Abstract

Customs agency in Indonesia has an important role in procedural matters and in monitoring the entry and exit of goods from and to foreign countries. Customs agencies in carrying out their duties certainly face various obstacles and the right strategy is needed to overcome these obstacles. Tanjung Intan Cilacap Port is a trading gateway for the City of Cilacap and its surroundings, both local and export-import. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Customs and Excise in the effectiveness of export-import activities at the Tanjung Intan Cilacap port. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used were unstructured interviews and documentation. The analytical method used in this research is the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman which includes the following steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions / verification and data analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman dan jarak tempuh melaut secara individu dan bersama-sama terhadap pendapatan nelayan di Kabupaten Cilacap. Kajian tulisan ini menganalisa hal apa yang paling dominan diantara dua variabel tersebut terhadap peningkatan pendapatan nelayan di Kabupaten Cilacap. Kajian dengan memakai data primer serta sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui sebaran kuesioner kepada nelayan tentang pengalaman dan jarak tempuh melaut di Kabupaten Cilacap. Data tersebut didukung oleh data sekunder lain yang relevan menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Dari hasil kajian nampak bahwa variabel pengalaman dan jarak tempuh melaut berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap pendapatan nelayan di Kabupaten Cilacap. Secara parsial variabel pengalaman berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan di Kabupaten Cilacap, sedangkan variabel jarak tempuh melaut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan nelayan di Kabupaten Cilacap.

Abstract

Meneliti dinamika masyarakat nelayan akan dihadapkan pada persoalan yang komplek, sehingga perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang serius dan berkesinambungan. Untuk mewujudkan ketepat sasaran dalam pola pembangunan masyarakat nelayan, tidak dapat begitu saja mengesampingkan berbagai sifat dan karakter yang melekat didalamnya. Pada saat mendekati komunitas antara masyarakat nelayan juga berbeda dengan pada saat mendekati masyarakat petani. Di samping lokasi kegiatan yang berbeda, tipikal sosiologi masing-masing komunitas masyarakat tersebut juga berbeda, sehingga dalam menentukan pola pembangunan antara dua kounitas masyarakat tersebut menjadi berbeda. Tujuan penelitian untuk menawarkan solusi aplikatif terhadap upaya peguatan ekonomi masyarakat nelayan melalui deverifikasi produk hasil tangkap ikan. Kendala yang menjadikan betapa susahnya untuk mengentaskan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada komunias masyarakat nelayan adalah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal dari masyarakat nelayan itu sendiri. Faktor internal yang melekat pada masyarakat nelayan, dari mulai tingkat pendidikan, permodalan, hingga penggunaan dalam teknologi tangkap ikan. Sedangkan dari factor eksternal dapat dilihat dari potensi sumber daya alam laut yang semakin berkurang, tingkat persingan yang semakin tinggi pada kalangan masyarakat nelayan pemilik modal, pengolahan bahan mentah hingga mekanisme pasar yang dihadapi masyarakat desa pesisir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang bersumber dari olahan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian memberikan gambaran mengenai diperlukannya suatu terobosan baru dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan melalui peguatan ekonomi pada komunitas masyarakat nelayan, dari yang sebelumnya bertitik tumpu pada orientasi kuantitas hasil berubah menjadi upaya pengembangan hasil atau deversifikasi usaha. Diiringi dengan peningkatan kemandirian masyarakat desa pesisir.

Abstract

One of the factors considered to affect the economic level of the fishing community in terms of income fluctuations is the Covid-19 pandemic. This study aims to analyze the income of fishermen during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021 in the Cilacap Regency area. The method used is a case study using trend analysis (time series) by utilizing quantitative descriptive research. The results of the study revealed that some staple foods did not directly affect the income of fishermen using motorboats. Meanwhile, the price of diesel fuel directly affects the income of fishermen. The income of fishermen during the COVID-19 pandemic has decreased due to low fish prices. It can be concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic has indirectly impacted the income of fishermen in Cilacap Regency as a result of the decline in the selling price of fish, although the number of catches depends on the wind season. So that there is a need for further handling from the government in providing certainty and protection for the sustainability of fishing business in Cilacap Regency in the future, in the form of forming groups of fishermen so that fish catches can be sold in the market together so as to reduce transportation costs. The sale of fish in the market can increase the acquisition of a higher price compared to being sold at middlemen. Create a savings and loan cooperative to provide loans when fishermen experience a decrease in income. And finally, by directing fishermen to process their catch in advance so that a higher selling value can be obtained.

