Abstract

Artikel studi literatur ini disusun dengan tujuan memaparkan tentang pengukuran tipe kepribadian karir pada mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena dalam telaah beberapa jurnal masih ditemui Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) yang kurang memiliki profesionalisme dalam melaksanakan tugas, merupakan salah satu penyebab kurangnya minat pada pekerjaannya. Idealnya Guru BK memiliki tipe minat yang sesuai dengan karakteristik pekerjaannya jadi dapat bekerja dengan optimal. Salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan kinerja individu antara lain adanya kesukaan individu terhadap pekerjaan yang ia tekuni, untuk mengetahui tipe minat kepribadian karir mahasiswa diukur menggunakan instrument Holland yang dikenal dengan model RIASEC. Instrumen ini terdiri dari 6 aspek yaitu Realistik, Investigative, Artistic, Sosial, Enterprising, dan Conventional. Setiap aspek menggambarkan karakteristik pekerjaan sesuai dengan bidangnya. Sangatlah penting mahasiswa BK mengetahui tipe minat yang ada pada dirinya agar dapat menumbuhkan minat karir apabila masih rendah. Sehingga setelah menjadi sarjana BK, dapat bekerja sesuai dengan tuntutan profesinya

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada peserta didik kelas XII SMA terkait pemilihan karir yang tepat. Kompleksitas permasalahan karir dialami siswa cenderung belum mapan dalam menentukan sikap dan arah kehidupan di masa depan. Hal tersebut dipicu oleh kurangnya informasi yang diperoleh, kurangnya minat siswa terhadap pilihan karir, rendahnya intensitas guru dalam memberikan layanan bidang karir serta kurang variatifnya srategi yang diberikan dalam pemberian layanan karir. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan tanya jawab, diskusi dan refleksi. Pemberian informasi pengenalan konsep diri dilakukan secara klasikal. Siswa melihat expo bimbingan konseling dalam pemilihan karier melalui banner, pamplet, brosur dan leaflet, yang dipandu oleh tim PKM. Dalam pemberian informasi terkait perencanaan dan pemilihan karir disediakan juga permainan pohon karir dan ular tangga karir. Peserta pengabdian berasal dari kelas XII dari jurusan IPA dan IPS sebanyak 188 siswa. Pada saat expo, peserta dibagi per kelas untuk memudahkan pelayanan saat ada yang bertanya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini terlihat siswa dapat mengenal konsep diri, mengenal perguruan tinggi dan prodi yang hendak dituju dan mantap memilih karir sesuai dengan bakat dan minatnya. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa pelaksanaan PKM oleh tim pelaksana memberikan dampak terhadap pemantapan pilihan karir di masa depan pada siswa kelas XII SMAN 6 Pontianak. Implikasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah layanan bimbingan karir bisa diberikan melalui kegiatan expo.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membekali siswa untuk mengenal dan memahami mengenai kesadaran kesehatan mental dalam membentuk karakter, memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya kesehatan mental, memberikan kiat-kiat pada siswa yang mengalami permasalahan kesehatan mental. Pemahaman kesehatan mental sangat penting bagi peserta didik di sekolah menengah atas agar mereka dapat menjaga kesehatan mental mereka, menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan baik, dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, dirasakan sangat perlu dilakukan seminar kesehatan mental dalam membentuk karakter siswa sebagai kegiatan pengabdian di kalangan remaja pada jenjang sekolah menengah atas. Pelaksanaan seminar kesehatan mental dilakukan dengan memberikan materi pokok yaitu : a). Materi Pengenalan Tentang Kesehatan Mental, dan b). Macam-macam permasalahan kesehatan mental disekolah dan kiat menanggulanginya. Setelah kegiatan diharapkan siswa dapat memahami konsep kesehatan mental, dapat mencegah hal-hal yang akan berdampak pada permasalahan mental, serta dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan terkait mental dengan kiat-kiat yang sudah diberikan. Peserta seminar yang terlibat dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat program studi bimbingan dan konseling berjumlah 3 kelas dengan siswa sebanyak 66 orang, didampingi oleh 2 guru BK, 5 dosen BK dan 1 staf program studi BK serta 3 mahasiswa Prodi BK.

