Abstract

This study aimed at improving students' learning outcomes of class V in Theme 6 using a mind mapping model. This research was conducted in 2 cycles, i.e. cycle 1 and cycle 2, with each cycle consisting of 3 sessions. The research subjects were 16 students of class V SDN Kutowinangun 10 Salatiga. The research design was arranged based on planning, action, observation, and reflection. Result shows that there is an increase in learning completeness, from 31.25% in pre-cycle to 56.25% and 81.25% in cycle I and cycle II, respectively. Therefore, mind mapping model may increase students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of Indonesian language learning for BIPA (Indonesian Language Learning for Foreign Speakers) students emphasizes the involvement/participation of students in the learning process. This study contains 1) the nature of educational management for foreign students studying in Indonesia; 2) implementation of educational management in Indonesian language learning for foreign speakers (BIPA); 3) Indonesian language learning plans for BIPA students; and 4) the implementation of Indonesian language learning for BIPA students based on the introduction of Indonesian culture. Data collection techniques in this study use observation, document analysis, interviews and documentation techniques. Then, data analysis techniques are carried out by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The management of education for BIPA students is different from the management of education for Indonesian students because BIPA students consist of various cultures and different countries. The implementation of education management must also be included in the semester implementation plan (RPS), learning syllabus, and learning evaluation in the BIPA class. Learning plans in the BIPA class are also important to highlight because they will present facts that are different from the language learning plan in the regular class. The results of this study are highlights and ideas in educational management and Indonesian language learning in the BIPA program. This can be implemented in Indonesian language learning for foreign students in the BIPA class to be more effective based on the introduction of Indonesian culture because foreign students will be enthusiastic and interested in Indonesia's rich and diverse cultural products. The implication of the idea in this article is that it can be used as a reference material in the implementation of BIPA program educational management and provide insight and reinforcement about the role of Indonesian culture as a supporting tool in the learning process in the BIPA program.

Abstract

This study aims to increase the motivation to learn theme 1 through the application of the Group Investigation learning model for 4th grade students of SDN 1 Sukorejo. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in two cycles consisting of 4 stages, namely the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were students in grade 4 at SDN 1 Sukorejo, totaling 30 students. The data collection technique used was non-test (observation, documentation) and then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results showed an increase in the average percentage of learning motivation from the first cycle totaling 7 students (23.33%) included in the classification highly motivated, 11 students (36.67%) entered the classification quite motivated while 12 students (40%) entered in classification is not motivated and cycle II as many as 26 students (86.67%) enter the classification highly motivated and 4 students (13.33%) in the classification are quite motivated. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Group Investigation learning model can increase motivation to learn theme 1 grade 4 SDN 1 Sukorejo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Solving dan model pembelajaran Inquiry di kelas 4 SD pada gugus Sultan Agung dan Gugus Teuku Umar yang dilakukan pada bulan April tanggal 12 sampai 18 April 2018 . Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu menggunakan desain Non-equivalent control group design. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen test yang telah dilakukan uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas item soalnya. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Ttest pada hasil belajar matematika memperoleh Fhitung sebesar 2,963 dengan taraf signifikansi/probabilitas sebesar 0,088. Dikarenakan 2,963 > 0,088 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya hasil ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan model Problem Solving dan Inquiry. Hasil tersebut didukung dengan rerata hasil yang diperoleh menggunakan model pembelajaran problem solving sebesar 63,86 dan model pembelajaran Inquiry sebesar 69,63. Kesimpulannya adalah hasil belajar yang diperoleh menggunakan model Inquiry lebih tinggi dari model Problem Solving. Dari hasil diatas penelitian ini disaran kan agar para guru menggunakan model pembelajaran Inquiry.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan model Kennis dan Taggart yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tindakan-observasi, dan refleksi dengan tujuan melihat peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada muatan matematika dengan menggunakan model Problem Based Learning (PBL). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Salatiga 01 sejumlah 41 siswa. Kriteria keberhasilan sebesar ≥70% pada kategori baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kemapuan berpikir kritis siswa secara klasikal.hal ini dilihat dari observasi siswa pada siklus I dan II. Skor rata-rata observasi siswa pada siklus I sebesar 2,28 atau 57% dan siklus II sebesar 2,85 atau 73,18%. (2) Kemampuan berpikir kritis mempengaruhi hasil belajar dilihat dari peningkatan skor ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa yang mencapai 48,78% pada siklus I dan 73,18% pada siklus II. Dari hasil tersebut model PBL dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang berpengaruh pada hasil belajar siswa pada muatan matematika siswa kelas V SDN Salatiga 01.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Tema 6 Subtema 3 Pembelajaran 1 dan 2 dengan menerapkan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah pada siswa kelas V yang terdiri dari 16 siswa. Meningkatkan hasil belajar Tema 6 Subtema 3 Pembelajaran 1 dan 2 dengan menerapkan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan peningkatan hasil belajar Tema 6 Subtema 3 Pembelajaran 1 dan 2 dengan penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Siswa Kelas V SD N Kutowinangun 10 Salatiga. Subjek penelitian adalah  siswa kelas V dengan jumlah 16 siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah peningkatan hasil belajar sebelum tindakan dilakukan untuk siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil belajar pada pra siklus dengan persentase 31,25%, kemudian ada peningkatan di siklus I dengan persentase 43,75%. Selanjutnya hasil belajar siklus II meningkat dengan persentase 81,25%, dibuktikan dengan adanya penerapan model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Tematik Siswa Kelas V SD N Kutowinangun 10 Salatiga.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes by applying scientific-based Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning models to grade II students at SD N Sidorejo Lor 01 academic year 2017/2018. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). This classroom action research consists of 2 cycles with the preparation of action planning, action and reflection. The implementation of the action for each cycle is two meetings. The subjects of this study were students of class totaling 20 people. The object of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics. Collecting data in this study with the test method. The instrument used is an evaluation sheet. The results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of learning outcomes for grade II students. Based on the thematic learning outcomes test, in the first cycle the average learning outcomes of mathematics were 69.74. Furthermore, in the second cycle the average learning outcomes of mathematics were 79.25. On the mastery learning classically, there was an increase, seen from the calculation of the classical learning completeness of cycle 1 which is 68.42%, or in sufficient category and the second cycle 90% was in the good category. This shows that both the class average and the classical learning completeness of the students have reached the specified criteria KKM 70 for the class average and 70%. Pada ketuntasan belajar peserta didik secara klasikal pun terjadi peningkatan, terlihat dari perhitungan ketuntasan belajar klasikal siklus 1 yakni 68,42%, atau berkategori cukup dan siklus II 90% berkategori baik. Hal ini menunjukan baik dari rata-rata kelas maupun ketuntasan belajar klasikal peserta didik telah mencapai kriteria yang ditetapkan yaitu mencapai KKM 70 dan presentase 70% untuk ketutasan belajar klasikal. Dapat disimpulkan bahawa hasil pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) berbasis saintifik meningkat.Kata kunci: Model TPS, Saintifik, Hasil Belajar Matematika.
