Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate and job satisfaction on turnover intention with organizational commitment as an intervening variable on employees of PT Perkebunan Sumatera Utara. The total population in this study amounted to 135 people, by using the total sampling method, the sample obtained was the total number of employees of PT. North Sumatra Plantation. The analysis technique used is path analysis. While the type of research used in this study is associative with a quantitative approach, the method used in this study is statistics with data collection techniques through questionnaires to all employees of PT. North Sumatra Plantation. The results showed that organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment of employees of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra. Organizations climate has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention in PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan Sumatera employees. Organizational commitment has no significant effect on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees. Organizational commitment has no effect on mediating organizational climate on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees. Organizational commitment has no effect mediating job satisfaction on turnover intention of PT Perkebunan North Sumatra employees.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan, pelatihan dan penempatan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan survey, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif eksplanatory. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan daftar pertanyaan tertulis dan studi dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan hasil uji statistika secara simultan pendidikan, pelatihan dan penempatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistika secara parsial latar belakang pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistika secara parsial pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistika secara parsial penempatansebagai variabel paling dominan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci : Pendidikan, Pelatihan, Penempatan dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengalaman kerja memediasi pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan PT. Bank SUMUT Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian pemasaran (Funding Officer dan Account Officer) pada PT. Bank Sumut Medan berjumlah 196 orang dan sampel sebanyak 132 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling acak proporsional dari 3 kantor cabang yaitu Kantor Cabang Utama Medan, Kantor Cabang Medan Iskandar Muda, dan Kantor Cabang Medan Sukaramai. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi  Mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja memediasi pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan. Berdasarkan temuan disarankan untuk meningkatkan kerjasama tim di PT. Bank SUMUT Medan, pimpinan perlu menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang intens dan efektif antar karyawan agar dapat berkontribusi bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Kegiatan bersama dalam perusahaan perlu difasilitasi baik melalui permainan, rekreasi, pemecahan masalah, dan lain-lain yang dapat membangun hubungan baik, menumbuhkan rasa memiliki, saling mendukung, dan saling percaya dalam sebuah tim kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the cafe atmosphere and food quality affect revisit intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at cafes in Medan. The analytical technique used is path analysis as an analytical tool to determine the direction of the variables studied and justify how significant the influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable is either directly or indirectly through the mediating variable. The total population in this study amounted to 112 people, and 112 were used as samples using the saturated sampling method, namely the model, which also represented the total population. The results showed that cafe atmosphere had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, food quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere had a significant effect on revisit intention, food quality had a significant effect on revisit intention, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention, cafe atmosphere and food quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere and food quality have a significant effect on revisit intention, cafe atmosphere has a significant effect on revisit intention through customer satisfaction, and food quality has a considerable effect on revisit intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

 The author's purpose of conducting research is to determine the effect of Knowledge of Entrepreneurship on Interest in Entrepreneurship, to determine the effect of Self Efficacy on Interest in Entrepreneurship, to determine the effect of Knowledge of Entrepreneurship on Self Efficacy, to determine the effect of Knowledge of Entrepreneurship on Interest in Entrepreneurship with Self Efficacy as a Moderating Variable at the Medan Market Center . The sample in this study is 100 people who are entrepreneurs in the Medan Market Center. This research was collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using Path Analysis. Then test the quality of the data used is the validity test using Significant and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. To test the hypothesis in this study. Researchers used the t test, and F test and did a determination test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship, there is a positive influence of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship, there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-efficacy and there is an indirect effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship through self-efficacy. Thus the interest in entrepreneurship becomes an integral part of entrepreneurial knowledge as an intermediary, so that entrepreneurial knowledge can indirectly affect self-efficacy.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has not only had an impact on the health sector which has resulted in fatalities, but has also had an impact on the economic sector and the level of people's welfare. The middle to lower middle class people are experiencing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they cannot work as they should, there are even companies that have been forced to carry out mass termination of employment (PHK) because they are no longer able to pay employee salaries if they have to maintain their jobs. employees with working conditions or rules that are currently being implemented. In Indonesia, the government is currently trying to keep pushing the economy to keep moving despite the decline. Many MSME businesses have started to experience a drastic decline in sales or even have no customers at all because customers have started doing activities in their respective homes. However, the continuity of the MSME business must be carried out so that the business can be maintained. The results obtained are in the first model, there are 2 variables that are proven to be significant, namely banking variables and cooperative variables that have an effect on payments, in the second model, all variables are proven to be significant, namely HR variables, competitor variables and innovation variables that have an effect on marketing. Furthermore, in the third model, all variables were proven to be significant, namely technology variables, internet variables and packaging & design variables that had an effect on digitalization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social support, entrepreneurship training dan causes learning difficulties berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang dan dengan menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Entrepreneurship training tidak berpengaruh terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Causes learning difficulties berpengaruh signifikan terhadap readiness of entrepreneurship pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Bisnis Universitas Harapan. Abstract

This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted at the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM) which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which is engaged in human resource development activities. Located at Jl. Ngalengko No.1 Perintis, East Medan District, Medan City, North Sumatra, the sample of respondents in this study was adjusted to 100 people from all employees of the Medan Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), the source of the data used in this study are primary and secondary data, Sub Structure I Variable Welfare Allowance (X1) of 0.371 states that every 1% addition of Welfare Allowance will increase Job Satisfaction by 0.371 or 37.1%, and vice versa if Welfare Allowance decreases by 1% then Job Satisfaction is predicted to decrease by 0.371 or 37 ,1%. Occupational Health Variable (X2) of 0.113 states that for every 1% addition of Occupational Health, it will increase Job Satisfaction by 0.113 or 11.3%, and vice versa if Occupational Health decreases by 1% then Job Satisfaction will be predicted to decrease by 0.113 or 11.3 %. Sub Structure II Variable Welfare Allowance (X1) of 0.097 states that for every additional 1% of Welfare Allowance, it will increase Employee Performance by 0.097 or 09.7%, and vice versa if Welfare Allowance decreases by 1% then Employee Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.097 or 09.7%. The Occupational Health variable (X2) of 0.101 states that for every 1% addition of Occupational Health, it will increase Employee Performance by 0.101 or 10.1%, and vice versa if Occupational Health decreases by 1% then Employee Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.101 or 10.1 %. The Job Satisfaction Variable (Z) of 0.668 states that every additional 1% of Job Satisfaction will increase Employee Performance by 0.668 or 66.8%, and vice versa if Job Satisfaction decreases by 1% then Employee Performance will be predicted to decrease by 0.668 or 66.8% .

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether knowledge sharing has an effect on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Does absortive capacity affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Does organizational learning capability affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Does knowledge sharing, absortive capacity and organizational learning capability affect the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. The total population in this study amounted to 389 people, and by using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 80 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on innovation performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Absortive capacity has no effect on innovation performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Organizational learning capability has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan. Knowledge sharing, absortive capacity and organizational learning capability have a positive and significant effect on innovation performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Medan.
