Abstract

The purpose of this study is discibe how the education management unit is in order to produce superior young people. This research method is evaluation. Data collection tools, namely, interviews, documentation and observation. Based on data processing, the management of education units in SMKTRI’S MAROS in order to produce superior young generation is determined by the ability of principals with teachers, supervisors, and parents of students, so that the readiness of school leaders and teachers can succees in SMK TRI’S MAROS to be able to produce young generation superior. Advice for SMK TIS’S Maros principals should always have an effort to improve the ability as a change leader and optimize coaching for teachers to become more qualified and professional. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimanakahpengelolaan satuan pendidikan dalam rangka mencetak insan generasi muda yang unggul.Metode penelitian inievaluasi. Alat pengumpulan data yaitu, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data maka pengelolaan satuan pendidikan pada SMK dalam rangka mencetak generasi muda yang unggul adalah ditentukan oleh faktor kemampuan kepala sekolah bersama guru, pengawas, dan orang tua siswa, sehingga kesiapan pimpinan sekolah dan guru dapat menyukseskan pendidikan di SMK TRI’S Maros Kabupaten Maros dalam rangka mencetak generasi muda yang unggul.Saran untuk kepala sekolah SMK TRI”S MarosKabupaten Maros hendaknya selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuannya sebagai pemimpin perubahan dan dapat mengoptimalkan pembinaan kepada guru agar menjadi lebih berkualitas dan profesional.

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Komunitas (PKM) ini adalah Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan. Masalahnya adalah: (1) kurang pahamnya mahasiswa semester akhir terhadap teknik penulisan dan publikasi artikel ilmiah, (2) kurang keterampilan kemampuan menulis artikel ilmiah dengan tepat dan masih kurang paham dalam menggunakan manajemen referensi, dan (3) Kebutuhan mahasiswa semester akhir terhadap pelatihan penulisan dan publikasi artikel ilmiah untuk dapat segera memenuhi syarat ujian tutup. Sasaran eksternal adalah pubikasi ilmiah mahasiswa pada Open Jurnal System termasuk jurnal online yang sudah disediakan dalam lingkup FIP UNM. Metode yang digunakan adalah: eksplanatori, demonstrasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan kelompok mitra. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan dalam menulis karya ilmiah (2) mitra memiliki keterampilan menulis dengan aplikasi mendeley, (3) mitra memiliki kemampuan mempublikasi artikel ilmiah pada Open Jurnal System termasuk yang udah disediakan dalam lingkup FIP UNM. Kata kunci: artikel ilmiah, mendely, publikasi ilmiah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of student management in giving rewards at MakassarCityElementarySchool. Thisstudyusedaqualitativeapproachwithadescriptivetype,datacollectionthroughinterviews,observation,anddocumentation.Thesubjectsofthestudywerefour teachers and eight students. The results showed that student management in giving rewards was: 1) The results showed that elementary school students in Makassar City had rewards, interest in learning, readiness to learn, learning attention, learning achievement, learning perseverance; and tenacious in the face of difficulties, namely experiencing improvements in the learning process, 2) Supporting factors for rewarding are supported from teachers, the responses shown by students during and after receiving rewards, and students' desire to achieve other achievements. 3) The inhibiting factors in the implementation of rewarding are a large number of students, the preparation of equipment in giving rewards such as achievement stars, achievement boards, and also award charters), and the limitations of teachers in making observations so that they are not observant. There are also no guidelines used in giving rewards in the form of award certificates to students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the efforts of the principal in improving teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era of covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara and to describe the form of teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era of covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara. The research approach used is qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive research type. The data source in this study is the Principal as a key informant, deputy principal and educator as a related supporting informant at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research showed that the efforts made by the principal in improving teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara has been going well. This is demonstrated by the various efforts made by the principal through: Training, meetings, supervision, evaluation, and rewarding and punishment. The form of teacher learning creativity in the pandemic era covid-19 at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Utara in the form of a video that is created to be more interesting so that students are more interested.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi manajemen pembinaan disiplin peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Barru. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Sumber data adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, guru bimbingan konseling, dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Manajemen pembinaan disiplin peserta didik dan evaluasi manajemen pembinaan disiplin peserta didik di Sekolah Negeri 3 Barru telah menerapkan perencanaan pembinaan disiplin peserta didik melalui penyusunan tata tertib melibatkan hampir semua stek holder di sekolah. Pelaksanaan pembinaan disiplin peserta didik dengan mensosialisasikan tata tertib sekolah pada pengenalan lingkungan sekolah, teknik pembinaan disiplin yaitu teknik inner control dengan cara pemberian keteladanan, penyadaran, pengarahan, pemberian reward. Dalam menerapkan teknik eskternal control peserta didik mematuhi aturan tata tertib sekolah yang disertai dengan pemberian sanksi apabila terjadi pelanggaran tata tertib sekolah, pembinaan disiplin dengan teknik cooverative control yaitu adanya kontrak kerja antara guru dengan peserta didik untuk menegakkan kedisiplinan. Evaluasi pembinaan disiplin dilaksanakan setiap akhir tahun pembelajaran dengan pelaporan hasil pelaksanaan program pembinaan disiplin oleh guru bimbingan konseling. Laporn hasil evaluasi kedisiplinan peserta didik dari segi kehadiran dan ketercapaian KKM dalam buku raport.

