Abstract

Teaching Campus is one of the main products of the Merdeka Learning Program Merdeka Campus which is a policy of the Minister of Education and Culture in an effort to encourage students to master various scientific fields in preparation for the world of work. The purpose of this campus teaching activity is to produce students with character, namely critical and creative as well as collaborative and skilled in every situation. The method used in this research is descriptive method, by describing all data obtained in research activities including primary, secondary and other supporting data to be analyzed and narrated in a structured, factual and systematic manner. Primary data was obtained through interviews with KM2 team students, students, teachers and principals as well as parents of SDN No 05 Sejajah students, while secondary data was based on literature review or based on references relevant to this research topic. The results of the research from the KM 2 activity which lasted for 20 weeks effectively showed that the role of the students participating in KM 2 had a positive impact on improving the quality of SDN No 05 Sejajah schools, especially in literacy and numeracy for students as well as technology adaptation and administrative order for school teachers. In addition, the motivation to go to school for the students of SDN No 05 Sejajah generally increased, indicated by the diligence and perseverance of the students attending and being in the classroom until the end of the lesson.Keywords: descriptive, technological adaptation, literacy, numeracy, SDN 05 Sejajah

Abstract

Abstract: The creativity and innovation of teachers in learning methods and techniques is very important in the success of the learning process of students in the classroom. The use of technology to accommodate the creativity of education personnel has become a basic need, and to make this happen, requires intensive assistance and training. The purpose of this activity is to examine the application of technology adaptation to education staff at the state elementary school No. 15 Segedong, Bengkayang Regency, West Kalimantan, through the students of the Teaching Campus 2 (KM 2) team assigned to the school. This research is descriptive qualitative, using primary data sourced from field observations, interviews with education staff (school teachers), school principals and students who become KM 2 agents at the school accompanied by documentation that supports factual activities in the field. In addition, this research is also supported by the availability of secondary data that can be obtained from the literature or references that are relevant to the research topic. The results showed that the technological adaptation carried out by the students of the KM 2 Segedong team went well, and could improve the ability of the educators at the school in utilizing science and technology (IT) in learning methods at the school. Abstract

Abstrak: Kemampuan literasi dan numerasi merupakan kompetensi dasar manusia dalam menghadapi dan memahami rutinitas kehidupan sehari-hari melalui aktivitas membaca, melihat, berhitung sederhana ,bercakap dan menyimak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang kemampuan literasi dan numerasi siswa kelas 5 di SDN No 15 Segedong Pontianak melalui kegiatan Kampus Mengajar 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, di mana pengumpulan data primer berdasarkan observasi langsung ke lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data faktual berdasarkan wawancara dengan pihak sekolah disertai dokumentasi, dan ditunjang dengan data sekunder dari penelusuran referensi ilmiah yang relevan dengan topik yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada awal kegiatan terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang mengalami stagnansi dalam pembelajaran literasi numerasi, kemungkinan disebabkan oleh pembelajaran daring di rumah selama pandemic Covid 19, tetapi pada akhir kegiatan menunjukkan seluruh peserta didik yang berjumlah 19 peserta didik telah tuntas memiliki kemampuan literasi numerasi diindikasikan dengan kemampuan mengerjakan soal-soal tematik melalui kemampuan membaca, berhitung, menulis, menyimak dan dan menyelesaikan asessmen kompetensi minimum untuk persiapan mengikuti asesmen nasional berbasis komputer di kelas 6 nanti. Abstract

