Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) to provide services in handling technical problems of low voltage network must have a standard time for acting as executor outsourced at PT. Haleyora Power. To monitor the performance of third parties are still using manual recording of which has a risk response time and handling time is always reported good, but complaints about delays in response time and handling time is still very much. This led to the performance of a partner company of PT. PLN (Persero) can be monitored and lead to poor image PT. PLN (Persero) in the eyes of customers.To overcome these problems is developed monitoring applications handling low voltage networks based on Android which has several important features: monitoring functions are handled by the short message service (SMS) supervisor, dashboard map, monthly performance reports in the form of charts and PDF files.The trial results were made known that the application can produce interference notification, response time, time management, SMS monitoring supervisor. For the report, the application can generate reports such as monthly performance dashboard, dashboard maps and performance reports in a PDF file. It can be concluded from the test results are known 1% response time is not standards-compliant, 99% has met the standard 45 minutes. For a time there was a 50% handling that is not standards-compliant, 50% has met the standard of 120 minutes.

Abstract

Abstract:  Recording hardware repair and maintenance at the Academy Secretary Widya Mandala is an application that helps to overcome the existing problems . High utility and never carried out checks on the computer laboratory conditions that often damage . Laboratory has the responsibility to care for and determine the condition of each computer so it does not interfere with the practicum and when the exam .A recording application hardware repair and maintenance needs to be applied to the Academy Secretary Widya Mandala to help resolve problems that occur in the process of monitoring the condition of the computer . This application can schedule repairs by using FIFO which means any damage will get services in advance and use PRIORITY will gain priority value to be done first .With this application, recording hardware repair and maintenance can determine the condition of each laboratory and readiness computer laboratory before being used by the practitioner . The data generated can know how many times the damage and can turn a new computer . Keyword : Damage , Priority , Repair, Fifo .

Abstract

PT. Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company engaged in the manufacturing of pipes. Currently in production activities often experience delays in the fulfillment of customer demand for products pipeline. his is due to the absence of production schedules at every process of production, so that the buildup of production and lead to delayed product that will be in production. Based on the existing problems, then made a production scheduling information system by using EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). The scheduling information system are the order process, the process of calculation methods, the process of determining the best method, and the process of making the product schedule. This system can provide scheduling according to the calculation method using the criteria of the method of EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). he criteria used are: average completion time - price, utilization, job number average - average and delay - average. And the provision of appropriate weight value prosentanse PT.Bukit Baja Anugrah The information system generates the scheduling process and machinery products, and generate reports - reports related to reports presentanse most ordered products, product scheduling reports, report scheduling engine, report production plans, production schedules reports period and production scheduling reports day

Abstract

Pusat Kerja Sama Solusi Sistem Informasi (PKS-SSI) Stikom Surabaya didn’t have calculation standard for making cost estimation, effort calculation and optimal work schedule in the making of SIPERTI AAK. Until now PKS-SSI making cost estimation based on past experience which made approximately 10% of the project going off-scheduleIn this research the calculation solution created to assist PKS-SSI in calculating SIPERTI AAK’s development cost estimation is using Function Point Analysis (FPA) method. The FPA method can generate effort value and optimal work schedule for the development of SIPERTI AAK.After this research had been conducted it is found that the total function point is 524,52. The effort distribution found at 63,65% for software development, 14,97% for on going activity, and 21,38% for quality assurance. For best in class software organization the effort is 124,99 person-month with 15 month work schedule and Rp. 941.455.183 software development cost. For average software organization the effort is 182,37 person-month with 17,01 month work schedule and Rp. 723.801.655 software development cost. And last for worst in class software organization the effort is 321,45 person-month with 20,55 month work schedule and Rp. 458.754.054 software development cost. Keywords: Software, Cost Estimation, Function Point Analysis

