Abstract

Turnover intention is affected by many factors. The objective of this research is to analyze theinfluence of workload (X1), work-family conflict (X2), and job insecurity (X3) on job satisfaction(Y) and the impact on turnover intention (Z) partially and simultaneously. The method ofcollecting data are questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentary study. The amount ofsample is 100 production department employee. Path analysis is used in analyzing this research.The result shows that workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity partially havenegatively and significantly influence on job satisfaction and also have simultaneouslysignificant influence on job satisfaction. Workload, work-family conflict, and job insecurity givecontributions to job satisfaction of 41,1% while 58,9% were influence by others variables. Whilejob satisfaction partially have negatively and significantly influence on turnover intention.Workload, workfamily conflict, and job insecurity partially have positively and significantlyinfluence on turnover intention and also have simultaneously significant influence on turnoverintention. Workload, work-family conflict, job insecurity, and job satisfaction give contributionsto turnover intention of 62% while 38% were influence by others variables

Abstract

Promotion is a way for a company to have a role to inform, persuade, andremind potential customers of products that are created to create a demand. Thepurchase decision is a decision that is influenced by several factors that will makeconsumers consider everything and in the end consumers buy the brand they likethe most. This research aims to see how a person's decision to buy a product is seenfrom the promotion made by a company for its product. This study examines theeffect of promotion on product purchase decisions at Dealer Sentral Motor YamahaSukabumi Branch. The results showed that promotion has a close relationship withpurchasing decisions, furthermore promotion has a significant positive effect onpurchasing decisions. This indicates that if promotion increases, purchasingdecisions will also increase.

Abstract

One of the things that must be considered in the implementation of work is the realization of good employee performance. Therefore employee performance needs to be considered in an effort to achieve maximum goals, this shows that leadership has a very important role in achieving employee performance, and leaders are able to apply appropriate leadership and in accordance with existing situations and conditions, so employees will also can work comfortably and with high enthusiasm, this work assessment is carried out to assess and is also used to evaluate abilities, skills, assess achievement and reassess the growth of each employee. If this performance appraisal is done properly it can be used to increase loyalty and motivation for the employees.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java. This is based on the problem of several complaints by patients regarding the quality of existing services. In this study, the unit of analysis was patients at Jampang Kulon General Hospital, the population included were all patients at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Provincial Government, from January 2021 to March 2021, a total of 1,658 patients. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling and the number of samples is 94 people. Based on the results, it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Jampang Kulon General Hospital, West Java Province with an effect of 33.98% and a regression function of Y = 14.080 + 0.555 X.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how incentives at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency affect worker productivity. This study's design, which takes a quantitative approach, combines associative and descriptive research techniques. The sample used in this study consisted of 70 respondents who were drawn from the whole workforce at CV. Abdul Fishing in Sukabumi Regency using complete sampling or census methodologies. To test the analysis in this study, correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, and simple linear regression were used in conjunction with instrument validity tests, instrument reliability tests, descriptive analysis, and statistical analysis tests for relationship analysis and influence. According to the findings of previous research, incentives have a positive effect on employee work productivity at CV. Abdul fishing in the Sukabumi Regency. The magnitude of the effect of incentives on employee productivity is 54.1%, with the remaining 45.9% influenced by variables other than incentive-giving variables such as leadership style, discipline, motivation, work morale, work experience, and others.

Abstract

Purpose: This activity aims to provide MSMEs to create packaging and to grow sales through the development of digital marketing. Methodology: This activity assists with applying MSMEs through the marketplace, help to promote products, manage sales, and develop, and give instruction on how to create a design for packaging product. Results: This dedication output improves knowledge of packaging products, registering MSME addresses to google maps and creating food services delivery accounts, understanding how to expand the market and sales reach. Conclusions: The activities carried out by the PKM Team so that Dapoer Umi Navisah MSMEs become more competitive MSMEs include the Development of packaging designs and the Development of digital marketing. Limitations: Researchers realize that in a study there must be many obstacles and obstacles. One of the factors that became obstacles and obstacles in this study was the time and place of research. Contribution: These MSMEs have helped absorb labor in the city of Depok, especially the Sukmajaya sub-district. One strategy that can be used to survive this challenge is to maximize online sales.

