Abstract

Marketing has an important role in the success of the company, especially in the face of competition, maintaining excellence and developing a business to always achieve profit. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and trust on consumer loyalty in the Semanggi Printing Association. This study uses purposive sampling method, the population in this study is the consumers of Semanggi Printing Association as many as 100 respondents. Data collection method used: questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and Sobel test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on promotion of trust, there was a significant influence of trust on consumer loyalty, there was a significant influence on promotion of consumer loyalty, there was an indirect influence of promotion on consumer loyalty mediated by trust. Suggestions in this study were: Semanggi increases consumer loyalty, it is necessary to pay attention to promotion and trust variables because these variables have a significant effect on consumer loyalty.Keywords: Promotion, Trust, Consumer Loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the influence of the location, quality of service and hotel facilities partially or simultaneously against the decision of stay at The Margangsa Hotel. Technique of data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical linear regression, and multiple, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The research results obtained conclusions that: there is a significant influence of the location of stay at The Margangsa Hotel Surakarta, meaning that if the strategic location of the hotel and easily accessible, then it can improve decisions. There is a significant influence on the quality of service of the decision of the stay at The Hotel Margangsa, Surakarta, meaning that if the quality of service received satisfactory, then customers can improve decisions. There is a significant influence on the facilities of stay at The Margangsa Hotel Surakarta, which means that if a full hotel facilities in accordance with the customer's needs then it can improve decisions. There is a significant influence of the location, quality of service and hotel facilities simultaneously against the decision of stay at The Margangsa Hotel.Keywords: location, service quality, hotel facilities, the decision to stay.

Abstract

This research is an observation. This type of data uses qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using study documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive method. Data analysis uses descriptive method. The results showed that the application of the Material Requirement Planning method could play a role in minimizing the cost of raw material inventory in Batik Mahkota Laweyan Surakarta, this is indicated by the total cost of raw material inventory using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique in 2017 of Rp. 3,513,600.00 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 6,338,400.00, the total cost of raw material inventory using the 2017 Period Order Quantity (POQ) technique is IDR 94,243,200.00 and in 2018 is IDR 114,481,600.00, the total cost of raw material inventory using the Lot For Lot (LFL) technique in 2017 is IDR 61,028,000.00 and in 2018 amounting to Rp 85,880,000.00, and the total cost of inventories of company method raw materials in 2017 is IDR 96,824,000.00 and in 2018 IDR 95,664,800.00. From this comparison it can be seen that the MRP method in the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) technique produces a total inventory cost in 2017 of IDR 3,513,600.00 and in 2018 of IDR 6,338,400.00 is the result that can save the cost of raw material inventory by 85%, so hypothesis 2 which states that: "the use of the MRP method can streamline the cost of raw material inventory in Batik Mahkota Laweyan Surakarta can optimize production costs", the truth is proven.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of effect service quality, promotion and satisfaction on consumer loyalty partially, to know the significance of effect of service quality and promotion on consumer loyalty which is moderated by customer satisfaction. This type of research is a survey of consumers of SFA Steak & Resto Karanganyar. A sample of 100 consumers with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results showed that service quality, promotion and customer satisfaction partially have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar. Consumer satisfaction moderates the effect of service quality on consumer loyalty SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar. Consumer satisfaction does not moderate the effect of promotion on consumer loyalty at SFA Steak & Resto in Karanganyar.
