Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pemasaran dari hasil pertanian para petani karet yang ada di desa tersebut dan melihat apakah ada keterkaitan antara harga karet dengan kualitas produksi karet. Wilayah sekitar Desa Dolok Merawan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai merupakan daerah perkebunan karet, ini yang menjadikan peneliti tertarikuntuk meneliti di daerah ini. Setelah melakukan penelitian mengenai strategi pemasaran produksi karet oleh para petani karet pada Desa Dolok Merawan ini, maka peneliti akan mendapatkan informasi mengenai cara para petani memasarkan produk karetnya dan akan mendapat informasi mengenai strategi pemasaran dan kaita harga dengan kualitas produksi karet.  Setelah  mendapatkan informasi mengenai pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh para petani karet, maka peneliti akan akan dapat menjelaskan keadaan secara objektif. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka metode atau pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif pada penelitian ini yaitu akan menggambarkan hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini. Penelitian akan dilakukan di desa Dolok Merawan Kecamatan Dolok Merawan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Setelah dilihat hasil dari penelitian ini, jika harga karet ternyata berpengaruh dengan kualitas produksi aret, semakin bagus kualitas karet, maka harga karet juga semakin bagus, tetapi walaupun demikian.

Abstract

Tujuan utama investasi adalah untuk mendapatkan return optimal dan risiko terendah. Untuk itu investor perlu menganalisa tingkat return dan risiko dari investasi sahamnya tersebut. Hubungan return dan risiko adalah linear, artinya semakin tinggi return, maka risiko yang dihadapi oleh investor juga tinggi. Pengelolaan return dan risiko yang baik akan menghasilkan return optimal dan risiko yang rendah.

Abstract

The development of modern retail activities in Indonesia is currently experiencing rapid development. The types of retail trade are divided into two, namely modern retail such as supermarkets, hypermarts and minimarkets and others, while traditional retail, namely traditional stalls that are managed privately, may also absorb workers. This research was conducted in Medan City, especially in Medan Helvetia District. This research was conducted to the owners of traditional stalls with the aim of knowing what factors can affect business competition between traditional stalls and modern shops. The Medan Helvetia District area was used as the research location because Helvetia District is one of the sub-districts in Medan City where most of the residents live in the retail business (in this case traditional stalls). The method or approach used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The results obtained are the factors that influence business competition between traditional stalls and modern shops, namely price, location, service and product completeness. The existence of modern shops has no effect on traditional stalls because they pay attention to competitive strategies, namely by paying attention to price, location, service and product completeness.

Abstract

In today's dynamic and competitive business environment, organizations are increasingly recognizing the pivotal role that employee performance plays in achieving sustainable growth and maintaining a competitive edge. Consequently, understanding the factors that contribute to and influence employee performance has become a focal point for many contemporary organizations. Perceived organizational support and work engagement have emerged as two key variables that significantly impact employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness. This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived organizational support and work engagement on the performance of employees at the PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Medan Branch Office. This study employs quantitative research methods with a causal approach (cause and effect). The population comprises 158 employees from the PT Bank Tabungan Negara Medan Branch Office, with 61 employees participating as the sample. Data collection methods include questionnaires, observations, interviews, and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings reveal three significant conclusions: 1) Perceived organizational support significantly influences employee performance with a significance value of 0.046. 2) Work engagement significantly affects employee performance with a significance value of 0.000, indicating its strong impact. 3) Both perceived organizational support and work engagement jointly and significantly impact employee performance, with a significance value of 0.000, emphasizing their combined importance in enhancing employee performance at the organization.

Abstract

Performance is the implementation of work both in quality and quantity that has been achieved by the workforce with a predetermined period of time in doing work in accordance with the obligations that have been imposed on employees. At PT. Fajar Agung, it is known that employee performance is not optimal, it can be seen from the non-physical work environment, employees are still less cohesive at work and work interaction between superiors and employees is still lacking, besides the motivation given by the leadership is not enough to satisfy employees, and in work discipline. still said to be not good because there are still many employees who are not disciplined at work. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of non-physical work environment, motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Great Dawn. This study uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Fajar Agung as many as 173 permanent employees. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling using a perceptive sampling technique and with a sample of 64 respondents. The primary data used in this study was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to employees, while the secondary data was obtained through a literature study. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the non-physical work environment, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect either partially

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Economic Value Added, and debt-to-equity ratio variables on Stock Prices in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study is 45 companies from the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017 – 2021 using the purposive sampling method, of which 22 companies match the criteria. The documentation uses a data collection method by conducting a panel data regression approach with a signification level of 0.05 through EViews 10 software. The results of this study show that the Current Ratio variable has no effect on Stock Price, Economic Value Added has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price, and Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