Abstract

PT Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company in the manufacturing of pipes.As long as companies are experiencing delays in the fulfillment of customer orders. This is because in determining the order fulfillment time is still based on estimates and orders directly from the manager in the purchase of raw material requirements, so there is no recording in detail the structure of the product requirements and checking of raw materials is not done on a regular basis also resulted in a shortage or excess raw materials. Based on these problems, then made the information system planning raw material requirements by using Lot For Lot. In the raw material requirements planning system there are some processes, namely the process of receiving data MPS where the information obtained in the form of raw material needs and schedule pre-defined messages, the process of recording the initial raw material inventory and process MRP (Material Requirement Planning). In the process there is a process that MRP Netting, Lot Sizing, Offsetting and Exploding. Based on the information system created by the testing that has been done, then this information system can meet the needs of raw materials needed for the production process, especially in producing a raw material requirements planning as any raw materials that must be ordered, how much, and when the raw materials have to be ordered. And information systems have resulted in reports of raw material requirements planning, inventory status reports and reports planned purchase of raw materials.

Abstract

Bioli Lestari is one of the company that run manufacturing industry. This company have problems at controlling their production schedule to fulfill customer product orders. The problem arise because their schedule based on raw material which available at the time, not based on costumer order. Production schedule problem cause company can’t give information about product finish due to the costumer. Based on problem explained before, a system that can handle customer orders and can make production schedule based on customers order being needed. In this case system use Shortest Processing Time (SPT) as a method to create production schedule, after that system will create production schedule based on customer orders which can help company to answer customers question about product orders finish due and can help company run production process based on customers orders

Abstract

School Operational Assistance/Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) is a further development of the Social Safety Net (SSN) in Education, BOS is intended as a subsidy School Operational Cost to all learners of compulsory education. The Activity Budget Plan of School (RKAS) and quarterly fund usage report is needed to deliver the fund of BOS to school. When the school is late in delivering RKAS and fund usage report to the East Java Provincial Education Office, the BOS fund delivery and supervision of the BOS fund usage will not run smoothly.Based on these problems, The BOS Information Systems Based On Web is create. In this system there is an input form of RKAS reporting and input form quarterly reporting, and also the pages that provide information about the BOS fund for the school, and reminders for collecting the reports. If the school did not do the reporting, the system will send a warning messages to the school-related accounts.Conclusion of the trials that have been conducted, The BOS Information Systems able to produce three (3) reports which is RKAS reports, quarterly report and summary report that can be used by the head of BOS team of evaluation and supervision on the usage of the BOS fund.Key Words: Information System, BOS Funds, RKAS, Evaluation

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Shoes and Sandals Suroso strive to improve and develop the industry, one of the efforts is to find out information about the costs of production are used to determine the cost of goods manufactured correctly. Currently, SMEs do not have a basis in determining the cost of goods manufactured according to customer order. In determining the cost of goods manufactured, SMEs just do a sum the raw material cost and direct labor cost, without counting the factory overhead cost. The resulted of the selling price of shoes and sandals are charged to customers is not as expected by the SMEs, so the profit can get unstable then. Because these problems, the author makes an application that can calculate the cost of goods manufactured is based on estimated cost by determining the raw material cost, direct labor cost, and factory overhead cost. Based on trial results on SMEs Shoes and Sandals Suroso can be concluded that the application has been made to produce information on the estimated raw material cost, the estimated direct labor cost, the estimated factory overhead cost, the estimated cost of goods manufactured, and reporting of customer order in each period, so the information can be used by SMEs as a basis for determining the selling price of its products.Keywords: cost of goods manufactured, estimated cost, customer order

Abstract

Abstract: MC Store is a Cosmetic Shop that sell the various types of cosmetic since 2008. MC Store Company increased from 85 (Eighty Five) product become 320 (Three Hundred Twenty) product. In the selling system now, Have a weakness as a costumer have difficulty in search the product and hard to find the information product and less attention metrosexual behavior because metrosexual people sometimes to be shy if come to the real store. MC Store also difficult for searching product report many buyers, report stock and turnover sales report.To solve the problem, I make selling system have features information providers product explanation (Product Explanation), recommendation up selling, searching product features, Purchase and Payment, Make a report sort good stuff, Daily stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.From the evaluation system, The system can showing the information product explanation and the cover all attribute explanation product, Explanation the benefit of product and give the recommendation of value for the consumer, Give the explanation product have expensive price from the other (Up Selling), Provide the features searching, Purchase and Payment, Give goods selling reports, Product stock, Selling transaction and Selling profit.