Program Kampus Mengajar (KM) adalah salah satu solusi dalam permasalahan yang dialami dunia pendidikan selama pandemic covid 19, diprogramkan untuk semua sekolah khususnya sekolah dasar dan menengah di seluruh Indonesia dalam usaha mengefektifkan proses pembelajaran. Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) No 15 Segedong Kabupaten Bengkayang adalah salah satu sekolah dengan status belum terakreditasi, mendapatkan jatah penempatan peserta Kampus Mengajar 2 (KM2) sebanyak 4 orang. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk membantu terselenggaranya layanan pendidikan dalam usaha meningkatkan kemampuan literasi, numerasi dan teknologi dari siswa di sekolah tersebut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dibagi dalam beberapa tahapan yaitu proses pembelajaran, adaptasi teknologi dan penertiban administrasi sekolah. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 20 minggu efektif, dimulai dari awal Agustus-20 Desember 2022. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas sekolah, dari yang belum akreditasi menjadi terakreditasi C, selain itu semangat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar juga semakin tinggi. Increasing Numeral Literacy and Technology Adaptation Through the Teaching Campus Program  The Teaching Campus Program (KM) is one solution to the problems experienced by the world of education during the COVID-19 pandemic, programmed for all schools, especially elementary and secondary schools throughout Indonesia in an effort to streamline the learning process. State Elementary School (SDN) No. 15 Segedong, Bengkayang Regency is one of the schools with an unaccredited status, receiving 4 participants from Teaching Campus 2 (KM2). The purpose of this activity is to assist the implementation of educational services in an effort to improve the literacy, numeracy and technology skills of students at the school. The implementation of this activity is divided into several stages, namely the learning process, adapting technology and controlling school administration. The activity was carried out for 20 effective weeks, starting from the beginning of August-20 December 2022. The results of the activity showed an increase in the quality of schools, from those that have not been accredited to become accredited C, besides that the enthusiasm and motivation of students in learning is also getting higher.

Abstract

Pembelajaran literasi numerasi saat ini menjadi perhatian utama pemerintah dalam usaha meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Kegiatan Kampus Mengajar (KM) sebagai bagian dari program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), adalah salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk membantu percepatan peningkatan kemampuan literasi numerasi dan adaptasi teknologi di tingkat sekolah dasar dan menengah. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dasar literasi numerasi siswa di kelas 2 Sekolah Dasar Negeri No 16 Pontianak Utara. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 4 bulan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan model dan materi pembelajaran berdasarkan kurikulum tematik (Kurikulum 2013), berperan langsung membantu guru kelas dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas 2, dan mengevaluasi kegiatan berdasarkan capaian pembelajaran di akhir kegiatan. Dari serangkaian kegiatan proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana PKM yaitu mahasiswa kampus mengajar 3 dan dosen pembimbing lapangan (DPL) menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan literasi numerasi dari peserta didik kelas 2 di SDN No 16 Pontianak Utara meningkat, yang diindikasikan dari kelancaran membaca dan berhitung serta menyimak pesan yang tertuang di dalam cerita yang dibaca. Thematic-Based Literacy and Numeracy Skills in Grade 2 Students of Public Elementary School No 16 Pontianak Utara Learning numeracy literacy is currently the government's main concern in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Teaching Campus (KM) activities as part of the Independent Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program, are one of the government's efforts to help accelerate the improvement of numeracy literacy skills and technology adaptation at the elementary and secondary school levels. This community service activity aims to improve the basic numeracy literacy skills of students in grade 2 of Public Elementary School No. 16 Pontianak Utara. The activity was carried out for 4 months with several stages, namely the preparation of learning models and materials based on the thematic curriculum (2013 Curriculum), playing a direct role in assisting class teachers in the learning process in grade 2, and evaluating activities based on learning outcomes at the end of the activity. From a series of learning process activities carried out by the PKM implementing team, namely teaching campus students 3 and field supervisors (DPL) it shows that the numeracy literacy skills of grade 2 students at SDN No. 16 Pontianak Utara have increased, which is indicated by fluency in reading and counting and listening message contained in the story read.

