Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebabkan kondisi global yang tidak pasti, Dalam kondisi ketidakpastian sebuah perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat beradaptasi dan fleksibel untuk tetap menghasilkan kinerja yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dengan ketangkasan organisasi di Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Natuna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan studi kuantitatif deskriptif. Data ini menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengambilan sampel melaluinon probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis saling mempengaruhi. Oleh karena itu, Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Natuna perlu memperhatikan faktor kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan ketangkasan organisasi

Abstract

The urgency of this activity is to promote student products so that the products can be femilar in the market. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance starting from management, packaging to marketing (promotion with digital marketing) applying economic analysis using BMC (Bussines Model Canvas) BMC is very helpful to speed up the process of analysing business strengths and weaknesses. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses, the analysis of needs and profits can be done quickly and effectively. The partner in this activity is "For You", a form of MSME business that offers various gifts. The method of implementation is Preparation for Determination of PkM locations, then the team conducts Introductions by coordinating and consulidating with Gift Shop partners "For You". Furthermore, conducting counselling and mentoring Production and marketing operations Implementation of production activities Business training on Social Media Gift Shop "For You" Participants who are active in this activity are 6 people The results of its implementation are able to use digital marketing technology to market their gift products using digital marketing using mass media, seen the number of visitors who see the products displayed by partners on their social media accounts

Abstract

Digitalization of MSMEs is one strategy to accelerate the development of MSMEs in an inclusive and massive manner. The Financial Technology (Fintech) phenomenon in recent years has encouraged the emergence of various new services in the financial sector, including Crowdfunding. Crowdfunding is the practice of raising funds or investment by utilizing a site or website. Currently, it is indicated that there is still very little use of crowdfunding among MSMEs players. For this reason, a comprehensive study is needed regarding the importance of MSMEs utilizing Crowdfunfing as an alternative to overcome capital problems. Research design used is mix method (descriptive non experimental and judgement sampling). Sample are selecting by non-random sampling (judgment sampling). Based on the results of a survey involving 71 business doers, most of them are managers and owners, included the category of small and medium business doers with 50 to 100 employees, it was found that most of these business doers were familiar with crowdfunding as an easily accessible funding alternative. The results of the analysis using SEM-PLS, interesting findings were obtained that perceptions and aspects of technology and entrepreneurship from business actors had a positive effect on interest in using crowdfunding. Recommendations for future research are the need to research the role of capital markets and regulations, which in this research were assessed as having not been optimally socialized by MSMEs players. The point is that in the future MSMEs players must be given space to gain access to funding through crowdfunding in an inclusive manner.

Abstract

Following Indonesia's commitment to promoting the achievement sustainable consumption and production practices (RCP- SDGs Number 12), a plan must be put in place to motivate important players (SMEs) to support the green economy. The limitations of SMEs in terms of funding to be able to implement green economic practices are accommodated through access to financial technology, namely social crowdfunding. To gain insight into how SMEs implement green economic practices by utilizing social crowdfunding, a survey was conducted on 75 SMEs use descriptive research design. The results of the descriptive analysis found that some SMEs have not been able to take advantage of social crowdfunding due to several reasons: not being able to access the right website, having requirements that are difficult to fulfill and their technology skills are not yet good. An interesting insight that was extracted from the results of this survey is the high level of confidence among SMEs that implementing green economic practices using social crowdfunding can improve business performance and are confident that they can overcome all difficulties. The proposed conceptual model can apparently be supported by research results which produce the proposition namely:" willingness to participate in implementing green economic practices using social crowdfunding needs to be driven by creating strong awareness and interest by triggering 3 important determinants, namely stakeholder management, community engagement and entrepreneurship strategyā€¯. In the future, this conceptual modeling can be used to conduct quantitative research so that it can explore the facts in the field in a comprehensive manner.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze tourists' attitudes towards the attributes of halal tourism (HT) destinations, moderated by place attachment and religiosity. This study contributes to the body of research on HT development because the conceptual model includes specific HT destination attributes and integrates place attachment theory and tourist psychographic characteristics (religiosity). This research is quantitative research with 355 respondents. The data were analyzed using Smart PLS. This research resulted in the conclusion that attitude towards HT destination development is influenced by three things, namely 1) attitude towards HT attributes, 2) religiosity of tourists, and 3) place attachment of tourists with the destination. The role of religiosity in forming attitudes towards HT destination development occurs directly and also as a moderator between attitudes towards HT attributes and attitudes towards HT destination development. Meanwhile, the role of place attachment in forming attitudes towards HT destination is a direct influence. In terms of public policymaking, this research provides important insight. The development and determination of HT destinations can receive approval and rejection in different destinations. Tourists can give different responses to the development of HT destinations for different destinations. In making these policies, tourists' opinions are very important to be taken into consideration in developing a tourist destination.

Abstract

Sebagai media informasi berbasis digital, karyawan PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera memerlukan adaptasi teknologi, penguasaan teknologi dan fleksibilitas dalam bekerja sebagai tuntutan dari era perkembangan digitalisasi, jika karyawan tidak mampu mengikuti era digital maka sebagai perusahaan berbasis digital informasi dengan otomatis akan kalah bersaing oleh pesaing pada perusahaan sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh adaptasi teknologi, penguasaan teknologi melalui fleksibilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera. Populasi yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera di posisi Jurnalis dan Reporter yang berjumlah 114 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 114 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi teknologi dan penguasaan teknologi. Variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini adalah fleksibilitas kerja. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada fleksbilitas kerja. Penguasaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada fleksbilitas kerja. Adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Penguasaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Media Graha Nusantara.
