Banyaknya penelitian dan artikel yang telah membahas isu-isu terkait pemasaran media sosial telah secara jelas menunjukkan perhatian yang cukup besar untuk fenomena tersebut selama beberapa tahun terakhir. Oleh karena itu, hal ini memberikan bukti kuat bahwa media sosial dan aplikasinya menjadi fokus perhatian bagi para praktisi dan peneliti. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak langsung dan tidak langsung dari kegiatan pemasaran media sosial pada minat pembelian konsumen dengan manajemen hubungan pelanggan dan ekuitas merek sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang bersifat kuantitatif dan diujikan kepada mahasiswa S1 di Universitas Islam yang terdapat di Yogyakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 224 responden. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari pemasaran media sosial, hubungan pelanggan dan ekuitas merek pada minat pembelian konsumen. Selain itu, model penelitian ini mengkonfirmasi adanya mediasi penuh hubungan pelanggan dan ekuitas merek dalam hubungan antara pemasaran media sosial dan minat beli konsumen. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, penulis dapat merekomendasikan pada pemasar untuk secara penuh terlibat dalam kegiatan pemasaran media sosial untuk memberikan nilai lebih kepada pelanggan.Kata Kunci: Pemasaran Media Sosial, Minat Beli, Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan, Ekuitas Merek

Implimentation of the nature of science and social science in the world of education aims to form a mindset and mindset of feeling towards students who are more consistent in learning so that education is realized that gives birth to future generations with a scientific mindset, with concepts, principles, theories and emotional and social intelligence in each individual student. The method of theoretical studies and observations in schools that science and social sciences cannot be separated from the learning process in the world of education, from the results of data testing that we have carried out that social phenomena are always related to their environment. Implementation of the nature of science and social science in the world of education that there are vibrations and energy waves to carry out an activity in learning which essentially already exists in each individual. Data processing results using spss for windows obtained Fhitung=13.618 with sig. 0.000 and Fhitung= 8.385 with sig.0.001 from for Ftable= 3.19 the results obtained in relation to the implementation is very significant.

The purpose of the study is to develop the use of the right and left brain in early childhood through the implementation of information technology in this case learning using video with words. Education in learning that is done must keep up with the times by utilizing information technology we often mention with the era of revolution 4.0. Research methods use descriptive qualitative methods by means of observation and interview of teachers, Then the data obtained in the test using spss for windows with a population of 60 early childhood results obtained Fcount = 23,347 > Ftable = 3.16 so it can be said that the implementation of information technology in learning in the form of video display is very good in the development of the right and left brain in each individual early childhood.

Dengan berkembangnya zaman yang semakin serba teknologi sangat berpengaruh terhadap seluruh sektor baik ekonomi, pariwisata terkhusus pendidikan, hal ini tidak menutup kemungkinan kita seluruhnya harus tetap eksis dan terus bersaing dalam menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan untuk menjadikan sumber daya manusia yang unggul menuju Indonesia emas tahun 2045. Di dalam Undang-Undang No 20 tahun 2003, peningkatan mutu pendidikan diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manusia Indonesia seutuhnya melalui olahhati, olahpikir, olahrasa, dan olahraga agar memiliki daya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginovasi media pembelajaran menggunakan sistem digital yakni adobe flash sehingga proses pembelajaran lebih meningkatkan motivasi siswa/i khususnya untuk menyelesaiakn soal test yang diberikan. Metode yang digunakan waterfall. Data yang digunakan ialah hasil wawancara dari siswa yang telah dikumpulkan sebelum menggunakan aplikasi dan sesudah menggunakan aplikasi dalam penyelesaian soal. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara siswa maka diperoleh kesimpulan dalam penyelesaian soal menggunakan aplikasi lebih antusias dan semangat ingin mencoba karena langsung mengetahui hasil scor nilai yang mereka kerjakan baik score benar dan salah. Sehingga dari penelitian ini kesimpulan yang didapat untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dalam pembelajaran khususnya penyelesaian soal-soal perlunya inovasi pembelajaran khusus untuk test menggunakan teknologi digitalisasi yakni adobe macromedia flash

To develop the potential of students, in every curriculum, evaluation is very important to pay attention to, considering evaluation as a tool to assess and measure the level of students' abilities in addition to understanding the changes that occur in students' daily lives. The 2013 curriculum involves several criteria that must be taken because there are three domains of competence to be assessed, namely attitude competence, knowledge competence, and skills competence. Meanwhile, inclusion of students with achievements in the report card supplement sheet or Study Results Card (KHS) is very important as a benchmark for students in improving their achievements, as well as as a reference for entering high school as usual and screening for scholarships. Therefore, it is necessary to find a method that usually chooses weighted criteria so that it can be used as a reference in determining outstanding students.