Business Model Canvas (BMC) has a Customer Segment element in the furniture business, namely the upper middle class and specialized. The research aims to find out the furniture business strategy implemented by BMC. The study used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting interviews with informants, namely furniture owners and employees. The results of the study used 9 (nine) BMC elements. The customer segment is from the upper middle class and specialized value Proposition, namely the value of loyalty to provide the best and guarantee quality. The channel uses online and offline media. Customer Relationships build excellent and effective communication. Revenue stream from the sale of products produced. Key Activities purchase quality raw materials and processed labour and distribute them using supporting resources. Key Partners use vendors who provide raw materials and e-commerce parties. Key Resources look for raw material resources for labor to process. The cost structure consists of fixed costs and variable costs. Research implications can contribute to furniture entrepreneurs in Indonesia and internationally, especially Medan City. Using BMC to find strengths and weaknesses to get a solution. The results of using BMC increase productivity and welfare.

Abstract

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang sejarah hidup ummul mukminin Aisyah radhiyallahu anha dimana kajian ini melihat dari sisi keteladanan yang dimiliki oleh sosok Aisyah terhadap Muslimah dalam mendampingi misi kerasulan Nabi Muhammad shallallahu alaihi wasallam. Mengkaji bentuk keteladanan yang dilakukan oleh Aisyah radhiyallahu anha sebagai seorang istri Rasulullah shallallahu alaihi wasallam. Selanjutnya menganalisis pengaruh keteladanan Aisyah radhiyallahu anha dalam mendampingi misi kerasulan Nabi Muhammad shallallahu alaihi wasallam terhadap Muslimah. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian Pustaka atau library research yaitu mengumpulkan berbagai data dan fakta sejarah melalui literatur-literatur yang ada baik berupa buku, jurnal, maupun skripsi. Peneliti menggunakan langkah-langkah penelitian yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi dan historiografi. Hasil akhir dari telaah Pustaka yang dilakukan peneliti ialah 1) Aisyah radhiyallahu anha menguasai berbagai bidang disiplin ilmu yang dapat menjadi teladan bagi Muslimah dalam menjalani kehidupannya agar lebih bermanfaat diantaranya Al-Qur’an, hadits, fikih, akidah, juga ilmu-ilmu umum seperti ilmu pengobatan, sejarah dan sastra. 2) Aisyah juga sangat penting diteladani dari sisi akhlak yang dimilikinya yaitu lemah lembut, tawadhu, rendah hati, tidak cinta dunia, dermawan, sederhana, dan akhlak mulia lainnya. 3) Pengaruh keteladanan perempuan terhadap Aisyah ini diantaranya ialah menjadi perempuan berilmu, menjadi perempuan yang memanfaatkan masa muda dengan produktif, menjadi perempuan yang senantiasa menjaga ketaatan, menjadi perempuan yang berakhlak mulia sebagaimana Aisyah. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of service quality and price on consumer loyalty in using Go-Jek services (Study on consumers in Medan City using the Go-Jek application). The effect of the related variables, namely service quality and price, will be carried out partially and simultaneously on increasing consumer loyalty. This research uses quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique using 100 respondents as the research sample. Primary data in this study was obtained from distributing questionnaires through google form, and secondary data obtained through literature study. The analytical method used is validity test, classical assumption test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the service quality variable (X1) and the price variable (X2) partially had a significant effect on consumer loyalty (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, the R2 value is 0.441, which means the influence of service quality and price on consumer loyalty in using Go-Jek services in Medan City is 44.1% while the remaining 54.9% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.

Abstract

The success of a company relies heavily on employee performance, making it crucial to consider employee performance when aiming to improve overall company performance. Communication patterns and organizational culture play vital roles in this regard, as effective communication within the company and a positive organizational culture can enhance employee performance. This study investigates the impact of communication patterns, organizational culture, and rewards on improving employee performance at PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantation Kisaran. The study employs a quantitative research approach with an associative focus. The sample consists of 40 respondents selected through saturated sampling. Primary data was collected using questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents, employing a Likert scale. The data analysis involves instrument validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS. The findings indicate a strong relationship between communication patterns, organizational culture, rewards, and employee performance, as evidenced by a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.668. Furthermore, the variables of communication patterns, organizational culture, and rewards explain and affect employee performance (Y) by 0.399, as indicated by the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Squared). This study reveals that communication patterns (X1), organizational culture (X2), and rewards (X3) significantly influence employee performance (Y) at PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantation Kisaran, while 60.1% of the variance in employee performance is attributed to other unexplored factors.
