Abstract

One of the roles of housewives in strengthening the economy is to open a business so that their household needs are fulfilled. However, business management that has been carried out so far is in a simple way, so efforts are needed on how to market their products so that they can survive in trade competition. The purpose of this service is to provide digital marketing training for housewives with training methods and accompanied by product photography training. Then the results that can be taken show that the potential of housewives actually has an influence on the household economy so that it is maintained. Digital marketing training for housewives in the Corner Village of Kediri is expected to help housewives who have businesses in optimizing technology and media to facilitate business in helping the economy, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam komunitas masyarakat khususnya peternak rasa kebersamaan dan kesamaan tujuan masih cukup kuat, sehingga diperlukan langkah-langkah dalam meningkatkan pendapatan (ekonomi) yang dihadapi. Komunitas atau kelompok masih sangat sederhana dan rentan akan munculnya persoalan berkurangnya kepercayaan antara pengurus dan anggota kelompok, dibutuhkan pengetahuan manajemen organisasi dan langkah strategis dalam peningkatan pendapatan peternak. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut kegiatan berorientasi 1) meningkatkan pendapatan (ekonomi) petani dan peternak dengan cara melatih pembuatan pakan ternak menggunakan sumberdaya local, sehingga terbentuk unit usaha pembuatan pakan ternak 2) Penguatan organisasi dengan cara mendorong kelompok untuk mewujudkan kemampuan manajerial pengurus dalam mengorganisir anggota. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pendapatan kelompok ternak bertambah dengan adanya pemberian pelatihan pengolahan pakan ternak bersumber bahan limbah pertanian di desa setempat. Peran aktif dan ketrampilan manajerial pengurus berpengaruh terhadap semangat anggota kelompok. Peran universitas dalam mendampingi pembuatan pakan dirasakan manfaatnya dan berpeluang menambah pendapatan peternak dan meningkatkan managerial skill kelompok ternak terutama dalam pengembangan bisnis. Kata kunci : Peningkatan ekonomi, Manajerial, Peternak. Abstract In the community, especially farmers, the sense of togetherness and similarity in goals is still quite strong, so steps are needed to increase the income (economy). Communities or groups are still very simple and vulnerable to the emergence of the issue of reduced trust between management and group members, organizational management knowledge is needed and strategic steps in increasing farmer's income. Based on these conditions, activity oriented 1) increase income (economy) of farmers and ranchers by training how to make animal feed using local resources, so that a livestock feed manufacturing business unit is formed 2) Strengthening the organization by encouraging groups to realize managerial abilities in organizing. The results show that livestock groups' income increases with the provision of training in processing animal feed sourced from agricultural waste in the local village. The active role and managerial managerial skills influence the morale of group members. The role of universities in assisting the manufacture of feed is felt to be beneficial and has the opportunity to increase farmers' income and improve managerial skills of livestock groups, especially in business development. Abstract

Munculnya penyakit corona karena virus Covid 19 di Indonesia sejakbulan maret 2019 hingga sekarang menyebabkan dampak besar diberbagai sektor kehidupan terutama dibidang perekonomian.Peternakan salah satu sector riil yang tidak luput terdampak karenapademi covid 19. Idul adha adalah hari raya bagi umat islam yangdidalamnya terdapat ritual penyembelihan hewan qurban. Ritualperayaan dengan menyembelih hewan qurban adalah peluang bagipeternak dan penyedia hewan qurban. Penelitian dilakukan di KotaKediri dengan responden adalah penyedia/ pedagang hewan qurban,konsumen dan masyarakat/ panitia qurban. Jenis penelitai deskriptifkualitatif dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu melakukan kajian dan analisiskondisi pandemi covid 19 terhadap penjualan dan daya beli hewanqurban masyarakat Kota Kediri tahun 2020-2021. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan bahwa terdapat peningkatan penyembelihan jumlahhewan qurban pada tahun 2021, namun penyedia/ pedagang hewanqurban di Kota Kediri mengalami adanya penurunan penjualan 30- 40persen dibandingkan tahun 2020 karena pemberlakukan pembatasankegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) darurat di Kota Kediri.Kata Kunci : Covid 19, Hewan Qurban, Kota Kediri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the implementation of case-based cooperative learning methods and literacy habituation on the effectiveness of learning. This research is a quantitative research. The subject of the research was 30 students of class XI IIS MA Sunan Ampel Plosoklaten. The data collection techniques used observation sheets, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Techniques for data analysis are quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of case-based cooperative learning had a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of learning as seen from the significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and the tvalue of 3.417 > ttable 2.052 with an error rate of 5% (α = 0.05), (2) literacy habituation has no significant effect on the effectiveness of learning which can be seen from the significance value of 0.159 > 0.05 and the tvalue of 1.447 < ttable 2.052, (3) the implementation of case-based cooperative learning and literacy habituation simultaneously has a significant positive effect on effectiveness learning indicated by a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 and tvalue 23.579 > ttable 3.354, (4) the calculation of the determinant coefficient shows that 60.9% of the effectiveness of learning is influenced by the case-based cooperative learning method and literacy habituation, the rest is influenced by other factors

