Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to change the mindset of the community to implement a waste bank system as a solution for handling waste in Geduang Village, Kalijoso Payaman, Secang District. The method used to achieve this goal is to disseminate information about waste banks and waste processing to target groups, establish a waste bank organization, and implement waste bank management. The stages of activities carried out include preparation, socialization, implementation of training, formation of associations, and evaluation. The results achieved in addition to increasing awareness for the community about the importance of processing waste properly and correctly, also the success of the community in making new handicraft products through waste media that has economic value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This article investigates the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, brand loyalty, tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy customer satisfaction. The population is the customer in BPR Meru Sankara, the sample is taken with convinience with slovin method. Using sample 96 and tested using SPSS software. The results of this study show Perception Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness and Empatimiliki influence and significant to Customer Satisfaction. Thus the proposed hypothesis proves true. As for Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Brand Loyalty, Physical Evidence and Guarantee no effect on Customer Satisfaction so that the hypothesis proposed is not proven. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah BPR Meru Sankara, denagn teknik pengambilan sample dengan accidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 96 dan diolah menggunakan SPSS software.Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan hubungan antara Perception Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness dan Empatimemiliki pengaruh pada kepuasan pelanggan.Sedangkan hubungan antara Brand Awareness, Brand Associations, Brand Loyalty, Physical Evidence dan Guarantee tidak memiliki pengaruh pada Customer Satisfaction . Abstract

Children's car craft is one of the most popular business activities in Magelang City. UMKM activities in Magelang City still have many weaknesses in production, human resource management, marketing, development, and bookkeeping. The purpose of this program is to help Laser Production SMEs in Bojong Hamlet Rt 01 Rw 09, Kel. South Jurangombo, South Magelang in achieving production targets and maximum profits. The methods used are socialization, training and assistance related to optimizing production, bookkeeping and digital marketing. The results of this program are increasing partner skills related to increasing the number of production, financial management, digital marketing, and human resources (HR). This training activity increases the knowledge and skills of partners in optimizing the amount of production that has the potential to increase partners' income.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of price, product reviews, ease of transaction, quality of information, and trust in online purchasing decisions for beauty products on the Shopee marketplace. The sample collection technique is the Accidental Sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents, namely consumers who have purchased beauty products online on the Shopee marketplace. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS 25 program. The research shows that price, information quality, and trust variables have no effect on purchasing decisions for online beauty products on the Shopee marketplace, while product reviews and transaction convenience variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase beauty products online on the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work stress, incentives and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The analysis tool used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The sampling method was using porposive sampling and obtained 52 respondents. The results showed that job stress and job satisfaction had a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. While incentives have a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then, job stress has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, incentives have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction mediates the effect of job stress and the environment on employee performance, while job satisfaction does not mediate the effect. incentives on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs through the management of the Surya Tidar Tofu Chips business. The development of the food product business from MSMEs is supported by several things, such as partners who already have the skills to produce creative products in the form of tofu chips and are of productive age. This program begins with socialization, training and mentoring. The result of this program is an increased understanding of the importance of digital marketing by utilizing social media, improving packaging with its own brand, repairing signboard and simple bookkeeping to track business development.

Abstract

This community service aims to overcome the problems of UKM Batik Rajah, Magelang City in terms of marketing, packaging, and financial records. The methods used are outreach, training, and mentoring. The result of this program is repackaging by changing product packaging to utilizing marketplaces and social media for product promotion and sales. With the consistent use of digital marketing, it is believed that the Batik Rajah market will expand so that it can improve people's welfare. In addition, MSMEs Batik Rajah have also updated their financial books so that they can simplify the process of estimating profit and loss and recording daily transactions

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya wirausaha yang bermunculan di Kota Magelang serta perubahan perilaku wirausaha dalam kegiatan berwirausaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pola transformasi kewirausahaan, risiko dan modal wirausaha pada era digital terhadap perkembangan wirausaha industri makanan Kota Magelang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah industri makanan yang ada di Kota Magelang. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 108. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pola transformasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap perkembangan wirausaha. Risiko wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan wirausaha. Modal wirausaha berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan wirausaha.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, advertising and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. The sample of this research is the general public who have purchased a Honda motorcycle consumer in Temanggung regency. The sampling method used quota sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 program. The result of this study indicates that positive and simultaneously effect on brand image, advertising and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand image and advertising have postive and significantly effect on purchasing decisions, but social media marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Final Report of the Community Service Program (PPMT) in Bleder Ngadiharjo Hamlet implements the innovation of the 3R concept (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) to strengthen the utilization of recycled resources. By involving active participation of the local community, the program aims to enhance environmental awareness and skills in waste management. Through educational approaches and training, the activities promote sustainable practices in waste management and reduction. Program evaluation indicates a significant improvement in waste management efficiency and creative waste utilization. Collaboration among various stakeholders, including local institutions and communities, is key to the success of the program. Thus, the PPMT in Bleder Ngadiharjo provides a sustainable positive impact on the community and the surrounding environment, while promoting awareness of the importance of sustainable practices in daily life.