Abstract

Driving school was born from an education system that was worried about the occurrence of loss learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to examine qualitatively descriptively about the implementation of literacy and numeracy learning in the students of SD Negeri 16 Siantan, North Pontianak, as one of the selected driving schools in the province of West Kalimantan. This research method is qualitative, by collecting primary data generated from field observations (schools), interviews with several related parties such as school principals, classroom teachers, students, and campus ambassadors teaching 3 (KM 3) and supported by data secondary data obtained from references or literature relevant to the research topic. Based on the research activities carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of driving curriculum-based learning related to literacy and numeracy skills has been carried out well even though it requires adjustments to room conditions and the limited supporting facilities available. The number of students in the study group and the learning support model tools determine the effectiveness of learning with an independent curriculum.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak secara langsung terhadap penurunan daya beli masyarakat, serta krisis pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan khususnya sumber protein. Perlu adanya usaha nyata untuk meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, salah satunya dengan budidaya Ikan Lele sistem bioflok. Ikan Lele merupakan komoditas budidaya air tawar bernilai ekonomis tinggi, mengandung gizi lengkap, harga murah, serta banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sosialisasi sistem budidaya yang praktis, ramah lingkungan, efisien, dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, kegiatan pelatihan diharapkan dapat memberikan keterampilan bagi masyarakat dalam berwirausaha. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 September 2021. Mitra kegiatan yaitu warga Kompleks Perumahan Afifah Hilya Regency, Desa Mekar Baru, Kecamatan Sungai Raya, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan praktek. Sebelum kegiatan, sebanyak 10% masyarakat telah mengetahui tentang budidaya sistem bioflok. Selain itu, semua peserta (100%) juga belum mengetahui tentang probiotik, komposisi, dan cara pembuatannya. Pada evaluasi yang dilakukan di akhir kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa 100% peserta telah memahami metode budidaya dengan sistem bioflok, serta pemanfaatan probiotik untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh ikan terhadap kemungkinan serangan penyakit. Training on the Cultivation of Catfish (Clarias sp.) with the Biofloc System for the Community of Mekar Baru Kubu Raya The global pandemic Covid-19 has a direct impact on the decline in public purchasing power, as well as the crisis in fulfillment of food needs, especially protein sources. There needs to be a real effort to improve community skills, one of which is by cultivating catfish with a biofloc system. Catfish is a freshwater aquaculture commodity with high economic value, complete nutrition, low price, and much consumed by the community. This activity aimed to disseminate practical, eco-friendly, efficient and sustainable cultivation systems. In addition, training activities were expected to provide skills for the community in entrepreneurship. This community service activity was carried out on 19th September 2021. The partners are residents of the Perumahan Afifah Hilya Regency, Mekar Baru Village, Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. Activities were carried out using lecture, discussion, and practice methods. Prior to the activity, only as much as 10% of the community had known biofloc cultivation system. In addition, all participants (100%) did not comprehend as well about probiotics, their composition, and how to make them. The evaluation was carried out at the end of the activity, showed that 100% of the participants had understood the cultivation method with the biofloc system, as well as the use of probiotics to increase the fish immunity against possible disease attacks.

Abstract

Stunting adalah terganggunya pertumbuhan anak yang menyebabkan tinggi badan anak lebih pendek daripada usia sebayanya. Stunting dapat menyebabkan tingginya resiko penyakit degeneratif pada anak, dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan psikomotorik dan kemampuan kognitif anak, sehingga menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang tidak unggul. Rendahnya jumlah kunjungan warga masyarakat  ke posyandu adalah salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya stunting. Untuk dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dalam program Bina  desa oleh tim Fakultas MIPA Universitas Tanjungpura di Desa Arang Limbung. Kegiatan ini  bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan mendampingi masyarakat Arang Limbung untuk aktif dan berperan serta dalam usaha penanganan stunting melalui optimalisasi kunjungan ke posyandu. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan September-Desember 2022, dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Posyandu Arang Jaya, dengan melibatkan keluarga pengunjung tetap posyandu tersebut, yang terdiri dari ibu hamil, ibu menyusui dan anak usia bawah lima tahun (balita) serta golongan usia lanjut.  Dari hasil kegiatan menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan kesadaran dan kepedulian warga masyarakat untuk menangani stunting melalui kunjungan yang rutin dan mengikuti program yang dilaksanakan di posyandu Arang Jaya meliputi penimbangan berat badan ibu hamil dan balita, imunisasi dasar lengkap pada balita, pemberian makanan tambahan (PTM) bagi ibu hamil dan balita, pengukuran tensi dan pemberian tambah darah bagi wanita hamil, serta pemeriksaan kesehatan secara umum. Community Assistance to Support the Posyandu Program in Efforts to Handle Stunting Cases in Arang Limbung Village Stunting is a child's growth disturbance which causes the child's height to be shorter than his or her age.. Stunting can cause a high risk of degenerative diseases in children, can affect the psychomotor development and cognitive abilities of children, resulting in the production of human resources that are not superior. The low number of community visits to posyandu is one of the factors causing stunting. To carry out community service (PKM) activities in the village development program by the Tanjungpura University Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences team in Arang Limbung Village. This activity aims to educate and assist the Arang Limbung community to be active and participate in stunting management efforts by optimizing visits to posyandu. This activity was carried out in September-December 2022, carried out in the working area of ??the Arang Jaya Posyandu, involving families of regular visitors to the posyandu, consisting of pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under five years old (toddlers) and the elderly. The results of the activity show an increase in awareness and concern for community members to deal with stunting through regular visits and following programs implemented at the Arang Jaya Posyandu including weighing pregnant women and toddlers, complete basic immunization for toddlers, providing supplementary food (PTM) for mothers pregnant and toddlers, measuring blood pressure and giving blood supplements for pregnant women, as well as general health checks.

