Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis inisiatif yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jepang dalam memanfaatkan masakan tradisional. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Tinjauan literatur memanfaatkan berbagai sumber data sekunder digunakan untuk tujuan ini. Tiga konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsep kekuasaan persuasif, diplomasi budaya, dan diplomasi publik. Ketiga konsep ini membantu Jepang maju dalam dua cara utama. Fase awal melibatkan pengorganisasian pameran di acara-acara seperti festival, sedangkan fase kedua melibatkan peningkatan kesadaran melalui media visual seperti manga dan anime. Kesimpulan utama dari artikel ini adalah bahwa upaya Jepang melalui washoku ditujukan untuk menjaga kepentingan nasional, termasuk memajukan bangsa dan mencapai nilai ekspor yang diinginkan ke luar negeri. Mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat dunia bahwa Jepang adalah negara yang menghargai perdamaian dan memiliki budaya menawan baik kontemporer maupun tradisional, serta menegaskan fakta bahwa Jepang memiliki budaya kuliner yang sangat khas. Kata Kunci: Jepang, Tradisional, Diplomasi, Budaya Kuliner Abstract The objective of this research is to analyze the initiatives that the Japanese have implemented to utilize traditional cuisine. The research methodology employs qualitative methods. A review of literature utilizing various secondary data sources is utilized for this purpose. Three concepts are utilized in this research: the concepts of persuasive power, cultural diplomacy, and public diplomacy. These three concepts assisted Japan in progressing in two main ways. The initial phase involves organizing exhibitions at events such as festivals, while the second phase involves raising awareness through visual media like manga and anime. The main conclusion from this article is that Japan's endeavors through washoku are aimed at safeguarding national interests, including promoting the nation and achieving the desired value of its exports overseas. Influencing the perception of the global population that Japan is a country that values peace and possesses a captivating culture that is both contemporary and traditional, as well as emphasizing the fact that Japan possesses a highly distinctive culinary culture. Abstract

Kreativitas dan inovasi produk merupakan faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan kesuksesan bisnis Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, UMKM perlu mengembangkan produk-produk berkualitas yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan tuntutan pasar yang terus berubah. Namun, banyak UMKM masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan inovasi produk dan memperkuat kreativitas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendukung UMKM dalam meningkatkan inovasi produk dan kreativitas melalui pelatihan pengembangan produk berkualitas. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada pemilik UMKM dan tim pengembangan produk agar mereka dapat menghasilkan produk yang kompetitif dan menarik bagi konsumen.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi proses transformasi toko tradisional menjadi toko berbasis digital dengan fokus pada toko kosmetik. Transformasi ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi serta pergeseran perilaku konsumen menuju belanja online. Studi ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, disksusi dan analisis. Hasil dari pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang keberlanjutan toko. Hal tersebut dapat di lakukan dengan mengembangkan toko berbasis online dan dengan memanfaatkan sosial media yang sudah ada.

Abstract

Indonesia's shrimp fishing industry, which is one of the pillars of the country's economy, has undergone a significant transformation driven by changes in import-export policies, including the deregulation of shrimp trade. This study investigates the various impacts of these policy changes on the local shrimp fishing sector. Using a mixed methods approach, we collected and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data. Findings show that trade deregulation has increased shrimp production and employment opportunities. However, income disparities among industry stakeholders and sustainability challenges have emerged. Policy recommendations emphasize the need to balance economic growth with environmental stewardship and income redistribution to ensure a sustainable and equitable future for the shrimp fishing industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

A computer-based information system called the Decision Support System (DSS) generates several decision alternatives to help management cope with diverse issues in a semi-structured way. As a company engaged in marine survey services, the process of hiring new employees is important. It takes a long time to choose and decide whether to accept potential employees under the present recruitment procedure, and HRD is having trouble making decisions on accepting applicants who satisfy the requirements. Building a decision-support system for employing people is the aim of this research. The Rapid Application Development (RAD) model is the system development approach used in this study. The Unified Modelling Language (UML) is used in the system design. System coding is done using PHP and MySQL. The results of the AHP method are applicants who have the highest criterion value, meaning that they have a higher value than other applicants, so that companies can get the employees they want according to the criteria specified in the form of tables and rankings. The manager can get help from this decision-support system when making a choice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and tenure on turnover intention. Using the survey method, data was collected from 30 employees from various industry sectors. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there is a significant negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention (r = -0.527, p < 0.05), and between tenure and turnover intention (r = -0.382, p < 0.05). Multiple regression analysis shows that job satisfaction and tenure significantly affect turnover intention (p < 0.05), with a negative coefficient indicating that an increase in job satisfaction and tenure will decrease turnover intention. The interaction analysis shows that there is a significant interaction between job satisfaction and tenure in influencing turnover intention (p < 0.05). The results of this study provide insights for human resource managers to increase job satisfaction and retain long-term employees to reduce turnover intention. With the right strategies, organizations can improve employee retention and overall productivity.

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan terhadap reputasi perusahaan AMDK (Air Minum Dalam Kemasan) di Sukabumi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan mix methods, penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis kuantitatif dari data survei dengan analisis kualitatif dari wawancara. Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan wawasan yang berharga mengenai hubungan antara CSR, keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, dan reputasi perusahaan, sehingga dapat membantu organisasi dalam meningkatkan strategi manajemen reputasi mereka. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman akademis dan praktis mengenai CSR dan manajemen reputasi dalam konteks Perusahaan AMDK di Sukabumi. Dengan mengkaji dampak dari inisiatif CSR dan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan terhadap reputasi perusahaan, penelitian ini menawarkan panduan yang berharga bagi perusahaan yang ingin memperkuat reputasi mereka dan membangun kepercayaan dari para pemangku kepentingan. Hasil dan rekomendasi yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini akan sangat menarik bagi para akademisi dan praktisi di bidang tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan manajemen reputasi.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamics of micro-business growth in the Jakarta Culinary Sector, focusing on the impact of Financial Management Quality (FMQ), Product Innovation (PI), and Digital Marketing (DM). A quantitative analysis involving a sample of 150 micro businesses reveals compelling insights. Results indicate significant positive relationships between FMQ, PI, and DM with Micro Business Growth (MBG). The study emphasizes the pivotal role of sound financial practices, innovation, and digital marketing in fostering growth within the competitive culinary landscape of Jakarta. Findings contribute to the understanding of success factors in micro-businesses, offering practical implications for entrepreneurs and policymakers.
