Abstract

The rapid development of e-commerce lead to changes in the way to transact the sale of goods and services from conventional to digital. Competition between providers of e-commerce services makes consumer-based service approach needs to be improved. One way is to give product recommendations to prospective buyers. Some e-commerce service providers website do not provide product recommendations to prospective buyers in accordance with their preferences causes more time needed to explore each book available. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build an e-commerce system that can provide product recommendations to prospective purchasers resulting from item-based collaborative filtering algorithm. This research was conducted using the method of development of the V-Model and some tools that help the system design process include DFD (Data Flow Diagram), ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram), and DBMS (Database Management System) MySQL. Results from this study is an e-commerce system that applies the algorithm producing book recommendations. Each member has a different recommendation system in accordance with the  rate values previously assigned.

Abstract

Penerapan Teknologi Virtual Reality Photography pada sistem informasi objek wisata merupakan suatu langkah dalam memberikan pengalaman baru bagi seorang wisatawan dalam menjelajahi objek wisata secara visual 360°. Virtual Reality Photography memberikan sebuah tampilan visual yang berbeda daripada suatu sudut pandang gambar. Dengan adanya Virtual Reality Photography yaitu realitas maya buatan diharapkan wisatawan dapat menikmati dan merasakan pengalaman berjelajah yang baru.

Abstract

Perumahan Mutiara  Barangan is a housing complex that located at tanjung barangan, Palembang, Sumatera Selatan that was developed by PT. Kurnia Hamusri Sukses Mandiri. This This enterprise use pictures, brochures, and miniature for marketing activities. The objective of this research was to implement Augmented Reality Technology in digital marketing system to visualize their house in 3Ds View. The System Development model that used in this study is Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) which consists of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing and distribution. As a result of implementing Augmented Reality in Marketing of housing complex in Perumahan Mutiara Barangan Palembang can offer new experience of user in observing housing complex that was offered.

Abstract

Informasi yang merupakan aset berharga bagi organisasi sangat penting dikelola risikonya agar dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan bisnis. ICT Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Sriwijaya (Fasilkom Unsri) memiliki aset informasi yang harus dilindungi terhadap ancaman baik dari pihak luar maupun dalam. Namun, sayangnya ICT Fasilkom Unsri belum pernah melakukan penilaian risiko dan belum memiliki prosedur secara formal/tertulis mengenai mitigasi risiko. Oleh karena itu, ICT Fasilkom Unsri belum mengetahui tindakan apa yang tepat untuk mengurangi risiko yang akan terjadi. Metode OCTAVE Allegro digunakan untuk membantu organisasi mengidentifikasi, menganalisis, dan mengambil tindakan mitigasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, 5 dari 7 aset informasi yang dikelola oleh ICT Fasilkom Unsri dianggap sebagai aset yang kritikal. Setelah diidentifikasi dan dianalisis, ditemukan 73 risiko keamanan informasi Tindakan yang dapat diambil antara lain, 61 risiko dimitigasi/ditunda, 3 risiko ditunda/diterima, dan 3 risiko diterima. Dengan mengetahui penilaian risiko dari tiap-tiap aset informasi, ICT Fasilkom Unsri dapat membuat keputusan dalam pengurangan risiko secara tepat sesuai dengan kemungkinan-kemungkinan risiko yang akan terjad

Abstract

Shopee merupakan salah satu e-commerce model e-commerce Customer-To Customer (C2C) menggunakan aplikasi sebagai tempat untuk melakukan bisnis. Shopee memberikan beberapa pilihan akses kepada customer diantaranya melalui website dan mobile platform demi kemudahan kegiatan berbelanja online. Untuk mencari informasi tentang peluang yang dapat ditingkatkan dari layanan yang ada Shopee dapat memanfaatkan review dari customer untuk mengetahui masalah yang terjadi pada layanan yang diberikan kepada customer. Review dari customer e-commerce berbasis aplikasi tersebut dapat menjadi solusi yang lebih menjelaskan apa yang disukai dan tidak disukai customer sehingga bisa digunakan sebagai alat untuk menilai aspek-aspek pada layanan e-commerce yang dinilai bermasalah. Untuk mencari informasi tentang peluang yang dapat ditingkatkan pada layanan e-commerce dari komplain atau keluhan review customer. dilakukan dengan mengklasifikasi review kedalam beberapa aspek dengan menggunakan Text Classification untuk mengklasifikasikan aspek. Dari hasil tersebut didapat lah rangkuman masalah berdasarkan aspek yang bisa diperbaiki oleh pihak e-commerce untuk tetap meningkatkan layanan.

Abstract

Unemployment rate is one of many problems which being faced by the government for each country, especially in Indonesia. Based on statistics data, Central Bureau of Statistics (Indonesia), unemployment rate in Indonesia is quite high which scattered throughout the province. Those data was obtained with a long proccess, by the time, human resources and cost which are not small. Thus, this paper proposes business intelligence for unemployment rate management system to predict from its several causes which are potentially on increasing unemployment rate, using Business Intelligence Roadmap methods, it used because its adaptive and detail which consists of 18 stages from 6 phases. There is one of the 18 stages, namely data mining, for this data mining using the KNN algorithm. Business intelligence can proccessing data into useful information or knowledge. Generally, business intelligence has main process which are data collection, then this data would be processed by ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) before get into data warehouse as a place data storage, so that those data could functionally used for analysis process with OLAP and data mining to classify the result of unemployment rate prediction from its several potentially causes. This paper would possibly to find patterns in the unemployment rate and its causes then the result of the pattern will visualizations on web application with business intelligence based that would be developed that easy to used / user friendly and attractive user interface

