Abstract

The emergence of Covid-19 pandemic has spread widely to various countries, which of one includes Indonesia. Where in 2020, Indonesia also impact on this pandemic, so the government took action on PPKM policy regulations by recommending all activities carried outside such as work, carried out at home to reduce circulation wider spread of the virus. After going through a situation where people must comply with health protocols and maintain cleanliness. Where at the end of 2022, the Ministry of Health announced that active cases of Covid-19 had decreased consistently and gave optimism to the current efforts to deal with Covid-19, of course it has made people accumulate an extraordinary willingness to travel. Due to the emergence of people's behavioral intentions to travel by ordering their travel activities on online booking service provider applications, where these applications can provide convenience and useful for them so that does not require excessive effort also can be used easily and efficiently. Indirectly it can also make the tourism industry continue to experience the most significant growth in searching for online travel agents because people's behavioral intentions are influenced by social influences that can provide convenience and benefits when using online booking service provider applications.

Abstract

Currently, the banking world is experiencing very tight developments due to competitive rivalry between one bank and another. This research aims to analyze the influence of promotions, brand image, service quality, trust, and CRM on customer loyalty, which is mediated by customer satisfaction in the banking sector. This research has a population derived from the population of Batam City in 2020, namely 1,196,396 people. Based on the 1:10 method, a sample of 350 respondents was obtained. This research also uses quantitative methods using descriptive statistics with the results of promotions, brand image, service quality, trust, and customer relationship management, significantly influencing customer loyalty and customer satisfaction in the banking sector.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of brand experience, brand trust, brand image and  brand awareness on brand loyalty among Generation Z customers. As competition intensifies in the Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) industry, particularly with Generation Z’s increasing influence, SVOD brands strive to differentiate themselves through distinct logos, enhanced user experiences, and intuitive applications. The research is set in the context of Batam, where 259 Generation Z customers participated in the study via a questionnaire distributed through Google Forms. The questionnaire employed a 5-point Likert scale to measure various brand-related factors. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results demonstrate that brand experience has a significant positive impact on brand image, brand trust, and brand loyalty. Similarly, brand awareness positively affects both brand image and brand trust. However, brand awareness does not significantly influence brand loyalty, nor does brand trust significantly affect loyalty. Additionally, brand image has no significant impact on brand trust. The findings underscore the pivotal role of brand experience and brand image in fostering loyalty among Generation Z customers, offering valuable insights for SVOD brands aiming to enhance their market position.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi saat ini, masyarakat cenderung menginginkan hal-hal yang praktis dan cepat. Industri makanan cepat saji, termasuk bisnis kue donat, telah mengalami perkembangan pesat sebagai hasil dari globalisasi. J.CO Donuts & Coffee, sebagai merek donat dan kopi yang berasal dari Indonesia, telah menjadi pesaing yang serius dalam industri ini. Merek ini berhasil menarik perhatian pelanggan baru dengan produk-produk berkualitas, store atmosphere yang menarik, serta brand image yang kuat sebagai merek yang fun, modern, dan trendy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi masyarakat Kota Batam untuk membeli ulang (repurchase intention) produk J.CO Donuts & Coffee. Variabel tersebut meliputi service quality, price, brand image, dan store atmosphere. Metode yang dipakai, berapa sampel, kesimpulan, keterbatasan penelitian. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode judgement sampling yang berupa teknik convenience sampling pada 262 responden dan SPSS Statistic 26 dilakukan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga, citra merek, atmosfer toko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan untuk mempengaruhi minat beli ulang.
