Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP, pemeriksaan pajak, dan penagihan pajak terhadap penerimaan pajak. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pegawai pajak (fiskus) di KPP Pratama wilayah Batam Utara. Jumlah pegawai pajak yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 42 pegawai pajak dari Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama di wilayah Batam Utara. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sensus, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP, pemeriksaan pajak dan penagihan pajak terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penerimaan pajak.. Kata Kunci : Kewajiban kepemilikan NPWP, pemeriksaan pajak, penagihan  pajak dan penerimaan pajak

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh financial attitude dan financial knowledge secara langsung terhadap financial management behavior atau melalui internal locus of control, moderasi financial technology pada internal locus of control terhadap financial management behavior. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada dosen di Batam yang terdiri dari beberapa Universitas di Batam dengan jumlah sebanyak 97 orang dengan teknik metode purposive sampling. Financial attitude dan financial knowledge berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap internal locus of control secara parsial. Financial attitude dan financial knowledge berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap financial management behavior secara parsial, sedangkan internal locus of control berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial management behavior. Abstract

This study's purpose is to examine the effects of motivational variables on the organizational citizenship behavior of teaching staff, both directly and through organizational commitment. In addition, this study aims to provide lecturers and teaching staff with the motivation necessary to enhance the quality of education in the future. The study approach employs path analysis with a total sample size of one hundred lecturers from several universities in the Riau Islands. Data is obtained by using primary data that comes from questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data comes from books and journals related to research. The research results showed that the R square value for the organizational commitment variable is 0.796, which means that the percentage of motivational influence on organizational commitment is 79.6%, which means it is included in the high category. The R square value for the OCB variable is 0.630, which means that the percentage of influence of organizational motivation and commitment on OCB is 63%, which means it is included in the moderate category. The coefficient value of organizational commitment to OCB is reported to be 2,498. Therefore, organizational commitment has a positive effect on OCB and the p-value is 0.013 less than 0.05, which is statistically significant. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The coefficient value between motivation and organizational commitment is reported to be 40,199. Therefore, motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment and the p value is 0.000 less than 0.05, which is statistically significant. It may be concluded that motivation has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. The coefficient value between motivation and OCB is 2.389, indicating that motivation has a positive impact on OCB, and the p-value is 0.017 less than 0.05, which is statistically significant. It may be stated that motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB

Abstract

The function of the capital market is a place where buyers and sellers meet in buying shares. The level of risk or uncertainty faced in the world of capital markets must be embedded in all the investments offered, so the level of investment cannot only rely on profit. A Capital market that reacts quickly and accurately is an efficient market. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of the stock split on stock returns and stock trading volume. The research objects were 25 manufacturing companies that carried out a stock split in 2016. The data analysis technique used was the paired sample t-test. The results of the study did not have a significant effect on stock split announcements on stock returns. There is a significant effect of the announcement of the stock split on the volume of stock trading