Abstract

Belalek is a basic term used by the Sambas Malay community to refer to the word mutual cooperation , the word belalek usually specifically refers to agricultural activities, but in general the word belalek has a broad meaning which includes aspects of an attitude of cooperation and togetherness. Belalek cultural tradition activities have been around for a long time and there are social values and local wisdom which aim to develop the value of mutual cooperation and the value of solidarity which can be implemented in schools to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. This research was designed using qualitative research methods using a library research approach . Apart from this method, the researcher also used an interview method with one of the residents of the Sambas Malay tribe, namely a resident of Tri Kembang Village, Galing District, regarding the philosophical basis of Belalek which is closely related to the independent curriculum, especially in developing an attitude of mutual cooperation in students. So that the strengthening values of the Pancasila student profile are varied, such as mutual concern, harmony in society, discipline, moral education, leadership and so on, all of which are included in in aspects of the philosophical foundations of Belalek

Abstract

Bullying is bad behavior carried out by a person or group repeatedly with the intention of hurting someone. It is hoped that parents can shape the character of their children at Islamic boarding schools so they can learn religious knowledge. Bullying is one of the biggest sins in education that still occurs today. The researchers conducted research with the aim of finding out the psychological impact of students and finding out the causes of bullying at the Kubu Raya Islamic Boarding School. This type of research uses qualitative research with a library research approach. The techniques used were interviews and observations of bullying cases which had an impact on the psychology of students at the Kubu Raya Islamic boarding school. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that victims of bullying prefer to remain silent when being bullied, because they are afraid of being bullied who will hurt themselves and the victim has difficulty reporting the incident to a caregiver or teacher. This makes victims of bullying harbor feelings of hurt, anger or pent-up emotions and will have difficulty making friends. One other way victims of bullying do this is to be alone. The boarding school students will carry out activities alone or the victims of bullying do not have many friends.

Abstract

The emergence of intense discussions about character formation is being widely discussed in the world of Indonesian education. Issues such as bullying, violence, intolerance, pornography, elements of SARA, corruption, manipulation, lies in the world of education ranging from cheating on exams to plagiarism, as well as the lack of role models among state leaders, are all actually related to character issues. In an effort to implement character education in an educational institution, the values of character education can be instilled in the learning process of implementing the project based learning model or included in literacy activities in language month activities through students' poetry anthology works by creating works without containing elements of SARA, pornography, bullying, violence and intolerance. This research was conducted using literature study to explore the character education taught in Indonesian language learning in high schools in poetry anthologies. This study concludes that in implementing Indonesian language learning, teachers need to understand the concept of character education and act as curriculum implementers and facilitators for students at school. This aims to ensure that students not only have good competence, but also have commendable behavior.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that explores the use of Scratch learning media in the context of computer systems learning. The literature review method is used to combine and analyze research results that have been previously published in national journals. Scratch, as a visual programming platform, has played an important role in supporting programming learning and understanding of computer concepts at various levels of education. In this research, researchers collected references from previous studies that are relevant to this topic. With a descriptive approach, this research explains and analyzes the development of Scratch use in various forms, including online Scratch projects and Android-based applications. The research results show that Scratch has facilitated more interactive, in-depth, and creative learning for students, increased interest in programming, and expanded inclusive learning opportunities across a variety of subjects. These studies reveal a wide variety in the use of Scratch, from evaluations of its effectiveness to its impact on students' concept understanding and creativity, reinforcing Scratch's role as an educational tool that supports problem solving and concept mastery. In an ever-evolving educational context, Scratch shows exciting and varied potential, leading to a more dynamic and inclusive educational future.

