Abstract

Bags have become complete, both in terms of fashion and the need to store goods during the trip. Bags can also be used as a means of education, especially for mathematics subjects. In addition, the number of schools and colleges adds more and more appropriate if the business of making this smart bag established. Smart bag business is named Smart Bag PlusSmart Bag Plus is designed specifically for children that is PAUD, Kindergarten and Elementary School level as an interactive media of learning mathematics with the concept of playing while learning environmentally friendly. The packaging is as neat as possible, unique, and interesting to further upload people to buy it. With a variety of reasons are expected by the establishment of smart bag business can meet the market share of innovative bags and can be as a means of education. Therefore, it can be concluded that the turnover to be generated from this activity will be appropriate and appropriate estimates so that this business can exist and be able to help the community in learning and fashion.

Abstract

The purpose of the utilization of the waste of natural stone waste is 1) To increase  the capability and knowledge of the technique of utilization of solid waste stone waste   as well as powder professionally and efficiently, 2). Obtaining side income through  knowledge transfer of handicraf and mosaic manufacture, 3) Improving quality of life  by utilizing sawmill waste, 4) Increasing quality and added value of waste of stone  perngerga, 5) Reducing soil contamination due to solid and liquid waste on stone  sawing. 6) Creation of a clean, healthy and comfortable environment and free from  pollution due to sawn stone.Training procedures and practices of utilizing natural stone sawn waste as handycraf and mosaic have been implemented as planned and followed by 30 participants. The training was conducted at the home of one of the community service  team in collaboration with the totogan villagers and the pengarajin sawn stones.  Training begins with an explanation of the basic theories of materials, materials and  materials groups. Participants are taught by the direct practice of utilization of natural  stone sawdust waste both powder and solid. Participants were divided into 2 groups  consisting of 15 participants. Each group made mosaic of stone waste and made a  molding craft with powder, cement, hardener, cobalt and rezin. In this training is also  given how to create a mosaic that is true, strong and artistic and given training how to  make kerajian handycraf with a mixture of waste natural stone powder and cement used  as flower pots. while a mixture of powders, resins, hardener and cobal is molded by  making various handicrafts.   The results obtained that the participants have been able to create a natural stone mosaic with the size 30x30 cm and 40x40 cm and 5 cm thick. Mosaic of this natural stone can be used to be taped to the wall or home-garden home because it is more artistic. In the participants have been able to make miniature handycraf of prambanan temple, ashtray with picture of cat, horse, fish, and bird. At the end of the training each participant is distributed a team of mentoring funds for mosaic and handicraft molding materials as well as supporting materials such as cement and resin. As proof of their participation in training the utilization of natural stone participants are given a certificate. From the participants interest in participating in this training, it can be concluded that this epic skill training activity is very necessary for the citizens and the youth to drop out of school so that they will have additional skills and income which is useful for poverty alleviation.

Abstract

Unemployment and poverty in Yogyakarta, especially in the districts of Sleman both rural and urban is still high. Efforts have been taken by the government with the entrepreneurship education programs (PKM). The program is the Course Rural Entre-preneurial (KWD) and Course Entrepreneurial City (KWK). The purpose of the research is to figure out the implementation of administration, process, achievement of results, follow-up mentoring business, and the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the program (KWD) and (KWK) at the Community Learning Center (PKBM) in Sleman. Data are collected by questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data obtained are then analyzed using descriptive method. Results show that the average value of implementation of the program administration KWD & KWK, implementation process, and follow-up mentoring are 2.331, 2.406, and 2.338 respectively, hence categorized enough. Meanwhile, an achievement of objectives in average of 2,176 and categorized is less. Supporting factors are the aspect of understanding, ability and experience in conducting, has the electronic media (computer) 70% and a good enough office space, as well as funding (block grants) from the government. Limiting factors are the reliance on a particular board member; un-expert tutor, low motivation learners, and nonproductive citizens. Furthermore, the limititions are (PKBM) which insufficient Internet connection and guide books, lack of funds to open a business stimulant, tutor small honorarium, and the difficulty of finding an external funding sources.

Abstract

Salah satu perawatan sistem injeksi bensin adalah pengujian dan pembersihan injector. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab kerusakan injector pada mobil Elektronik Fuel injection (EFI) adalah tersumbat 7.0 %, abrasi (terkikis) 4.2%, bocor 3.5%, selenoid mati 2.1%, tersumbat sebagian 17.6 %, tahanan/resistensi solenoid turun/rendah 8.4%, kotor 31.7%, pola semprotan tidak baik 25.4% dan peyimpangan pola semprotan. Alat penguji dan pembersih injektor saat ini sangat mahal di pasaran. Oleh karena itu harus melakukan inovasi untuk pembuatan alat uji injector cleaner. Karakteristik alat tersebut mampu mengukur akurasi jumlah volume semprotan. Uji fungsional alat telah menunjukkan bahwa bagian dari injector tester telah bekerja dengan baik dan hasil tes menunjukkan tidak ada kesulitan dalam pengoperasian pengujian peralatan. Hasil pengujian tegangan output ke injector 9 volt dan arusnya 5 ampere. Tekanan pompa bahan bakar 4 – 4,5 bar, dalam 10 detik volume injeksi sebesar 36-46 cc rata-rata 41.25 cc.