Abstract

Galang District Is One of the Administrative Areas of Batam City Formed Based on Law Number 53 of 1999 Established on October 4, 1999, Galang District Was Effectively Run After the Inauguration of the Galang Sub-District Head by Decree of the Mayor of Batam Number: Kpts 02/III. 2000 March 2, 2000. The area of ​​Galang District is 2,018.5 km2, consisting of 350.8 km2 of land and 1,667.7 km2 of sea, with a total population of 9,025 males and 8,021 females with a total population of 17,046. The Galang District area consists of 32 RWs and 83 RTs. When viewed based on ethnicity, the Galang sub-district area has at least several ethnic groups (ethnicities) inhabiting this area, namely Malays, Javanese, Flores, Buton, Banjar, Batak and other (ethnic) tribes. Sembulang Village is in the Galang District, Batam City, Riau Archipelago Province. The results of surveys or observations, at this location there is still a lack of socialization or counseling regarding the legality of technology-based businesses and marketing in the Kelurahan and RT/RW. The businesses in Galang District range from banana chips, onion chips, cakes to birthday cakes. The implementation of community service is carried out by counseling first and then providing assistance on the practice of the counseling. Availability of experts from Batam University Lecturers, and assistant staff from students, participants (community), local officials so that this Community Service activity is carried out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of DER, company size, and ROE on the company value of Automotive Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies and their Components both partially and simultaneously. The research methodology uses an associative descriptive approach that explains the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The data analysis technique uses Eviews tools with a total research sample of 11 Automotive and Component Subsector Manufacturing Companies with 5 years of observation time. The results of the DER tcount value of -0.008287 with a significance value of 0.0001 <0.05 mean that DER has a negative and significant effect on PBV in automotive companies listed on the IDX. The tcount value of total assets is 4.526332 with a significance value of 0.0002 <0.05, meaning that total assets have a positive and significant effect on PBV in automotive companies listed on the IDX. The tcount value of ROE is -4.239893 with a significance value of 0.0004 <0.05, meaning that ROE has a negative and significant effect on PBV in automotive companies listed on the IDX. The F value is 0.436104 and the significance level is 15.89043. Judging from the significance value, the value is 0.000013 <0.05. This means that DER, total assets, and ROE simultaneously have a significant effect on PBV.

Abstract

The development of the creative economy cannot be separated from the younger generation as a treasure of creativity. A creative idea that can spread entrepreneurship and support the government's efforts in reducing unemployment in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze Increasing Children's Creativity and Entrepreneurship Early at the Palace of Al-Jufri Orphanage Batam. Today's young generation is less able to utilize their productivity and creativity well. There are still many young people who commit crimes from an early age. Therefore, students need to equip them by exploring creative ideas in themselves that can be directed to the business world. Where this young entrepreneur can make the development potential both in number and quality in his own entrepreneur.  With the Community Service Program aimed at the Children of the Orphanage "Al-Jufri Orphan Palace" where this seminar can train independent mentality and creative spirit in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship.  The results of the study show that with the community service activity program in the form of counseling on Improving Creativity and Entrepreneurship from an Early Age to the children of the orphanage "Al-Jufri Orphan Palace" in Patam Lestari Old Village, Patam Lestari Village, Sekupang District, Batam City, is expected to be able to increase entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education and provide mental development and creativity of students in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship and The benefits of entrepreneurship from an early age and can grow an entrepreneurial mentality from an early age

Abstract

Pengembangan aplikasi lelang hasil laut untuk nelayan bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan permaslaahan DUDI dalam pelaksanaan operasional usahanya dalam mengekspor hasil laut ke berbagai negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kepulauan riau, dikarenakan hampir 96 % dari wilayah kepulauan riau merupakan perairan. Peranan nelayan bagi perekonomian masyarakat pesisir merupakan roda bagi perputaran ekonomi masyarakat. Keterbatasan akan akses untuk memperluas kegiatannya menjadi faktor utama yang membuat produk-produk mereka sulit untuk dikenal di luar Kepualuan Riau. Akses yang dimaksud adalah wadah yang mampu membantu masyarakat pesisir untuk belajar dan memfasilitasi masyarakat untuk memperbaiki kualitas produk agar layak untuk di ekspor. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa Aplikasi Ekspor Pedia berbasis android dan IOS, MoU antara perguruan tinggi dan Mitra, Pembentukan inkubator Bisnis, downloader, HKI merek dan Cipta, terdapat banyak kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya sulit dalam mencari informasi dasar pelaksanaan program diakibatkan oleh lokasi yang dituju berada di luar pulau Batam, selain itu terdapat beberapa kendala terkait waktu pelaksanaan program yang singkat, dan masalah SDM yang belum maksimal. Dengan adanya program ini tidak hanya DUDI, masyarakat juga mendapat manfaat langsung dalam hal peluang mengembangkan usahanya.