Abstract

Intolerance refers to negative attitudes toward differences, including differences in religion, race, ethnicity, culture, gender, sexual orientation, or political views. It is important to address intolerance in educational settings by implementing approaches that encourage inclusion, diversity, and education about tolerance. The method used in analyzing the impact of intolerant behavior on the psychology and character of students at the high school level is a literature study research method by collecting study material through reading, writing and compiling from various sources. The conclusion from the impact of intolerant behavior on the psychology and character of students at the high school level is that intolerant behavior can have a serious impact on the psychology and character of high school age children. Children exposed to intolerant attitudes may experience emotional stress, insecurity, social isolation, and negative impacts on their identity. Parents and educators must play a role in shaping children's positive perceptions of cultural and social diversity and helping them understand the importance of respecting differences. Education that promotes open dialogue, empathy and understanding of differences is an important step in reducing the impact of intolerance on the psychology of high school aged children.

Abstract

In general, this study aims to help counselees control negative emotions that can harm themselves and their environment. Emotional stability in adolescents is a valuable achievement in this phase. The provision of counseling guidance services can help students who experience inability to control their emotions in a better direction. The specific target to be achieved in this study is to explore more deeply how individual counseling services work using art therapy techniques. With this, it can be known what causes, impacts and efforts can be given to train and control negative emotions in a positive direction so that they can be accepted in the environment. The form of research is a case study with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are non-test techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed positive changes in students in the form of ability to overcome problems and reduced emotional outbursts that were seen analyzing each meeting. The suggestion for further research is to pay intensive attention in guiding and paying attention to the development of case subjects. ____________________________________________________________________Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu konseli mengontrol emosi negatif yang dapat merugikan diri maupun lingkungannya. Kestabilan emosi pada remaja merupakan pencapaian berharga pada fase ini. Pemberian layanan bimbingan konseling dapat membantu peserta didik yang mengalami ketidakmampuan dalam mengontrol emosinya ke arah yang lebih baik. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menggali lebih dalam cara kerja layanan konseling individu menggunakan teknik art therapy. Dengan ini dapat diketahui apa penyebab, dampak serta upaya yang bisa diberikan untuk melatih dan mengontrol emosi negatif ke arah positif agar dapat diterima di lingkunagn. Bentuk penelitian ialah studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni teknik non tes berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan positif pada peserta didik berupa kemampuan mengatasi masalah dan berkurangnya luapan emosi yang terlihat analisa setiap pertemuan. Adapun saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah memberikan perhatian yang intensif dalam membimbing dan memperhatikan perkembangan subjek kasus.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and examine in depth self-injury in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak. The case subjects in this research were two class VIII students who committed self-injury. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in the form of a case study. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses case study steps which include problem elimination, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluation and follow-up. In providing treatment to subjects in cases I and II, the researcher provided an individual counseling service model using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) with emotional control card techniques and role playing. Based on research results, the factors that cause self-injury are internal factors such as psychology, and external factors such as family, environment and social media. There were visible changes in the subject of case I and the subject of case II after being given treatment five times. The changes seen in the subject of case I include being able to control his emotions, having feelings of self-worth, and not wanting to commit self-injury. Meanwhile, the changes seen in the subject of case II were being able to control emotions, wanting to get closer to friends, having feelings of worth in the subject of the case, and not wanting to commit acts of self-injury._____________________________________________________________Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji secara mendalam tentang self-injury pada perserta didik kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 14 Pontianak. Subjek kasus dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang perserta didik kelas VIII yang melakukan self-injury. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan langkah-langkah studi kasus yang meliputi identifikasi masalah, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dalam pemberian treatment pada subjek kasus I dan II peneliti memberikan model layanan konseling individual menggunakan Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) dengan teknik kartu kontrol emosi dan role playing. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor penyebab self-injury yaitu faktor internal seperti psikologis, dan faktor eksternal seperti keluarga, lingkungan, dan media sosial. Terdapat perubahan yang tampak pada subjek kasus I dan subjek kasus II Setelah diberikan treatment sebanyak lima kali pertemuan. Perubahan yang tampak pada subjek kasus I diantaranya adalah sudah bisa mengontrol emosinya, sudah adanya perasaan berharga dalam diri, dan tidak mau melakukan self-injury. Sedangkan perubahan yang tampak pada subjek kasus II adalah bisa mengontrol emosi, mau mendekatkan diri dengan teman, sudah adanya perasaan berharga dalam diri subjek kasus, dan tidak mau melakukan self-injury.
