Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah dengan adanya kegiatan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila diharapkan terbentuk kepribadian pelajar Indonesia yang berdasarkan nilai-nilai pada pancasila, salah satu nilai yang terdapat pada Profil Pelajar Pancasila adalah sikap mandiri. Oleh sebab itu, anak didik diharapkan mengikuti kegiatan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila terhadap sikap mandiri siswa di SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila memiliki pengaruh terhadap sikap mandiri sisiwa. menghasilkan r hitung sebesar 0,776 maka diketahui bahwa kegiatan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila berpengaruh terhadap sikap mandiri. Kemudian dinterprestasikan dengan ???????????????????????? (0,700). Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa nilai r > ???????????????????????? (0,776> 0, 700) jadi dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh antara kegiatan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila terhadap sikap mandiri siswa. Berdasarkan hasil uji r² atau koefisen determinasi terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kegiatan projek penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila terhadap sikap mandiri siswa di SMA Perintis 2 Bandar Lampung sebesar 70%.

Abstract

Keberadaan TKA/TKQ dan TPA/TPQ mempunyai potensi dan pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam pertumbuhan pendidikan keagamaan, karena TKQ dan TPQ berperan besar dalam membangun akhlak dan moral calon generasi penerus bangsa yang berjiwa qur’ani dengan dengan berbagai usaha. Salah satu usaha yang dilakukan adalah membuat sebuah media pembelajaran. Media yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu pemahaman peserta didik terhadap ilmu tajwid adalah media Word Wall. Word Wall atau Dinding Kata merupakan kumpulan kosakata yang terorganisir secara sistematis yang ditampilkan dengan menggunakan huruf yang besar dan ditempelkan pada dinding suatu ruang belajar. Oleh karena itu peneliti merumuskan masalah penelitian 1) Bagaimana Proses belajar mengajar di TPQ? 2) Bagaimana implementasi penggunaan media word wall dalam proses pembelajaran ilmu tajiwd? Adakah kekurangan dan kelebihan pada media ini dalam proses implementasi media word wall di TPQ Fayzathul Athfal Al Ma'arif Sarampu? Jenis penelitian yang yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode Miles dan Hubermen yaitu dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian dan data yang didapatkan dari proses pembelajaran di TPQ Fayzatul Athfal setiap hari diadakan proses belajar mengajar kecuali malam minggu dan malam Jumat. Di TPQ Fayzatul Atfhal ini bukan hanya fokus dalam pembelajaran baca tulis quran tapi juga tentang keimanan. Media word ini dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar santri dan pada kegiatan kelompok belajar. Media ini dapat digunakan untuk bermain sambil belajar oleh santriwan dan santriwati, sehingga para santri dan santriwati masih fokus dengan apa yang disampaikan oleh ustad dan ustadzah. Kelebihan media ini ada media ini cocok untuk santriwan dan santriwati, yang selama ini apatis dalam proses belajar, dan lebih aktif, selain itu mempermudah menyampaiakan informasi kepada santriwan dan santriwati.dan adapun Kekurangan media ini adalah santriwan dan santriwati akan sulit memahami jika ustad dan ustdzah tidak memahami materi yang aka diajarkan, dan apabila ada kartu kata yang hilang maka akan menyulitkan proses belajar mngajar serta media ini bisa cepat rusak bila tidak diperhatikan oleh santri dan ustadz.

Abstract

Dalam konteks negara Indonesia –negara hukum yang tidak menerapkan hukum Islam-, peraturan-peraturannya dikenal dengan istilah hukum Positif (al-Qonūn al-Wadh`iy). Dimana undang-undang atau peraturan untuk mengatur pergaulan hidup bermasyarakat yang diputuskan dan ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. Dari sini, hukum Positif merupakan produk (hasil pemikiran) manusia untuk sekedar memenuhi kebutuhan mereka yang bersifat temporal dan kasuistik. Tujuannya tak lain biar nuansa kehidupan ini senantiasa harmoni. Beda halnya dengan hukum syar`i, dia datang dari syari` dengan perantara al-Qur`an dan al-Hadist untuk merealisasikan kemashlahatan umat manusia sepanjang masa. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang tindak pidana korupsi di indonesia perspektif hukum islam dan hukum positif. Hukum positif memandang bahwa Sanksi tindak kriminal korupsi adalah dengan mengekang kemerdekaan pelaku, namun tidak dimaksudkan untuk menderitakan dan merendahkan martabat manusia. Sanksi disini adalah sanksi fisik berupa kurungan penjara dan sanksi materi berupa denda, Sanksi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjerakan sekaligus mendidik pelaku. Hukum islam memandang bahwa Sanksi tindak kriminal korupsi adalah ta'zir, dimana pemberian sanksi disesuaikan terhadap tingkat kriminal yang dilakukan, sikologis pelaku dan lingkungannya, dengan bentuk dan jenis sanksi yang dapat menjerakan pelaku dan mendidik pelaku serta masyarakat lain untuk tidak melakukan kriminal tersebut. Dan termasuk model sanksi dalam hukum islam adalah penjara dan denda.