Abstract

Pembakaran bahan bakar solar disuatu ruang bakar memerlukan tekanan yang cukup tinggi. Hal ini sering kali menjadi penyebab ketidak sempurnaan proses pembakaran. Alat dengan system pemanas air dan pemanas listrik preheater water system (PWS) dirancang bangun untuk mempermudah pembakaran, dimana sebelum bahan bakar masuk ke pompa injeksi, bahan bakar dipanaskan dengan memanfaatkan air radiator dan pemanas elemen listrik dengan suhu tertentu. Alat terbuat dari tabung pipa diameter 140 mm, tinggi 170 mm. Pipa tembaga spiral dimeter 8,5 mm panjang 750 mm. Elemen pemanas listrik dan kontrol suhu. Tabung pipa dibentuk sedemikian rupa sehingga bisa menampung panas air radiator. Sedangkan pipa tembaga dirol berbentuk spiral dimasukan ke dalam tabung dan bagian bawah dijepit oleh elemen pemanas listrik yang dikontrol lewat rangkaian elektronik. Cara kerja tabung pipa sebagai penampung sirkulasi panas air radiator, elemen pemanas listrik yang dikontrol dengan sensor suhu sebagai  pemanas pipa tembaga sebagai pemanas bahan bakar bio solar dari tangki bahan bakar sebelum masuk ke pompa injeksi. Sehingga bahan bakar bio solar akan menjadi panas saat menuju pompa injeksi, dan disemprotkan ke ruang bakar dengan suhu yang panas. Suhu bahan bakar sebelum pemanasan 30oC, dengan pemanasan air radiator suhu menjadi 50oC, dengan pemanasan elemen pemanas suhu menjadi 55oC dan saat kedua pemanas difungsikan suhu menjadi 60oC. Pada putaran idle 800 rpm kenaikan suhu bahan bakar 50oC konsumsi bahan bakar lebih hemat 26%. Pada putaran menengah  1200 rpm kenaikan suhu 55oC konsumsi bahan bakar lebih hemat 15%. Pada putaran 2200 kenaikan suhu 60oC lebih boros 15%. Panas optimum bahan bakar paling hemat yaitu 50oC. Sedangkan suhu 60oC akan mengakibatkan bahan bakar boros. Abstract

Sedangkan pipa tembaga dirol berbentuk spiral dimasukan ke dalam tabung dan bagian bawah dijepit oleh elemen pemanas listrik yang dikontrol lewat rangkaian elektronik. Cara kerja tabung pipa sebagai penampung sirkulasi panas air radiator, elemen pemanas listrik yang dikontrol dengan sensor suhu sebagai pemanas pipa tembaga sebagai pemanas bahan bakar bio solar dari tangki bahan bakar sebelum masuk ke pompa injeksi. Sehingga bahan bakar bio solar akan menjadi panas saat menuju pompa injeksi, dan disemprotkan ke ruang bakar dengan suhu yang panas. Suhu bahan bakar sebelum pemanasan 30oC, dengan pemanasan air radiator suhu menjadi 50oC, dengan pemanasan elemen pemanas suhu menjadi 55oC dan saat kedua pemanas difungsikan suhu menjadi 60oC. Pada putaran idle 800 rpm kenaikan suhu bahan bakar 50oC konsumsi bahan bakar lebih hemat 26%. Pada putaran menengah 1200 rpm kenaikan suhu 55oC konsumsi bahan bakar lebih hemat 15%. Pada putaran 2200 kenaikan suhu 60oC lebih boros 15%. Panas optimum bahan bakar paling hemat yaitu 50oC. Sedangkan suhu 60oC akan mengakibatkan bahan bakar boros.

Abstract

Household industries that are engaged in the percentage of the agribusiness sector,especially mushrooms, are still relatively small compared to those engaged in other sectors.This has become one of the factors for entrepreneurship to improve people's welfare,especially housewives. Mushroom cultivation does not require much capital and byunderstanding proper maintenance procedures will decrease the failure rate of mushroomcultivation. With an average harvest age of 2 weeks since planting, the optimal processingwill quickly generate profits. This community service aims to provide counseling aboutmushroom cultivation on a household scale, by knowing the process of mushroom cultivationusing automatic mushroom incubator, types of mushrooms that can be consumed and thebenefits of mushroom cultivation. The expected results of this activity are Dasawisma womenRT.06 Kampung Totogan, Madurejo Village, Prambanan Subdistrict, Sleman Regency, DIYcan play an active role in efforts to rise living standards and also improve communitywelfare by cultivating mushrooms using household scale automatic mushroom incubator, solater it will create a household business in the field of agribusiness.
