Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the leadership and performance of the madrasa principal on the work motivation of teachers at MTs Darul Hikmah, Sirandorung District, Central Tapanuli Regency. Used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The descriptive approach is a method that describes or provides an overview of the object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are, without conducting analysis and making generally accepted conclusions. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the leadership and performance of the Madrasah Principal had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Work Motivation at MTs Darul Hikmah, Sirandorung District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This is shown by the results of the SPSS test, which shows that the leadership and performance of the Madrasah Principal affect teacher work motivation, which is 70.3%, other factors influence the remaining 29.7%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the development of educational concepts and educational classifications. the concept of education can include the formation of attitudes and the development of basic skills which are all useful for realizing perfect human beings who are able to stand alone, are responsible and have the provisions to enter further education are also in line with views in education. The classification of education is divided into two, namely formal and non-formal education. This study uses a qualitative method. Education is a conscious effort made to direct someone from not knowing to knowing and changing one's mindset and attitude to be better. Abstract

In the Indonesian context, the sociology of education is becoming increasingly relevant because Indonesia has a complex and diverse education system, and there are still many challenges that must be faced in improving the quality of education. Educational issues cover various aspects related to education, such as access to education, quality of education, and educational disparities. In this study, literature studies were used to find sources of information to find scientific research based on relevant literature on the topic in question and theory. This type of library research is related to library data collection, obtaining information from various libraries, one of which is scientific journals. The implications of the sociology of education in education are that education must consider social factors such as social class, gender, race, and religion in designing educational programs that are more inclusive and effective. Abstract

This research can provide better insight into how education can help people overcome various social and economic problems, as well as how education can adapt to the social changes taking place in Indonesia. Thus, this research can make a significant contribution in improving the quality of education in Indonesia and helping people achieve better social and economic progress. The purpose of writing this article is to know and understand how important the role of education is in facing and preparing for the social changes that happen. with literature study data collection techniques, such as scientific papers, journals, and so on. Literature study is by understanding and examining various scientific papers that are relevant and related to the focus of the discussion. From various sources obtained and studied, resulted in an understanding that education is a very important thing in life. Abstract

This article discusses the importance of early childhood education and its relationship with society. Challenges such as access to education and lack of knowledge among parents are discussed. The role of the community in supporting early childhood education is emphasized, including providing a conducive environment and material support. Factors such as economic status, cultural beliefs, and social status can influence the relationship between education and society. This article concludes that quality education and a supportive community are essential for optimal development of children, especially in early childhood education. The purpose of this research is to discuss the importance of early childhood education and its relationship with society, as well as challenges and the role of society in supporting early childhood education. Some of the main issues discussed in the research are: 1. The importance of early childhood education and its role in child development. 2. Challenges in accessing early childhood education, such as access and lack of knowledge among parents. 3. The role of the community in supporting early childhood education, including providing a conducive environment and material support. 4. Factors influencing the relationship between education and society, such as economic status, cultural beliefs, and social status. 5.
