<![CDATA[Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Riau Province is an income that reflects the ability of a province to manage financial funds autonomously. Provinces that have high PAD can support the progress and level of the economy in the province. In this study, a research was conducted to examine how the influence of GRDP, Open Unemployment Rate and Number of Poor Population on PAD Riau Province. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Riau Province BPS data. Data processing is done with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that ADHB's GRDP has a positive and significant effect on PAD in Riau Province, while the open unemployment rate and the number of poor people have a positive but not significant effect on PAD in Riau Province. Pendapatan Asli Daerah Provinsi Riau merupakan suatu pendapatan yang mencerminkan kemampuan suatu provinsi untuk mengelolah dana keuangan secara otonomi. Provinsi yang memiliki PAD yang tinggi dapat mendukung kemajuan dan tingkat ekonomi pada provinsi tersebut. Pada studi ini dilakukan penelitian untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh PDRB, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka dan Jumlah Penduduk Miskin terhadap PAD Provinsi Riau. Data yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data BPS Provinsi Riau. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan PDRB ADHB berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PAD Provinsi Riau, sedangkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka dan jumlah penduduk miskin berpengaruh postitif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap PAD Provinsi Riau.]]>

<![CDATA[Health is one of the most important fields aspects in people’s lives. Public health is influenced by several factors, such as environmental factors and lifestyle. Every year, the government makes a program to improve people’s health and welfare. Therefore, the government needs to obtain information about the classification of public health levels to monitor the progress of the programs that have been carried out. The research created an interface application to classify the level of public health in North Sumatra Province. The research classified the public health level using data from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) in 2018. Next, the application was made using the Matlab 2013b GUI. Classification of the level of public health was carried out using the Fuzzy Mamdani method that generated public health classification levels based on the inputted indicators. Then, the level of health classification was divided into four parts: low, lower middle, upper middle, and high. The result shows that for the 2018 data, some cities/ districts are still at low health levels. However, many cities or districts have good health levels. The final result can be used as a reference for the government to analyze which cities/districts should be paid attention to improve their health and welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[Region Coloring is not just make a different color in a Regency. It is also to determine how many color will be used optimally. This research used graph teory with Greedy algorithm to determine the kind of color at the map of Ogan Ilir Regent. Obtained that with four kind of color, Ogan Ilir Regent can be colored.Keywords: Graph Theory, Greedy Algorithm, Region ColoringABSTRAKPewarnaan wilayah bukanlah hanya sekedar memberikan warna yang berbeda pada suatu wilayah. Tetapi juga untuk menentukan jumlah jenis warna yang optimal pada pewarnaa tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan teori graf dengan algoritma Greedy untuk menentukan jenis warna yang optimal pada peta Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. <![CDATA[Research about noise mapping in University of PGRI Palembang area using Surfer 11 has been done on march 2021. Purposes of this research are to determine the noise level and mapping noise level using software golden surfer 11. Method purpossive sampling and metod of frequency distribution are used on this research. So that the noise level Leq obtained. The results obtained indicate that at each measurement point the noise level has passed the quality standard limit except when the measurement is carried out in the morning. Parking zone and the main campus entrance are exceed the limits of noise levels and shown by contour maps.]]>

<![CDATA[This community service was carried out at SMA Negeri 6 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU), South Sumatra. SMA Negeri 6 Ogan Komering Ulu (OKU) is one of the senior high schools in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, South Sumatra Province that already has Superior accreditation and has fairly good facilities. The available facilities include a fairly good school building, a large school yard to carry out outdoor sports activities or national ceremonies, and a school laboratory. This service activity is motivated by the availability of laboratories at SMA Negeri 6 OKU, but practicum devices such as practicum modules are not sufficient. Therefore, it is necessary to hold a module preparation training activity for teachers and students of SMA Negeri 6 OKU. This activity aims to provide material on the meaning of a practicum module, the stages of compiling a practicum module, and the format/framework of a practicum module. The results of community service showed that most of the training participants, especially teacher participants, were able to receive the training materials well.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada bagian ini dibahas penyelesaian persoalan persamaan diferensial linier orde satu dan dua dengan metode hampiran. Metode hampiran yang digunakan adalah metode runge kutta orde lima butcher dan metode runge kutta orde lima Fehlberg (RKF45). Solusi hampiran yang diperoleh dibandingkan dengan solusi analitik untuk mengetahui nilai error dari masing-masing metode. Diperoleh hasil bahwa kedua metode hampiran memberikan nilai penyelesaian yang sama dengan error yang relative kecil terhadap solusi analitik.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengelompokan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Sumatera Utara perlu dilakukan untuk memudahkan pemerintah dalam memfokuskan pembangunan pada kota/kabupaten yang tingkat kesejahteraannya masih rendah. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengelompokan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Sumatera Utara berdasarkan beberapa variabel. Pengelompokan dilakukan dengan metode K-means clustering. K-means clustering merupakan salah satu metode clustering yang digunakan untuk mengelompokan data dalam jumlah yang besar. Metode ini menghasilkan kelompok-kelompok data berdasarkan jumlah kelompok yang diinginkan. Pada penelitian ini, untuk menentukan jumlah kelompok terbaik dilakukan dengan metode Elbow. Langkah pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah membagi data kedalam kelompok-kelompok data untuk jumlah kelompok (k) dimulai dari k=2 sampai k=8. Selanjutnya, menghitung SSE (Sum of Square Error) dari klaster k=2 sampai k=8. Setelah itu, membuat grafik Elbow dari nilai SSE yang dihasilkan untuk menentukan jumlah k yang paling optimal. Pengolahan data untuk mendapatkan kelompok-kelompok berdasarkan jumlah klaster (k) dilakukan dengan Software Matlab 2013b. Kelompok data dari Software tersebut disimpan dalam Ms.excel. Sedangkan tampilan grafik Elbow yang dihasilkan dibuat dalam GUI Matlab. Dari grafik elbow yang dihasilkan tampak bahwa nilai SSE mengalami penurunan secara drastis pada saat k=2 ke k=5, sedangkan dari k=5 sampai k=8, penurunan grafik tidak signifikan. Dari sini kita ketahui bahwa jumlah klaster optimalnya adalah k=5. Sehingga, dari grafik Elbow tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa masyarakat sumatera utara secara optimal dikelompokkan dalam lima klaster.]]>

<![CDATA[In this study, a research was conducted to examine how the influence of the amount of inflation and the exchange rate on MSME lending through the Basic Loan Interest Rate. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from data from Bank Indonesia and BPS RI. The research method is carried out using path analysis with the intervention variable being the basic loan interest rate. Data processing is done with the help of IBM SPSS. The results of this study indicate that inflation has a positive and not significant effect on the prime lending rate, whereas the exchange rate has an insignificant negative effect on the prime lending rate. Inflation and exchange rates have a positive and insignificant effect on total MSME loans, while the SBDK has a significant negative effect on total MSME loans. The prime lending rate does not mediate inflation and exchange rates in influencing MSME credit.]]>
