Abstract

Objective research This method of surveying with the usage of causality is being utilized to learn about the influence of social media influencers. the research sample that was employed This amounts to 371 respondents who are residents of Medan and have ever shopped at MSMEs there. Utilizing a deployment questionnaire to gather data Also, measurements are made using a scale. Method analysis of the data is done using the SMART pls. application software. The study's findings indicate that social media influencers have a major impact on perceived value. Packaging has a tremendous impact on perceived value. Consumer education has a big impact on perceived value. Additionally, taking into account perceived value might buffer the link between social media influencers, product packaging, and consumer understanding and intention to buy.

Abstract

This research is based on performance problems, namely the level of work stress of employees at the North Sumatra Transportation Service Personnel Agency which is thought to be caused by multiple role conflicts, emotional exhaustion, social support which also has an impact on organizational commitment.The approach in this research is regarding work stress which has an impact on organizational commitment. The research method used is the associative analysis survey method, namely knowing the relationship between two or more variables being studied based on the actual situation.This research method also uses quantitative analysis techniques through path analysis (PathAnalysis) which is intended to determine the magnitude of Dual Role Conflict (X) with Job Stress (Y) and Organizational Commitment.(Z) either simultaneously or partially.The conclusion in this research is that Dual Role Conflict and Emotional Fatigue do not have a direct influence on Organizational Commitment at the North Sumatra Transportation Service. This means that the existence of Dual Role Conflict and Emotional Fatigue in the North Sumatra Transportation Service does not have a negative impact on Organizational Commitment. Employees still have multiple role conflicts and emotional exhaustion even though they are based on existing organizational commitment.

Abstract

MSMEs are supporting the nation's economy, however, some MSME actors still experience various difficulties in running a business. One of them is the difficulty in the field of marketing, in the current era of social media marketing development, several micro, small and medium enterprises, especially in the Majalaya sub-district, are facing difficulties keeping up with the times in terms of product marketing. From the survey that has been conducted, MSME actors in the Majalaya sub-district admit that they have difficulties in marketing their products and developing markets. This is due to the product's lack of awareness of the branding of MSME products where MSME actors do not highlight the identity and superiority of the products offered, thus reducing the interest of potential consumers to buy these products. As a solution to the problem above,mConduct dedication in the form of education and training regarding product branding in social media marketing.

Abstract

Engagement dedication SMEs for processed goods such as craft bamboo, chips banana, jam tomato, cranky corn, and so on are employed by the residents of Village Sandpaper Subdistrict Sandpaper Field City Medan, North Sumatra, where this is being done. The purpose of this activity is to teach locals how to use social media platforms like Instagram and WhatsApp to market their products. Sales of locally produced goods are expected to increase market share, boost efficiency in marketing, and use other strategies to make the most of already-existing social media platforms that are controlled by residents. These strategies should also improve the quality of goods that are more productive, rather than just sending messages.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work training and work experience on employee performance with the work environment as a moderating variable at PT. North Sumatra Bank Medan Head Office. This type of research uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 219 employees, the data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 219 employees, and the statistical analysis technique used is the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis technique using Smartpls 4. From the research results This shows that job training on employee performance has a significant positive influence, work experience on employee performance has a significant positive influence, the work environment on employee performance has a significant positive influence, the work environment as a moderating variable on the influence of job training on employee performance is insignificantly negative and the environment work as a moderating variable on the influence of work experience on employee performance is positive and significant.
