Abstract

Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Identifikasi internal perusahaan menghasilkankekuatan perusahaan meliputi sistem budidaya yang lebih murah, lokasi di tiga tempatyang memiliki potensi perluasan usaha, sudah lama berpengalaman, jenis sayuran lebihberagam, kemasan menarik, sayuran bebas pestisida, merek sudah lama di pasar, sertabrosur yang menarik. Sedangkan kelemahannya adalah produksi tidak stabil, skalaproduksi belum ekonomis, kualitass sayur tidak konsisten, sistem penentuan haga, sistempengiriman, pemilihan pasar sasaran tidak fokus, serta strategi promosi tidak konsisten.Faktor-faktor eksternal yang menjadi peluang bagi PapaMama Farm adalahkharakteristik konsumen, permintaan masih tinggi, sistem budidaya pesaing lebih mahal,tingkat kesulitan memasuki pasar bagi pesaing baru, peningkatan pendapatan dan tingkatpendidikan masyarakat, kelas sosial masyarakat yang semakin beragam, dan peningkatanteknologi. Ancaman yang dihadapi saat ini adalah tingkat kesetiaan konsumen, pelayananpengecer, tekanan produk subtitusi, strategi harga dan strategi distribusi pesaing, danresiko alam. Ancaman masa mendatang selain yang ada saat ini juga meliputi tingkatkemampuan mengikuti kemajuan teknologi, strategi pesaing yang lebih agresif, sertapendatang baru dengan tingkat efisiensi yang lebih tinggi. PapaMama Farm kurang jelasdalam strategi segmentasi, akibatnya adalah kurang fokus dalam memilih pasar sasaranutama yang hendak dilayani. Kondisi ini berakibat kurang efektifnya strategi bauranpemasaran yang dijalankan.

Abstract

Endophytes are microbes (bacteria, fungi, or actinomycetes) that live and colonize the host tissue without causing negative effects, even giving benefits to the host. One of the advantages is as a biological control agent for both insect pests and pathogens that cause plant diseases. As a biological agent, endophytes can reduce plant damage by insects, nematodes, or pathogens that cause disease through induction of plant resistance. In addition, endophytes can also function as biological agents through antagonistic interactions and competition. The purpose of this study was to obtain endophytic fungi which are potentially as biological agents of insect pests; the mechanism, as well as the application of endophytes in plantation crops. The potential of enndofit fungus in controlling Fusarium sp carried by soybean seeds was also tested.

Abstract

Enzymes are natural products that play an important role in various industrial applications, from food processing to chemical products. One of the most widely used enzymes is amylase. Amylase is an enzyme that plays a role in starch hydrolysis. Amylolytic bacteria can be isolated in the digestive tract of fish. This is most bacteria that occupy the digestive tract have high activity. This study aims to obtain a potential isolate producing amylase bacteria whose activity can be determined through morphological characterization and activity test of enzyme-producing bacteria. The results obtained from this study were ten isolates with the potential to produce amylase enzymes, which were marked with a positive test after the addition of iodine.

Abstract

Abstract

Farmer groups as a forum for organization and collaboration between members have a very important role in the life of the farming community, because all activities and problems in farming are carried out by groups simultaneously. With the existence of farmer groups, farmers can jointly solve problems which include the fulfillment of agricultural production facilities, technical production and marketing of products. Seeing this potential, farmer groups need to be fostered and empowered further in order to develop optimally. In increasing rice production, it is necessary to preserve the production environment, one of which is through the use of organic fertilizers. Various forms and materials of organic fertilizer can be applied depending on the availability at the farm location. In an effort to improve sustainable farming, The things that are applied are increasing productivity in farming activities and the use of superior seeds, the use of fertilizers, pesticides and the application of cooperation for the manufacture of fertilizers so that group members do not need to buy fertilizer. The existence of institutions/KUD in a village is very helpful for farming communities because these institutions can also take capital loans for farmers so that farmers are able to provide good production facilities, which so far farmers have only relied on outside capital, which is not certain whether they can afford it. continue to cooperate with farmer groups.
