Abstract

This work is expected to gain a top-down understanding of various evidence of past logical investigations to understand how imagination drives government development in completing the capacity to serve the general public, especially the monetary sector, by utilizing innovation. The information we obtain relies on logical examination, beforehand from various sources of literature both at home and abroad that discuss how financial administration in the bookkeeping technology includes the use of the latest innovations. In addressing this question, of course, we directed the first informational review through a top-down assessment of the coding framework, evaluation data and completed it after the point of responding to legitimate and valid questions. This review depends on the data examined from different correspondence publications, and we report it as a qualitative report that describes utilizing investigation of inside and outside publication journals to deal with answering problems. In this review, we get results, including information through electronic investigations, that government creativity using digital applications for public financial services has turned to transparent and modern prime service innovations. Thus, this result becomes an essential input for improving public services in the country.

Abstract

This study used a sample of 30 employees of Raharja College, Cikokol, Tangerang which were taken randomly to test the effect of the quality of human resources, job evaluation, incentives on employee productivity. The survey method with path analysis technique was used to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables with the aim of knowing the direct or indirect effect of a set of independent variables (exogenous) on the dependent variable (endogenous) with data analysis using the smart PLS 3.0 version software. The results show that the quality of human resources has a positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.145, the quality of human resources has a positive effect on incentives with a path coefficient value of 0.121, incentives have a positive effect on productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.784, while performance evaluation has no positive effect on employee productivity with a path coefficient value of -0.103. It can be said that all the hypotheses in this study only one that does not have a positive effect while the rest have a positive effect. From the results of the data analysis, it can be seen that the quality of human resources directly affects employee productivity at Raharja College. Thus, the hypothesis which states that the quality of HR has a direct effect on employee productivity is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this review was to understand creativity in driving business towards innovation, starting from improving management and business strategies that are profitable and sustainable. The authors believe that businesses have to transform management into a profitable business through innovation as an entrepreneur. So, to ensure the relevant supporting document data to answer the problems of this study, the authors have visited hundred of scientific publication journals, both national and international publications, which actively discuss issues of creativity, innovation, and business strategies to benefit both short and long term. Next, we examine the phenomenological approach under a descriptive qualitative study to understand genuinely. We found the data through an electronic search on several mentioned publications. Through the use of the keyboard, we have been able to collect data, and then we review it by coding the system, critical evaluation of the relevant conclusions. Based on the evidence of our studies and studies, we can finally conclude that entrepreneurs must have continuous creativity to get the latest innovations to compete in the era of economic competition by maximizing management governance, both production, and sales. In the end, we found that the business was going from creativity to innovation in developing profitable business management strategies. It is hoped that these findings will strengthen similar studies in the future.

Abstract

This article aimed to identify a data-based public administration governance strategy regarding the opportunities and challenges in today's digital era. The authors believe that choosing a strategy in managing data technology-based public administration services is part of the success of organizations, including the government, in serving public partnerships. So to ensure the truth of this article's questions, we have collected field study evidence to study in-depth so that we can get answers to this royal question with convincing and high quality. So that the chest can be said to be a finding, first, our data has been carefully studied, involving a coding system for data interpretation and drawing conclusions under a phenomenological approach, namely an effort to search for the broadest possible data to get answers that are concise and clear. The data sources that we focus on are scientific publications, journals, and other literature documents made public between 2010 and 2021 to find the data easily. Based on the study and discussion, we conclude that the effort to identify the right strategy for the government in managing public records is to provide data services on the internet, considering that all human activities, both business and public services, have been increasingly popularly adopted from the old way of talking about big data technology. It is hoped that this finding will become a significant input in improving studies on data-based public services.