The results obtained from the Economic Stimulation Counseling and Training on August 26, 2021 with the number of participants who took part in the Extension and Training carried out by 50 people by complying with the health protocol standards issued by the government, before carrying out activities the training facilities were made in a distance according to the standards. wash hands and wear masks both before and after activities. In the delivery of the material presented, it was very well received by the Extension and Training Participants as much as 80%. Before carrying out the activities, interviews were conducted. Based on the interview, it was found that 17 people did not know MSMEs with a percentage of 34%. From the purpose of community service on the Al Washliyah University Labuhanbatu campus, the response was very good and brought changes to the community around the campus who took part in the Counseling and Training. After the Stimulation Counseling and Training was carried out again at the end of the elaboration of the material by the community service team which it was known that the information received by the community was very good, judging by the results of the interview, it was known that there was a good increase of 14 people with a percentage of 94% compared to before the counseling and training was carried out. . The shortcomings obtained in the Extension and Training are due to other factors, such as the different abilities of the participants, so it is necessary to carry out Counseling and Retraining to the community around the campus area in the future

Decision Support System or DSS is a branch of computer science to help a person or group in making a decision. In a decision, it has conditions such as there must be a choice candidate commonly referred to as an alternative and also criteria as an option in consideration, the criteria themselves are the most important part in determining the feasibility of a decision making, each criterion has its own value provided by the decision maker but it makes it is not clear on the decision to determine the value of the existing criteria, especially the criteria for evaluating the best employees, it is important to give the right weight value to the existing criteria. In assigning weight values, it is often wrong because the level of importance possessed by the criteria both have their own advantages, another problem in assigning weight values is the type of weighting method that is very much also causing decision makers to be confused about choosing the right method so it is necessary to test the accuracy of the method. weighting in order to find the right results, the tests carried out in this study compared several weighting methods with the results as sensitivity tests such as ROC, SWARA as a weighting method and the SAW method as a widely used decision-making method. The results of the study found that the ROC-SAW value was 0.974, the value of the SWARA-SAW method was 0.9555. The highest accuracy value is obtained by the ROC-SAW method as a combination of methods that have higher sensitivity.

Bisnis E-commerce sudah menjadi trend dalam dunia bisnis saat ini. Website E-commerce membantu bisnis penjualan kita dengan menawarkan produk dan servis secara online kepada konsumen diseluruh dunia. Website benar-benar menjadi solusi pemecahan untuk batasan lokasi bisnis dan menawarkan kecepatan penawaran dan bahkan memungkinkan menjadi penjual terbaik. E-commerce benar-benar membuat konsumen dapat menghemat waktu, dan membandingkan harga lebih mudah, selain itu menawarkan berbagai hal untuk dijual serta mengurangi berdesakan yang parah di toko. Fasilitas ini juga dikombinasikan dengan pembayaran yang cepat, pelacak order dan kecepatan pengiriman akan memenangkan hati konsumen. Penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem e-commerce menjadi salah satu tolok ukur penting dalam bisnis digital. Tolok ukur usability dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi dalam hal kegunaan. Tingkat usability yang baik dapat dicapai dengan pengembangan desain antarmuka berbasis user centered design (UCD) pada UD. Agung Sumber Sari Sigambal. Diperoleh metodologi yang terdiri dari 3 proses dasar yaitu analisis, desain, dan evaluasi yang terdiri dari metode survei, task analysis, persona, product backlog, design guidelines, prototipe, user testing, dan heuristic evaluation.

Analyzing the effect of social security on performance productivity, the most dominant factor on employee performance productivity at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Cemetery Hall Kec. Mandau District. Bengkalis Riau. The population in this study was 263 people. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis method. This type of research is associative research, and the data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through a study of documentation and a list of statements which are measured using a Likert scale. The data was statistically processed with the SPSS 20.0 for windows program, namely the t test model and the determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously social security has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of employee performance at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Balai Makam, social security has a positive and significant partial effect on productivity performance. Based on simple linear regression processing, the results of simple linear regression are obtained as follows: Y = 3.077 + 0.810X, from the figures obtained, the level of social security obtained is 3.077, which means that there is a positive relationship between social security, performance productivity will still have a regression coefficient of X of 0.810 means that for every one unit increase in the social security variable, the productivity of performance will increase by 0.810 units. R Square of 0.677 means 67.7% of performance productivity at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Cemetery Hall Kec. Mandau District. Bengkalis Riau can be explained by variations in social security and the remaining 33.2% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Dewasa ini, Penyalahgunaan narkoba yang semakinmeningkat dan merajalela ditengah-tengah masyarakatkhususnya desa Janji yang merupakan salah satu tempat wisatauntuk masyarakat sekitar Labuhanbatu. Peneliti berkeyakinanmelalui pembudayaan Pendidikan Agama Islam dengan metodepenerapan melalui penyuluhan cenderung pada pencapaiannilai-nilai karakter sebagai pedoman bagi masyarakat dalammelaksanakan kegiatan aktivitas yang berdampak berkenaandengan penyalahgunaan narkoba. Krisis moral di kalanganmasyarakat banyak dipengaruhi oleh penyalahgunaan narkobasehingga mengakibatkan maraknya perilaku yang anti sosial,seperti; pemakaian narkoba, tawuran antar masyarakat,pencurian, pembunuhan dan penganiayaan.