Abstract

Disaster management strategies will work effectively if residents have the same understanding in disaster management. The Sidoarjo Regency area is an area that has the potential for natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes and tornadoes. The purpose of this study is to increase students' knowledge, increase student awareness, develop disaster response skills. This type of research is case study research. In this study the researchers only attempted to collect simple information about disaster management in disaster preparedness schools through surveys, interviews and documentation. The integration of disaster mitigation in social sciences in junior high schools is very important to provide students with an understanding of the importance of reducing risks and losses due to disasters. The results of the study show that in general students have sufficient understanding of disasters, especially natural disasters. Students are noted to have a positive appreciation of the school. They also know that knowledge in understanding disaster is quite adequate as evidenced by the results of students' understanding related to disasters, including floods 80%, and tornadoes 75%, while other types of disasters are poorly understood (earthquakes 60%, and fires 50%). However, the existence of disaster mitigation education activities in schools is able to increase knowledge, disaster management skills and maximize self-potential, so that it has an impact on positive attitude changes in the form of increasing student awareness about disasters with an average score of 85%.

Abstract

Covid-19 had a psycological impact on the Indonesia people, especially in Tulungagung. one of the psycological effect experienced in anxiety. Covid-19 survivors are easily suffering a susceptible to anxiety. But some theories suggest that anxiety can be overcome by providing family support. This study was aimed at identifying the relationship between family support and anxiety for COVID-19 survivors in Tulungagung. The method used is quantitative correlation with the total population, namely Covid-19 survivors as of July 2021, which are 3389 people. From this population, a accidental sampling technique was used with the criteria for Covid-19 survivorship with a 10% probability sampling, and obtained sample of 251 people. The data analysis technique used is the Spearman Rho correlation test (non-parametric). The results showed that there was a correlation between the variables of family support and anxiety which was indicated by a significance of 0.00 with a strong negative relationship, indicated by the correlation coefficient of -0.608. This relationship means that if the family support variable increasses, the level of anxiety variable will decrease, vice versa. The results of the study are expected to be able to become a deeper reference for similar research and are expected to be able to serve as a guideline for the front line of health overcoming Covid-19 in curing patients, especially tackling the patient's level of anxiety.

Abstract

Education is the right of everyone to get the opportunity to develop their potential through a process called learning which is said to be able to break the chain of poverty. However, has the implementation of this statement been running properly in Indonesia? That every citizen has the same rights in the form of the opportunity to attend school to university? Is “Education for All” just an empty program? The basic concept of equal opportunity to receive education which is focused on equality in education and equity in education seems to have not worked out ideally or even hindered each other. Discrimination of society on the basis of status and class to obtain privileges in obtaining educational opportunities is also still the biggest enemy for the basis of education for all. All kinds of arguments were expressed, ranging from government regulations that change frequently, low public awareness of the importance of education, the education ladder that feels the need to sacrifice a lot of money, and free education policies that sometimes do not match the reality and expectations of the community. By going through the library research method, this journal will more or less discuss how the principle of free education is often found contradicting the practice of educational capitalism which is so rampantly multiplying in the middle of the 4.0 era which actually requires the younger generation from the lower classes to the upper classes to continue to develop and continue to explore their potential through education.