Abstract

The use of technology has become a crucial element in various sectors, including in the realm of education. In the scope of education, technology plays an integral role in various aspects of learning and school operations. The focus of technology lies not only in the learning process, but also in the administrative and managerial aspects that underlie the daily life of school organizations. In this context, the use of technology helps achieve educational goals in a more efficient way, expands accessibility, and increases the effectiveness of educational activities. To make data management more organized and make it easier for users to manage documents. The activity method used in community service is qualitative, carried out by organizing teaching to socialize digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Various communication techniques such as lectures and discussions are used: lectures for structured exposure, discussions for active participation of participants in discussions and questions and answers. From the results of the socialization of digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok, 14 OTKP grade 12 students were actively involved. Students are invited to get to know various digital archive storage platforms such as g-Drive, spreadsheets, OneDrive, iCloud, and E-Library. From the various aspects discussed in the socialization of digital archives at SMK Negeri 3 Depok, participants have gained a broad understanding of digital archive storage platforms and services such as g-Drive, spreadsheets, OneDrive, iCloud, and E-Library. This introduction provides provisions for participants in managing digital archives, improves their skills in technology, and broadens their understanding of the benefits of digital archives in work. Participants have gained a lot of understanding and know how to organize data using various digital archiving platforms.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in building an adaptive society in the 21st-century globalization era. The learning paradigm has shifted from a teacher-centered to a student-centered approach, emphasizing critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative skills development. Technological limitations hinder the attainment of these skills, hence it is imperative for educators to leverage technology to foster innovative and engaging learning environments. This study aims to enhance the effectiveness of education at SMK Negeri 1 Cileungsi through the implementation of digital modules, preparing students for 21st-century education. Proposed methods include: 1) Socialization of 21st-century learning approaches to educators and students; 2) Intensive training in digital module usage; and 3) Provision and training on audio-visual learning material production tools as engaging and interactive learning resources. The outcomes of this community engagement initiative encompass improved understanding of 21st-century learning concepts among educators, staff, and students. Teachers will be able to integrate digital modules into the curriculum, while students will actively engage with captivating audio-visual materials. Regular evaluations will ensure implementation effectiveness and measure academic progress and students' skills in tackling modern learning challenges. Additionally, feedback from school representatives suggests extending these activities to other departments beyond Computer Networking Engineering. In conclusion, the adoption of digital modules and audio-visual materials enhances learning enthusiasm by providing adaptive learning tailored to student needs. Recommendations for enhancing school technology infrastructure and sustainably evaluating programs aim to enrich future learning experiences.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset in an organization, and an important factor in employee performance plays an important role in optimizing their contribution. Companies need training programs and an understanding of SOPs so they tend to be better prepared to carry out their duties. In this case, the Company's target was not achieved and the Company assessed that employee performance had decreased. This research aims to measure the significant influence of training and implementation of SOPs on the performance of Prima Freshmart employees. The results of hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression show that employee training and implementation of SOPs have a positive and significant impact on improving employee performance at Prima Freshmart, Bogor City. The value of the Coefficient of Determination (Adj R2) is 0.826, which means that this indicates that the contribution of the independent variables, namely Employee Training and SOP, to the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance, is 82.6%, while the remaining 17.4% is influenced by other variables that have not yet been determined. researched or not included in the regression in this study.

Abstract

Abstract : Awareness of the importance of environmentally friendly practices in the fashion industry is increasing, especially in the city of Bandung, one of the centers of the fashion industry in Indonesia. Along with this development, the concept of green branding is increasingly receiving attention as a strategy to increase competitiveness and marketing performance. This research aims to evaluate the influence of green branding on marketing performance with business sustainability as a mediating variable. This research uses the path analysis method to understand the relationship between these variables. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 60 respondents who are fashion brand entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods with the help of SPSS software. The research results show that green branding has a positive influence on marketing performance through business sustainability. In other words, business sustainability plays a mediating role in increasing the effectiveness of green branding on marketing performance. The main conclusion from this research is that effective implementation of green branding can improve the marketing performance of fashion businesses, with business sustainability as a key factor that strengthens this relationship.Abstrak : Kesadaran akan pentingnya praktik ramah lingkungan dalam industri fashion semakin meningkat, khususnya di Kota Bandung yang merupakan salah satu pusat industri fashion di Indonesia. Seiring dengan perkembangan ini, konsep green branding semakin mendapat perhatian sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan kinerja pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh green branding terhadap kinerja pemasaran dengan keberlanjutan usaha sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode path analysis untuk memahami hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 60 responden yang merupakan pelaku usaha brand fashion di Kota Bandung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green branding memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pemasaran melalui keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan kata lain, keberlanjutan usaha berperan sebagai mediasi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas green branding terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kesimpulan utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi green branding yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran pelaku usaha fashion, dengan keberlanjutan usaha sebagai faktor kunci yang memperkuat hubungan ini.