Abstract

This research is a Research and development (R&D) located in Wattan Soppeng Regency. The background of this research is the importance of continuous training to improve the competence of professional school/madrasah supervisors in Wattan Soppeng Regency. The main problem in this research and development is how to develop an effective training model, valid, practical, useful for improving the competence of school/madrasah supervisorsThe research objective is to produce and apply an effective lesson study-based training model product to increase the competence of school/madrasah supervisors. The benefit of the research is as a reference to be used as the basis for a continuous training program for school/madrasah supervisors. training model Research using the procedure Borg & Gall (2003) which consists of three stages of development, namely pre-development, development and post-development. conduct product designs on leadership models which are then validated, conduct limited trials and wider tests, and observe model implementation in Wattan Soppeng Regency.The research objective is to produce and apply an effective lesson study-based training model product to increase the competence of school/madrasah supervisors. The results of the implementation of the model, it can be concluded that the implementation of MPB2LSKP-SM has proven to be able to improve the ability of school/madrasah supervisors, therefore MPB2LSKP-SM is effective to be used in an effort to increase the competence of school/madrasah supervisors or the MPB2LSKP-SM model shows significant effectiveness. Abstract

The researcher's purpose is to determine how to implement teaching supervision in the school. This research approach is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The data sources in this study are principals, vice principals, and teachers—data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, redaction, presentation, and conclusion. They check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of teaching supervision using teaching supervision planning is carried out by holding a principal meeting with the team and teachers to determine the aspects assessed by making a schedule for the implementation of teaching supervision, using a directive, collaborative and non-directive approach, using unique techniques or class visits, as for the evaluation of learning carried out during the implementation of teaching supervision, namely seeing The presence of the teacher when teaching to students as well as photos at the time of learning as evidence that the teacher carries out the learning process. 2) obstacles faced in the implementation of teaching supervision, namely, the lack of teacher readiness regarding administration related to learning tools, feeling uncomfortable or unwell towards fellow teachers, and the lack of supporting facilities in the implementation of teaching supervision, such as learning media related to in focus.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of clinical supervision by the principal to improve teacher performance and find out the driving and inhibiting factors. The approach to this research is the qualitative description. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data exposure, and conclusions. The results showed that (1) Clinical supervision planning is to compile a program design at the beginning of each semester through limited meetings with the supervision team, compile clinical supervision instruments, and carry out clinical supervision socialization. (2) The implementation of clinical supervision, namely pre-observation, conducts meetings with teachers to be given time to prepare. Observation by checking learning tools and the principal conducting direct observations when the teacher conducts learning in the classroom. Post-observation, including data analysis of observation results through detection of weaknesses and then a return meeting, is held between the supervision team and teachers. (3) clinical supervision evaluation is carried out at the end of the semester by involving all teachers to analyze the success of the clinical supervision program and then recap and use it as a report. Clinical supervision provides advice, direction, and guidance to teachers through in-house training activities and personal and teacher meetings. The driving factor is the teacher's awareness of clinical supervision so that the teacher can verify his own mistakes, while the inhibiting factor is the teacher the form of awkwardness. There is a sense of tension that will be supervised.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the management of Homeschooling Primagama Makassar learning. The approach used is quantitative with a descriptive format. The research location is in Makassar City, located on Jalan Domba No. 42. This research uses interview, observation and documentation study data collection techniques. Checking the validity of the data used is source triangulation and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results obtained from this study are the management of learning at Homeschooling Primagama Makassaar in accordance with learning management standards which can be seen from the lesson planning including planning the formulation of learning objectives at Homeschooling Primagama Makassar, always involving the school and teachers in learning planning such as the application of methods final trip learning, study tour and welcoming class. As well as the implementation of learning carried out in terms of implementing learning at Homeschooling Primagama Makassar, that starting from opening the learning process, learning materials and supporting and inhibiting factors to closing lessons at Homeschooling Primagama Makassar carried out in accordance with teacher competency standards, as well as to improve the quality of learning at Homeschooling Primagama Makassar, always strives for ways to teach teachers in both adaptive subjects.

Abstract

Abstract. The problem in this research is the application of integrated quality manajemen in order to improve student achievement at SMK TRI’S Maros. The method used in this research is naturalistic qualitative, Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. Subjects in this study : prinscipals, teachers, employees and students. The validity of the data used is triangulation, interactive analysis through data collection activities. Data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that:1. The quality of services provided to student at SMK TRI’S Maros has met good service standards, in this case the facilities and infrastructure are adequate,.2. In the learning process has show the quality of good human resources and has S1 and S2 qualifications in accordance whit their expertise. 3. SMK TRI’S Maros seen from the quality of the environment is good, it is proven that the geographical location of the school is strategic because the school is on the axis between Makassar and Maros so that it is easy for students to reach. Especially for those who do not have a vehicle.4. Interms of quality, the learning process is considered good because it is supported by high teacher responsibility. This is evidenced by the realization of a conducive learning plan with the readiness of lesson plans for each subject and the teachers’s learning process using mathematics geography learning for each learning material as well as proper evaluation of learning for each.Keywords: Integrated Quality Management, Implementation leaorning, Student Achievement
