Abstract

Jurusan teknik mesin universitas hasyim asy`ari merupakan prodi yang baru berdiri pada tahun 2013, yang dalam hal ini berimplikasi terhadap keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana khususnya dalam hal praktikum. sehingga para dosen harus memiliki inovasi dan berusaha sekuat tenaga agar kompetensi masasiwa harus tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peningkatan hasil belajar matakuliah pneumatika & hidrolika mahasiswa jurusan teknik mesin universitas hasyim asy`ari dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran program festo Fluidsim. Penelitian ini menggunakan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) menggunakan media pembelajaran program Festo Fluidsim pada matakuliah Pneumatika dan hidolika dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan teknik mesin universitas hasyim asy`ari smester V yang berjumlah 9 mahasiswa yang semuanya laki-laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dari 71.1 pada siklus I menjadi 80.6 pada siklus II dimana nilai rata-rata kemampuan mahasiswa sebelum dilakukan tindakan yaitu 56,6 . Jika dilihat secara kriteria ketuntasan klasikal pada awal sebelum dilakukan tindakan ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa adalah 11.6%, namun setelah dilakukan tidakan pada siklus I ketuntasannya 55.6% kemudian pada siklus II ketuntasannya meningkat mencapai 88.9%. Dengan kata lain penggunaan program festo Fluidsim dalam matakuliah pneumatika dan hidrolika sangat efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Abstract

AbstrakMie berbahan baku campuran tepung terigu dan tepung bekatul merupakan makanan sehat dan menyehatkan yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai bentuk usaha baru di bidang kuliner, sehingga dapat memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik fisik dari mie sehat berbahan baku tepung terigu dan campuran tepung bekatul, serta uji coba rasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimental yang kemudian di ujikan kepada 40 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang paling layak diproduksi adalah campuran tepung terigu 95% dan tepung Bekatul 5 % mendapatkan hasil adonan yang halus dan lembut seperti halnya mie biasa, pada saat di masukkan kedalam mesin roll dan pencetak mie hasilnya bagus dan bisa di produksi dengan baik, kemudian ketika dimasak dan di tambahkan pelengkapnya nyaris tidak ada beda dengan mie tanpa campuran bekatul, sehingga layak untuk di produksi massal. Dari aspek kepusan pelanggan menghasilkan 82,5% sangat puas, 17,5% Puas, 0% kurang Puas, 0% tidak puas.Kata Kunci: Diversifikasi,Mie sehat, Bekatul.AbstractNoodles made from wheat flour and rice bran are healthy foods that can be developed as a form of new business in the field of culinary, so as to strengthen the economic resilience of the community. The purpose of this research was to determine the physical characteristics of healthy noodles made from raw wheat flour and rice bran flour mixture, as well as taste trials on customer satisfaction. The research method used in this study using the experimental method which is then tested to 40 respondents. The results show that the most feasible in the production is 95% flour mixture and 5% Bekatul flour get the result of soft and soft dough as well as ordinary noodles, when inserted into the roll machine and noodle printers are good results and can be produced well, and when cooked and in add complementary almost no different from the noodle without rice bran, so it is feasible for the mass production. From the aspect kepusan customers generate 82.5% very satisfied, 17.5% Satisfied, 0% less satisfied, 0% not satisfied.Keywords: Diversification, Healthy Noodle, Rice Bran.

Abstract

In this industrial revolution 4.0 era, professional science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) bachelor must have various skills. One of which is problem-solving skills. The development of problem-solving skills (PSS) is very important in higher education. Students must have PSS that must be improved to become excellent graduates, including physics bachelor candidates. Many physics bachelor candidates lack problem-solving skills. This problem is the basis for developing innovative learning models based online that, by design, can improve the problem-solving skills of physics bachelor candidates in the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness ORNE learning model in improving the problem-solving skills of physics bachelor candidates as an alternative to online learning in the COVID-19 pandemic. The research design used a true-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design with 58 physics bachelor candidates. Data collected using the problem-solving skills test and then analyzed using the Paired Sample Test, Effect Size, N-gain, and Independent Sample Test. The results showed that the ORNE learning model proved effective in improving physics bachelor candidates' problem-solving skills. This research implies that the ORNE learning model can improve physics bachelor candidates' problem-solving skills as an alternative to online learning in the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

One of the causes of air pollution today is the increasing use of motorized vehicles. The use of technology has also been pinned on many wrong vehicles to improve the quality of the exhaust emissions that have been produced. One of them is EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) technology which has been embedded in many vehicles. The component that has an effect on improving the quality of exhaust emissions at EFI is an electronic fuel pump. The fuel pressure on the electronic pump can be adjusted manually. This study aims to determine changes in fuel pressure on exhaust gas emission levels. This research uses an experimental method, where the fuel pressure is varied from the pressure of 50psi, 40psi, 30psi and 20psi, and the engine speed is varied from 800rpm, 1500rpm, 2250rpm, 3000rpm and 3750rpm. The results of the data obtained are analyzed using the quantitative description method. The test results showed that there was a decrease in the lowest CO level of 0.663% at 30psi fuel pressure with 3750rpm engine speed. HC also experienced a decrease, the lowest decrease was obtained in the value of 280ppm at 20psi fuel pressure and 3750rpm engine speed. While CO2 has increased, the highest increase of 13.33% was achieved at 20psi fuel pressure and 3750rpm engine speed.