Abstract

The main threat to modern organizations today is work stress, which has the potential to have a negative impact on employees and the organization. The impact of work stress, among others: work stress tends to make employee performance will decrease. Second, employee performance will not be optimal if experiencing heavy pressure at work. Third, work stress tends to make employees lazy to work so often absent. Fourth, employees often leave work without permission due to uncomfortable working conditions. Fifth, employees have a desire to leave the job because the workload is quite heavy. The purpose of this study is to prove that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) affects work stress. The role of Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in reducing work stress in PT MK employees is significant, this is indicated by the influence of OCB on work stress, with a regression test with y = -0,756x + 60,038 with y = job stress and x = OCB, P value = 0.00 also means that the correlation between OCB and work stress is very significant. Contribution of OCB's influence on work stress by 77.9%. OCB's dominant behavior on employees will reduce work stress so that organizational goals will be achieved, namely optimal performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dalam upaya untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya kemiskinan pada masyarakat nelayan kecil pedesaan di Indonesia, serta mengkaji kebijakan yang telahdilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam mengatasi kemiskinan pada masyarakat nelayan. Ketertarikan akan topik berangkat dari kondisi perikananskalakecilmemberikankasus yang menarik untuk penelitian kemiskinan. Perikanan skala kecil merupakan sektor yang benar-benar global dan menampilkan keragaman yang sangat besar.Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan library research dengan analisis deskriptif. Telah dilakukan upaya, seperti melestarikan dan memperkuat mata pencaharian dan budaya perikanan lokal, meningkatkan industri pariwisata lokal, dengan tujuan membuat masyarakat nelayan kecil pedesaan yang rentan secara ekonomi dan mata pencaharian dapat lebih terjamin hidupnya. Hasil akhir menekankan bahwa terkadang penting untuk berpikir dan mencari solusi bagi masyarakat nelayan kecil diluar kontek mata pencarian mereka namun juga faktor sosiologi melalui kearifan lokal / local wisdom. Disimpulkan pula bahwa perlu adanya lembaga khusus desa untuk mengamankan kerjasama dan koordinasi di antara para pemangku kepentingan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of capital and the use of fishing technology in its effect on increasing the income of fishermen in Cilacap Regency by taking research samples in South Cilacap District with the largest population of fishing communities among 24 sub-districts in Cilacap Regency. The data used are primary data through direct interviews with respondents and secondary data obtained from the BPS office and the Fisheries and Marine Service Office of Cilacap Regency, using Multiple Linear Regression, with a sample of 100 respondents from the membership of HNSI Cilacap Branch. The results obtained from this study are that the capital factor and the use of technology in fishing significantly affect the income of fishing communities in Cilacap Regency. Among capital and technology, the technological factor that has the most influence on increasing the income of fishermen in Cilacap Regency.

Abstract

The role of leadership is very strategic and important for the achievement of the mission, vision and goals of an organization, is one of the motives that encourage humans to always investigate the intricacies associated with leadership. Transformational leadership basically encourages subordinates to do better Behavior demanded by today's organizations is not only in-role behavior but also extra-role behavior. Extra-role behavior is also called the Organizational Citizenship Behavior.OCB is a term used to identify the employee behaviors that can be called a "good employee". If employees in the organization have OCB, efforts to control employee declined, since employees can control their own behavior or being able to choose the best behavior for the benefit of the organization. OCB will enhance transformational leadership because the good nature of OCB will influence the behavior of the leader. There is a significant influence with the value of P = 0.00 between OCB and transformational leadership. This shows there is an increase in transformational leadership due to OCB behavior

Abstract

Program Tol Laut adalah konektivitas antar moda, bukan hanya menyediakan pelabuhan dan kapal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana jasa angkutan kapal Tol Laut telah efektif dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Telah banyak kajian mengenai letak geografis Indonesia yang terdiri dari ribuan pulau yang dapat menjadi penghambat bagi keadilan dan kemakmuran ekonomi. Penelitian ini mengkaji dari segi penyediaan infrastruktur dan regulasi dalam memfasilitasi program Tol Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan gambaran detail tentang pengaruh program kemaritiman terhadap distribusi logistik antar pulau. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah Program Tol Laut sudah menjadi kebutuhan untuk memperlancar arus barang dan pemerataan. Masyarakat lebih tertarik menggunakan jasa kapal pertis (Tol Laut) karena dapat memuat barang dalam jumlah banyak sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien.
