Abstract

Desa Kebakalan terdiri atas 1.780 jiwa, dengan timbulan sampah domestik yang dihasilkan sebesar 534 kg/hari. Komposisi sampah organik sebesar 70% dan anorganik 30% maka dihasilkan timbulan sampah basah dan kering 373,8 kg/hari dan 160,2 kg/hari. Saat ini Desa Kebakalan memiliki TPST seluas 91 m2 yang dilengkapi dengan incinerator berkapasitas 32 m³. Namun proses pengelolaan TPST belum berfungsi optimal karena Masyarakat Desa Kebakalan belum memahami pengelolaan sampah dari hulu ke hilir, belum ada upaya pemilahan sampah dari tiap rumah, belum ada bak sampah terpilah antara sampah organik anorganik dan sampah B3 di tiap rumah, sehingga berpotensi menambah beban timbulan sampah di TPST. Pengumpulan sampah dilakukan oleh petugas sampah keliling dengan kondisi sampah tercampur. TPST Kebakalan direncanakan dapat mengolah timbulan sampah secara terpadu dengan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, dan Recycle). Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka dilakukan beberapa kegiatan seperti pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk memahami cara mengolah sampah dari hulu ke hilir seperti sosialisasi pengelolaan sampah secara 3R, sosialisasi bank sampah, penyediaan sarana pengolahan sampah domestik yaitu gerobak sampah, bak sampah terpilah, komposter serta melaksanakan, studi banding operasional ke TPST Siwalan Panji.  Dengan pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Kebakalan ini dapat melakukan proses pemilahan sampah dengan memilah sampah organik (sampah basah) dan anorganik (sampah kering) sehingga pemilahan sampah domestik ini dapat meminimalisasi residu sampah yang dikirim ke TPST dan tercapai lingkungan yang bersih, hijau dan lestari atau Eco-Friendly.

Abstract

Presearchers use the analysis of the application of 5S and safety to find out before and after related to the arrangement and work safety system in PT. MMS Sidaorjo Regency. Implementation of this research using qualitative methods. The data used according to research takes from words, situations, actions and events. Here using the interview activity. Hthe results of the research that has been done, several conclusions can be drawn, namely for the implementation of 5S and Safety (job security). Seiri (Brief), Seiton (Neat), Seiso (Clean), Seiketsu (Rawat), Shitsuke (Hardworking), Safety (job security) has been fully implemented.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are currently one of the important sectors supporting the Indonesian economy. Lack of understanding in the meaning of NIB ownership as a legal form for business actors is a problem for MSMEs and also the community. The same problem was also found in MSMEs in Buduran Village, Sidoarjo. The purpose of this community service is to provide direction to business actors regarding preparing and registering to obtain an NIB. This community service begins with location observations, data collection, and implementation of socialization and mentoring activities. After participating in socialization and mentoring, entrepreneurs have a better understanding and are able to manage and have an NIB. It is hoped that this community service can be carried out irrationally for MSME actors in Sidaorjo Regency.

Abstract

This research examines dividend policy and company value and profitability. The population studied included 57 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021. This research selected ten banks using purposive sampling. The SPSS version 24.0 program was used to conduct multiple linear regression studies. Based on the findings of this research, the value of a company increases in part by Profitability and Dividend Policy. Profitability growth increases company value but has little influence on dividend policy. Dividend policy reduces the impact of profitability on company value by 1.28 percent. Abstract

The COVID-19 case began in Indonesia in 2020. This condition continues to spread throughout Indonesia and causes all companies not to run optimally. It can affect the company's performance, making it less than optimal. One of them is a service company such as a bank company that must carry out its operational activities in a limited manner, causing credit to the community to run less optimally. The decline in bank performance has an impact on the decline in profits earned by bank companies. The purpose of this study is to examine the financial performance of banks from 2018 to 2019, which was before the covid 19 pandemic. This study also examines the financial performance of banks during the covid 19 pandemic from 2020 to 2021 and provides several alternatives to create better banking performance in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from audited bank annual reports from 2018 to 2021, accessed on the website www.idx.co.id. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis to assess bank performance using several financial ratios, namely capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, and loan deposit ratio to return on assets. The findings of this study show that the capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, and loan deposit ratio have a significant positive effect on return on assets at commercial banks in Indonesia with the phenomenon before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. It proves that the capital adequacy ratio, net interest margin, and loan deposit ratio have a positive influence on company performance. Increasing financial ratios in banks can create banking conditions that are more effective and can attract investors to invest in bank companies.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain evidence regarding the effect of Price Earning Ratio (PER), Price Book Value (PBV) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock prices. The population in this study amounted to 82 companies incorporated in the IDX energy sector stocks in 2023. This research uses quantitative methods consisting of classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression tests. The hypothesis in this study used the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that PER has a sig value of 0.031 < 0.05 which means a significant negative effect, PBV has a sig value of 0.102 < 0.05 which means it has no significant effect on stock prices and DER has a sig value of 0.583 < 0.05 which means it has no significant effect on stock prices in the study of energy sectors listed on the IDX for the period 2023.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian ini mengangkat tema pelatihan Mendeley bagi seluruh mahasiswa di lingkungan Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh mahasiswa dalam menulis karya ilmiah adalah kesulitan dalam melakukan pengelolaan referensi, kutipan, dan daftar pustaka secara benar dan konsisten. Mahasiswa akan diberi pelatihan bagaimana cara menyusun kutipan dan daftar pustaka dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Mendeley agar hasil penulisan karya ilmiah menjadi lebih baik dan bersumber dari pustaka yang benar. Metode yang dipakai dalam penyelenggaraan pelatihan ini adalah metode ceramah dan praktik. Hasil pelatihan memperlihatkan jika mayoritas peserta kegiatan merasa paham cara menyusun kutipan dan daftar pustaka melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi Mendeley. Selain itu peserta juga merasa semakin memahami bagaimana cara mencari sumber referensi pustaka yang sesuai untuk tulisan yang mereka susun. Kata kunci :Aplikasi, Mendeley, Karya Ilmiah. ABSTRACT This service activity raised the theme of Mendeley training for all students at the Nahdlatul Ulama University in Sidoarjo. One of the problems that students often face in writing scientific papers is the difficulty in managing references, citations, and bibliography correctly and consistently. Students will be given training on how to compile citations and bibliography by utilizing the Mendeley application so that the results of writing scientific papers are better and sourced from the correct literature. The method used in organizing this training is the lecture and practice method. The results of the training show that the majority of activity participants feel they understand how to compile citations and bibliography through the use of the Mendeley application. In addition, the participants also felt that they understood more about how to find appropriate reference sources for the writing they were compiling.
