Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee productivity at PT. Jalurpusaka Saktikumala Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. In conducting this study the authors take the population of the entire production employees and as many as 79 people in the study population were sampled using census method. Data collection techniques in this study was through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews (interviews). Analyze the data in this study using a descriptive method, also using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study concluded that the motivation and the work environment influence on labor productivity at PT. Jalurpusaka Pangkalan Kerinci Saktikumala Pelalawan by 75%. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that motivation and work environment simultaneously influence on employee productivity.While the partial test results (t test) showed that motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the productivity of labor at. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of labor conflicts, work stress and spirit to employees performance in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees of the Executive Office Center at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru is numbered 335 people. While the sampling technique is done by using the formula slovin thus obtained sample of 77 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the conflict of work, work stress and morale positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru. Conflict of work positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Persero) Pekanbaru. Expected to companies in order to improve the performance of its employees to emphasize to employees that are not being selfish at work, stressed to members that the work is not concerned with the interests of each but to prioritize the interest of the company, stressed the head of the company to be thoughtful and receptive to ideas given by team members then take the best decision for a common goal, and to be open for a good team to be mutually open to each other so that between fellow members can criticize and evaluate the work of the team.Keywords: Conflict, Stress, Spirit, and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Effects of Extrinsic Motivation, Discipline of Work and Work Environment on Employee Productivity at PT. Bratasena Plantation. In this study the authors use independent variables is extrinsic motivation (X1), work discipline (X2) and work environment (X3), as the dependent variable productivity (Y). Slovin technique is used to obtain the sample population. To analyze our data, we used multiple regression analysis. testing while t-test, f-test and coefficient of determination (R2) is used to test our hypothesis. From the research that has been done with multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 21, it can be concluded that extrinsic motivation, work discipline and work environment positive and significant impact on work productivity with the formula Y = -0.246 + 0.733 (X1) + 0.169 (X2) + 0.104 (X3) and the contribution of Fwhich amounted to 67.825 against the dependent variable and the significant level of 0.000Keywords : Extrinsic Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment and Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence supervision and work environment simultaneously or partially on employee performance marketing PT.IndofoodSuksesMakmur TBK, in Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study is part of a marketing employee PT.IndofoodSuksesMakmur TBK, in Pekanbaru which amounted to 79 people and populations sampled in this study by using the method of census of all employees. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses the quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. From the results of testing that has been done, simultan regression test (F-test) showed that the supervision and work environment simultan significant effect on employee performance marketing PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur TBK, in Pekanbaru. Partial Test Results (t test) showed that the control variable positive and significant effect on performance, as well as the marketing department employee working environment variable partial positive and significant effect on employee performance marketing.Keywords: Monitoring, Work Environment and Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Debt Tax Shield moderate the influence of bond rating on capital structure. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period of 2011-2015. Dependent variable in this research is capital structure measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), while independent variable is bond rating and firm size and moderation variable is Debt taxshield. This study has a population of 137 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. This research uses purposive sampling technique and sample which fulfill as many as 44 companies. The method of data processing using multiple regression analysis and regression of moderation. SPSS software version 21.00. The result of the research shows that the variable of bond rating has a significant positive effect to the capital structure in the manufacturing company for the period of 2011-2015. The size of the company has a significant positive effect on capital structure in the manufacturing company for the period of 2011- 2015. Debt Tax Shield does not moderate the bond rating relationship to the capital structure and is insignificant as well as with the positive variable value in the manufacturing company for the 2011-2015 period. Debt Tax Shield moderates the firm size relation to the capital structure and is significant and with the negative variable value in the manufacturing company for the period of 2011- 2015.Keywords : Bond rating, Company size, Debt Tax Shield, capital structure

Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Work Environment by simultan and partial to the Employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai. In this research use total sampling technic, where all of populations to be a sample used. There are 51 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of populations. This research used primary datas, where are data knows by interview and quistioner. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. From the double linear regresion make a result is work environment more dominant from Organizational Culture variable to the employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CSR disclosure and capital structure on firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The ecosystem variable in this research is capital structure and CSR Disclosure, while intervening variable is financial performance and dependent variable is firm value. This study has a population of 137 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011- 2015. SPSS software version 21.00. The results showed that CSR disclosure variable has a direct influence on financial performance. CSR disclosures have a direct influence on corporate value. Capital structures have a direct influence on financial performance. Capital structure has a direct influence on company value. Corporate value has a direct influence on financial performance. CSR disclosure has a direct influence on the value of a company mediated by financial performance. Abstract

This research was done in School of EconomicsDharma Putraon the Imam Bonjol street No. 75, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how to influence attitudes and contextual factorvariables simultaneously and partially on the ability of Entrepreneurship School of Economics Student Dharma Putra Pekanbaru.. Thepopulation in this research werestudent School of Economics Dharma Putra, majoring in Accounting and Management, with a total sample of 74 students. The method of analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative method of multiple regression using SPSS version 17.00. The results showssimultaneous regression test (F test) that the independent variables studied Attitude and ContextualFactorwere positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship). The magnitude of the effect that the (R²) by twovariables together 70.5% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied wasattitude has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship), whereas the contextual factorvariables have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship).Keywords:Attitude, Contextual Factor, Ability ofEntrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Leadership and Working Environment on the Performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan District. This study used 98 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is by means of a variable test, regression test, test path analysis or path analysis. From the results of the testing that has been done, Leadership and Work Environment directly affects employee performance in the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Singingi Kuantan District. Indirect relationship leadership variable to variable performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan Singingi through work environment variable is greater than the result of a direct relationship of leadership variable to variable performance.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Employee Performance.
