can increase people's income. Community-based in many terms used by many who have been able to encourage community access to forest resources management.  The purpose of this study is to determine the value of income on agro-forestry yields of candlenuts and cocoa. the research period is conducted for three months, ie November 2016 until January 2017, located in the village of Sigimpu Palolo district of Sigi Regency. The data were collected through questionnaire. Data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results reveal that agro-forestry farmers can produce 2.496.96 kg candle nuts per year, while for cacao farmers can produce 276.58 kg per year. The analysis results indicate that the average income of agro-forestry farmers of candle nuts and cacao in the village is Rp. 28.397.916.73/year.Keywords: Income Analysis of Agroforestry Farmers of Candle Nut and Cacao In Sigimpu Village