Abstract

Kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesa pada perode ini semakin meningkat dan sering berjalannya waktu, persaingan di bidang bisnis semakin ketat, dan tingkat konsumen semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Perusahaan yang dapat bersaing di pasar adalah perusahaan yang dapat menyediakan produk dan layanan berkualitas tinggi. Hal ini memastikan bahwa produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan merupakan tempat yang baik bagi konsumen untuk dilihat di masyarakat ketika memilih produk dan jasa yang mempengaruh sifat dan rasa dari produk dan jasa yang mereka beli. Perkembangan sektor jasa pengiriman barang dapat dilihat dari semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat atau konsumen terhadap industri jasa pengiriman. Hal ini menyebabkan banyaknya perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman barang atau biasa disebut angkutan barang, karena mempermudah dan mempercepat pengiriman barang ke seluruh Indonesa. Perusahaan yang ingin lebih mengembangkan usahanya tidak bisa lepas dari persaingan yang semakin ketat. Dalam hal ini perusahaan lebih kreatif dan inovatif untuk memanjakan konsumen melalui penawaran dengan memberikan pelayanan yang unggul dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dan menciptakan kepuasan konsumen. Kami menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan dengan kualitas pelayanan yang prima. Konsumen merasa senang ketika pelayanan memenuhi dan melebihi harapan. Jumlah jasa pengiriman barang di Indonesa telah meningkat secara signifikan dan saat ini sangat banyak bagi mereka yang ingin mencari jasa pengiriman favorit berdasarkan harga, waktu atau lama pengiriman, tujuan pengiriman, jenis barang yang dikirim. Diyakini bahwa semakin baik dan semakin memuaskan hasilnya, semakin besar keberhasilan dan kesuksesan berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bisnis UMKM bakso Mitra dalam menghadapi para kompetitor di desa Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan survei langsung dari lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara, pengisian kuesioner, dan observasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SWOT yang melihat dari sudut pandang kekuatan (strength) dan kelemahan (weakness) yang merupakan faktor lingkungan internal, peluang (opportunities) dan ancaman (threats) yang merupakan faktor lingkungan eksternal dan mengidentifikasi konsep bauran pemasaran (marketing mix). Hasil dari analisis ini dilihat dari sudut pandang kekuatan (strength) dan peluang (opportunities) mengimplementasi bahwa posisi UMKM bakso Mitra berada di posisi tinggi, sedangkan dilihat dari sudut pandang kelemahan (weakness) dan ancaman (threats) mengimplementasi di posisi stabil. Dilihat dari sudut pandang ini posisi UMKM bakso Mitra berada pada puncak yang dimana mereka dapat dikatakan mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan. Untuk tetap dapat bertahan di era persaingan yang ketat sekarang UMKM bakso Mitra dapat menggunakan strategi SWOT yaitu menerapkan strategi SO (Strength Opportunity), dimana UMKM bakso Mitra memiliki kekuatan yang dapat dipakai untuk memaksimalkan peluang dan menerapkan konsep bauran pemasaran (marketing mix)

Abstract

To complete the answers to the research on the topic of producing digital learning to enhance the quality of student learning in the technological revolution 4.0 era at the University of Warmadewa, the researchers have gathered various materials that respond to research questions. Similarly, to collect primary data, the researchers interviewed 30 academics (students and lecturers) at the University of Warmadewa to learn about their perspectives and experiences in developing digital-based teaching to improve student learning outcomes during regular and throughout education. Hence, it reviewed different data sets, both in the form of secondary source data from various publications connected to Technology and instruction and data that the researchers questioned academics to find answers to. The researchers could simplify the development of digital teaching to improve the quality of student learning in the Revolution 4.0 era at Warmadewa University. It has resulted several new understandings, such as Technology has innovated the learning process as the digital application have helped academics in solving learning challenge and bring more benefits. Abstract

Lean startup methodology-based strategic formulation to promote the expansion of  technology-based startup businesses in Indonesia. About 75% of developing startups fail to expand appropriately, which is a relatively high startup failure percentage. Failure of startups is influenced by time and the relevant industry. Due to the wrong approach being chosen from the startup's first year to its fourth, it was unable to expand. The goal of this study is to develop new general methods for company growth based on the lean startup approach. The goal of this study is to use the Delphi technique to find startup failure indicators, and then to select the primary failed cause using the Analytical Network Process (ANP). The research's next phase is to develop the plan after the failure factor has been determined. The researcher acquired 8 as a consequence of this study. 55 indicators of startup failure factors and factors. Using the ANP model, 10 priorities were determined. addressed by developing a new approach utilizing agile development and the minimal viable product idea. technique, human resource management, and customer relationship management. eventually acquired a fresh approach that entrepreneurs may utilize to promote growth.

Abstract

This research focuses on the high urgency of utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to enhance Smart Tourism Destinations (STDs). The integration of AI and IoT technologies offers unprecedented opportunities to revolutionize various aspects of tourism, from personalized recommendations to real-time data collection. The research aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the current state, challenges, and future direction of STDs in the context of AI and IoT integration. It explores various AI techniques and IoT-enabled data collection mechanisms that can enrich the traveler experience and improve destination management. However, challenges such as privacy and data security issues need to be addressed. The research also provides foresight into future technologies like Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) that can further enhance STDs. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the development of smarter, visitor-oriented tourism destinations. The research highlights the significance of AI in shaping STDs and emphasizes the importance of addressing ethical considerations, data quality, interpretability, and human-AI collaboration to ensure responsible and effective use of AI in the tourism industry.