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode PROMETHEE pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK) Metode PROMETHEE digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena metode tersebut merupakan suatu metode penentuan urutan (prioritas) dalam analisis multikriteria. Adapun kriteria yang digunakan dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan TK ini yaitu biaya SPP, biaya pendaftaran, akreditasi, fasilitas, lama berdiri, dan lokasi TK. Data TK yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu TK yang berada di Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Palembang. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini yaitu telah di terapkannya metode PROMETHEE kedalam sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan taman kanak-kanak , yang mana sistem tersebut dapat memberikan informasi mengenai data TK yang berada di Kecamatan Ilir Timur I Palembang serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi TK kepada masyarakat khususnya para orang tua dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemilihan taman kanak-kanak .Kata kunci:, PROMETHEE, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan , Taman Kanak-Kanak

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the present day, business of properties especially in house selling, is getting thrive day by day. The growth of the business also walks in the same way with the promotional media. But in reality, we often find that either the owner of the house or the prospective buyers, they have the same problem for the promotional media that is too mediocre. In response to the problem, the writer is trying to develop an e-commerce information system using ‘Development of E-Commerce System for House Selling Using C2C Model with Virtual Reality Technology in Palembang’ as the title, in order to solve the problem. The main purpose of this research is to create and develop an e-commerce system for property business especially in housing business at Palembang city. The other purpose of the research is also to implement the technology of virtual reality in e-commerce system. In this case, the virtual reality will help the prospective buyers to have a look at the condition of the house, outside and inside, virtually. So the prospective buyers do not have to physically come to the house. The method for the development of the system that used by the writer is waterfall method. From the system that has already been developed, there are several features that users can use, such as promoting the house online with virtual reality support, and many more. The writer uses the virtual reality with the hope that, this can be a fresh movement in the world of property business especially in the promotional media for house selling. In the process of development, the writer used PHP as the language of the program and MySQL as the database.Keyword : Property Business, House Selling, Waterfall, E-Commerce, Virtual Reality.ABSTRAKBisnis properti di kota Palembang khususnya penjualan rumah, semakin berkembang dari tahun ke tahun dengan berbagai macam media penjualan. Namun dalam penerapannya, tidak jarang ada keluhan yang didapatkan dari pemilik rumah maupun pelanggan, salah satunya mengenai media promosi yang itu-itu saja. Menanggapi keluhan itu, penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi e-commerce, dengan mengangkat judul “Pengembangan Sistem E-Commerce Penjualan Rumah Menggunakan Model C2C Dengan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Virtual Reality Di Kota Palembang” yang diharapkan mampu membantu mengatasi keluhan yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni membuat perancangan sistem e-commerce untuk bisnis penjualan rumah khususnya yang berada di kota Palembang. Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini juga untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi virtual reality pada sistem e-commerce penjualan rumah, yang akan menampilkan dan memperlihatkan kondisi dari rumah yang dijual, sehingga pembeli tidak perlu datang langsung untuk melihat situasi dari rumah tersebut. Metode yang diimplementasikan dalam sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Dari sistem yang telah dirancang, dapat memberikan fasilitas berupa pemasangan iklan secara online dengan dukungan realitas maya, yang diharapan mampu menjadi sarana pemasaran baru bagi bisnis properti, khususnya penjualan rumah. Abstract

The Infant Mortality Rate and Toddler Mortality Rate are still relatively high in Indonesia. Data from the South Sumatra Health Office shows a relatively high number of infant and toddler mortality cases in Banyuasin and Musi Banyuasin Regency, with about 68 and 51 cases in 2017. Through the Program Kerja Sama (PKS) of the Family Health Directorate of the Health Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia and the Public Health Faculty of Sriwijaya University, it was found that the problems related to these were triggered by the absence of an instrument in digital form to conduct reviews about infant and toddler issues of mortality at Health Facilities, which were expected to assist in recording and reporting the review process runs more effectively and efficiently. This research uses the User-Centered Design (UCD) method because it optimizes the application prototype according to the needs and desires of the end-user, which in this case is the health worker in the Health Facilities in Banyuasin and Musi Banyuasin Regency. The UCD method phases include understanding the context of use, specifying the user requirements, designing the solutions, and evaluating against requirements. Based on the research that has been done, the results obtained that the average usability score is 94, which means that the prototype of this application has been made according to the needs and desires of the end-user, also the prototype of this application is feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

Stunting is a state of malnutrition that is dangerous during the growth period from the beginning of human life. For this reason, early prevention is needed, currently ,the Government, especially in the health sector such as the Health Office, has assisted in socializing or counseling stunting. However, the problem odetermining the distribution there are difficulties in determining it, especially in the Family Health and Community Nutrition Section of the Palembang City Health Office, due to the large number of Puskesmas in each Sub-district in Palembang City, so to help this, the purpose of this study is to apply the Partitioning Around Medoids method in helping to determine stunting disease counseling appropriately. The method used is PAM. The results of this study are in the form of clusters that are divided into two, namely groups 1 and 2. Cluster 0 obtained 9 Puskesmas, while cluster 1 amounted to 23 Puskesmas, the priority in determining couseling was in cluster 0. Furthermore, the number 0.272 was obtained, meaning that the cluster evaluation was quite good because the value was close to 0 from the test using the Davies Bouldin Index.