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parents' socioeconomic status, learning discipline, learning motivation on learning outcomes in Creative Products and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Putra Harapan in the 2019/2020 school year. This research is a type of correlation research that is used to determine the causal relationship between variable X and variable Y. The population in this study were 156 respondents of class XI SMK Putra Harapan with a sample of 30 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation sheets. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant positive effect between parents' socioeconomic status on learning outcomes, (2) there was a significant positive effect between learning disciplines, (3) there was no significant influence between motivation on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The existence of a phenomenon in the secretariat office of the Nganjuk Regency government service found that there were some employees who still seemed to have low work motivation, there was a gap between employees and a lack of synergy between leaders and employees. The researcher aims to analyze the effect of motivation, work culture, and leadership on employee productivity at the Nganjuk Regency Government Service. The research method used by the researcher is quantitative with comparative causal technique. Samples were taken using probability sampling technique, obtained a sample of 58 respondents from a population of 139 employees of the Nganjuk government office secretariat. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the prerequisite test for normality. The results showed that, partially proven there is a significant influence of motivation and leadership on employee productivity. While work culture is not partially proven to have a significant effect on employee productivity. The results of the simultaneous test of motivation, work culture, and leadership have a significant effect on the productivity of the Nganjuk Regency Government employees.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the variables that affect employee performance with independent variables, discipline and non-physical work environment through satisfaction with Prime Bank Government Services. government. The technique of determining the sample is the Slovin purpose sampling method with the number of respondents being 58 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that met the validity and reliability requirements. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique that uses path analysis. The results of the study show that it does not partially prove that discipline affects the performance of Nganjuk district government employees. It is proven that partially or simultaneously job satisfaction and non-physical work environment affect employee performance. So that job satisfaction is able to mediate the increasing influence of discipline variables and non-physical work environment on the performance of service employees.

Abstract

The research objective is to identify the factors influencing employee performance. In this study the independent variable is employee performance, while the independent work environment, and workload at the Department of Trade Kediri Regency. The population used is all employees and the sample in this study is 60 employees. The method used is the 5% multiple linear regression analysis technique as the overall level of confidence regarding the relationship between one variable and another. The results of the partial test prove that the variance of the work environment and workload significantly affects employee performance. Meanwhile, it has a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Kediri Regency Trade Office

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yakni mengetahui pengaruh dari kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin secara sebagian (t) atau bersama-sama (F) kepada kinerja karyawan pada PT Lotus Indah Textile Industries Nganjuk. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta teknik penelitian kausal dengan mengumpulkan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 76 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pengujian instrumental, pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSSv23. Temuan penelitian ini, menyimpulkan bahwa kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan disiplin berpengaruh penting pada kinerja PT Lotus. Indah Textile Industries Nganjuk secara sebagian (t) ataupun bersama-sama (F).

Abstract

Suatu organisasi pasti selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja para pegawainya, sehingga dapat mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh signifikan dari variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas lingkungan hidup Kabupaten Nganjuk. Jenis dan pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kausal komparatif, dengan teknik purposive sampling, besar sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 25 karyawan, dan data dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f, koefisien determinasi menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS Versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada dinas lingkungan hidup Kabupaten Nganjuk.