Abstract

Creating a sakinah mawaddah warahmah family is a benefit for every married couple in the midst of modernization which is currently taking place and has an impact on the socio-cultural environment around the family. Along with the times, the development of society's mindset and the increasingly intense struggle for gender equality in society, there is still perceived inequality towards women, then gradually women are starting to struggle to take their position in the public arena. The research method used is qualitative/field research (field research) where this research is descriptive. The data collection method was carried out through observation and interviews. The data sources used come from primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis with an inductive thinking approach. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the concept of Sakinah in the career family according to Islamic law in Asembagus Village was formed on the basis of strong religion and an attitude of mutual openness and mutual respect between family members, working together to meet the needs of the family both spiritually and spiritually. honesty and tolerance taught to children and other family members, as well as always being grateful for the blessings and sustenance given by Allah SWT.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan siswa penyandang disabilitas dan guru pendidikan khusus di SLB Negeri Kota Batu, dalam rangka pengembangan produk makan dan minuman (ma-min) fungsional. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan kombinasi antara penyampaian informasi, diskusi, pendampingan, ujicoba produk, serta strategi promosi produk. Hasil penilaian kegiatan dari sisi proses, pada saat kegiatan terjadi dialog interaktif seputar pengembangan produk yang dihasilkan, baik dari sisi kuantitas, kualitas, maupun analisis kandungan nutrisinya. Dari sisi produk, hasil ujicoba produk ma-min fungsional secara kuantitas dan kualitas berpotensi menjadi modal awal untuk menghasilkan produk ma-min yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Saran pengembangannya, pemasaran dapat dilakukan secara konvensional face to face dan memanfaatkan media digital.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance (GCG) on the financial performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 16 Islamic banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) for the 2021-2022 period. The sample used was 10 Islamic banks that issued quarterly report data. Sample selection was carried out using the purposive sampling method. The data collection technique uses secondary data in Islamic bank documentation and is processed using the SPSS 25 application with multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research are that the board of commissioners has a negative effect on the financial performance of Islamic banks, and the board of directors has a positive effect on the financial performance of Islamic banks. In contrast, the Sharia supervisory board does not affect the financial performance of Islamic banks. Theoretical research can complement existing theories and be a reference for future research. This research can be a reference for Islamic banking in analyzing corporate governance standards to provide investors with more knowledge and understanding about the financial performance of Islamic banking and enable investors to make the right decisions.

Abstract

Learning planning must be adjusted to students’ conditions to achieve educational goals. The COVID-19 pandemic brought significant changes requiring high adaptability, especially in education. This study aims to identify planning and implementation patterns of the Physical Education and Health (PJOK) curriculum in elementary schools during the post-COVID-19 pandemic. Using a descriptive survey method, the research explored how PJOK teachers plan and implement home-based learning during this period. Data was collected via a Google Forms questionnaire from 33 PJOK teachers who participated in a Focus Group Discussion on post-pandemic curriculum planning. The study’s findings reveal that most teachers adjusted their planning based on the available facilities and infrastructure in students' homes. The curriculum was simplified to emphasize life skills relevant to the post-pandemic context. Implementing the PJOK curriculum requires collaboration with parents to monitor and support student learning at home. Teachers predominantly use WhatsApp to deliver instructional materials and rely on YouTube as a learning resource. This research highlights the need for adaptive curriculum strategies that accommodate challenges in post-pandemic education while ensuring effective learning despite limited resources. AbstrakPerencanaan pembelajaran harus menyesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan perubahan lingkungan yang memerlukan adaptasi tinggi, terutama dalam pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pola perencanaan dan implementasi kurikulum Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan di sekolah dasar pada masa pasca pandemi COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei deskriptif untuk menggambarkan pola perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan serta implementasi dalam pembelajaran di rumah pada masa pasca pandemi COVID-19. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang diterapkan menggunakan google form kepada 33 guru Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan yang mengikuti Focus Group Discussion perencanaan kurikulum Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan di masa pasca pandemi COVID-19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesehatan melakukan penyesuaian perencanaan berdasarkan kondisi sarana dan prasarana pendukung yang dimiliki orangtua. Penyederhanaan kurikulum yang berfokus pada kecakapan hidup peserta didik dalam situasi dan kondisi pasca pandemi COVID-19. Implementasi kurikulum PJOK di masa pasca pandemi COVID-19 membutuhkan kolaborasi dengan orang tua dalam proses penyampaian dan pemantauan kegiatan belajar siswa selama di rumah. Guru banyak menggunakan media aplikasi WhatsApp dalam menyampaikan informasi bahan ajar dan menggunakan YouTube sebagai sumber belajar.Kata Kunci: COVID-19; implementasi kurikulum; pendidikan jasmani dan kesehatan