Abstract

In the lyrics to the song "Library of the Streets", Senartogok uses a standard choice of words, which may sound foreign to ordinary people. Like the words sigil, the mask-cutter, the exclamation mark of anxiety, the face of knowledge, the spirit of the tv, and the heart component wire. Words like that will certainly be difficult to understand for ordinary people who rarely hear these words. The purpose of this study was to find out the concept and meaning of the library contained in the lyrics of the song "Library of the Streets" by Senartogok. The research method uses a qualitative approach, as well as data collection through observation and overall observation of the research object, namely the lyrics of the song "Library of the Streets". Descriptive data analysis with Roland Barthes's semiotic theory analysis. The results of the study show that the lyrics of the song Senartogok provides a form of attitude and criticism regarding how the culture of reading nowadays has begun to be pushed aside by instant information media, such as TV and social media, where the street library points directly at reading sources in open spaces. Media, where books can be presented without any restrictions, is a true remedy for human alienation due to technological developments. The street library that was established has provided a unique warmth, such as the combination of urban flow with the excitement of the desire to open space.

Abstract

Aktivitas membaca adalah salah satu usaha untuk mendapatkan informasi atau sebuah pesan, atau menemukan pengetahuan baru yang tidak pernah dialami sebelumnya dan dapat dilakukan oleh semua orang di segala usia, seperti masyarakat umum, siswa dan anak pra sekolah. Rendahnya minat baca di usia anak sekolah telah menjadi problema tersendiri dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya di daerah terpencil. Terdepan dan tertinggal (3T). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya minat baca siswa pelajar SD di daerah 3T dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas 5, pihak sekolah yaitu kepala sekolah dan wali kelas 5 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 27 Kartiasa Kecamatan Sambas Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data melalui penyusunan narasi dari data yang diperoleh dan menarik kesimpulan terkait faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya minat baca pada siswa yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, menunjukkan faktor penyebab menurunnya minat baca siswa di daerah 3T adalah kurangnya akses dalam mendapatkan buku bacaan khususnya buku Pelajaran sekolah, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan orangtua serta kurangnya waktu yang tersedia bagi anak sekolah ketika pulang sekolah karena sibuk membantu orang tua. Analysis of the Factors Causing the Low Interest in Reading of Students in the Leading and Lowest Remote Areas Abstract Reading activity is one of the efforts to get information or a message, or find new knowledge that has never been experienced before and can be done by everyone at all ages, such as the general public, students and pre-school children. The low interest in reading among school-age children has become a separate problem in the world of education, especially in remote areas. Leading and lagging (3T). The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that cause the low reading interest of elementary school students in the 3T area by using a descriptive qualitative approach. The primary data source for this study was 5th grade students, the school's principal and homeroom teacher for 5th grade at Public Elementary School (SDN) 27 Kartiasa, Sambas District, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan. Data collection methods used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation, then data analysis was carried out through compiling narratives from the data obtained and drawing conclusions regarding the factors causing low reading interest in students who were respondents in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the factors causing the decline in students' interest in reading in the 3T areas are the lack of access to reading books, especially school textbooks, the low level of parental education and the lack of time available for school children when they come home from school because they are busy helping their parents.
