Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di yayasan pendidikan islam Al-Anwar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah mengkaji bagaimana peran kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah; (1) Peran kepala sekolah sebagaipemimpin dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Anwar adalah memantau, yakni menjadi perantara guru dengan siswa, memotivasi, membuat inovasi, penghubung dengan pihak luar, membimbing siswa secara berkelanjutan, membuat keputusan, derta membina dan meningkatkan kemampuan guru; (2) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai manager dalam meningkakan mutu pendidikan di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Anwar adalah mengelola dengan melakukan perencanaan, penggorganisasian, penggerakan, serta evaluasi. Dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, terdapat faktor pendukung yakni dukungan dari yayasan serta banyaknya relasi. Selain faktor pendukung terdapat faktor penghambat yakni berbenturan dengan sistem pemerintahan, kebijakan sertifikasi, sering terjadinya pergantian guru, kurangnya kesadaran warga sekolah, sulitnya penerapan digital learning, serta seringnya terjadi kendala mengenai dana. (3) Peran kepala sekolah sebagai administrator dalam meningkakan mutu pendidikan di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Anwar adalah berkerjasama dengan wakil kepala sekolah dalam melakukan administrasi disekolah.

Abstract

This article aims to find out and analyze the student management approach that exists at SD IT Al-Hijrah 2 Laut Dendang school. This article contains three student management approaches that are used, namely the first, quantitative approach (the quantitative approach) is this approach that focuses more on administrative and bureaucratic aspects contained in educational institutions. Both qualitative approaches (the qualitative approach) are aimed at making students capable, this approach aims to make students happy and prosperous. The third, integrated approach is this approach is a combination of the two approaches above, in this approach students are asked to fulfill bureaucratic and administrative demands at school and schools also offer other incentives that can meet the needs and welfare of students.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education cannot be separated from the quality of human resources owned. Therefore, Educational Institutions must also be thus able to meet the needs of human resources both in quantity and quality by increasing educational resources to supply human resource needs in accordance with the demands and improving the local education process by developing the necessary elements and supporting elements. Improving quality learning needs to use strategies that can be applied by each institution by taking into account the characteristics of the institution. With quality human resources, it is expected that educational institutions will become institutions that are able to effectively face future challenge. Quality standards for the learning process must also be established, in the sense that management needs to apply quality standards for the learning process that are expected to be effective to optimize the learning process and to produce appropriate outputs, namely mastering these quality standards.

Abstract

This research is about "Educational Innovation Through a Systems Approach at MTS Parmiyatu Wassa'adah". This research method is descriptive qualitative research. This research is located at MTS Parmiyatu Wassa'adah. The subject of this research is the School Principal. The research used is observation, interviews and documentation. Educational innovation through a systems approach has become the main focus in educational transformation in schools. This approach aims to integrate various educational components, including curriculum, technology, school management, stakeholders, and learning processes, into a coherent and effective system. This innovation not only creates a more dynamic and inclusive learning environment, but also enables improved student learning outcomes.
